I love TUMI and couldnt find what I was looking for at the TUMI store so I went to Sunsations and asked if they had the briefcase I was looking for. Andy, I think the owner of the store, helped me and acted as if I was some nuisance customer. Not only did he act rude to my wife and I, he was eating food at the cash register, and had mustard all over his shirt. Very unprofessional and I will not be shopping at this store again. Also, make sure the TUMI stuff is real, thats all I can say.
