I truly love this place they have a great selection the prices are not to be believed and the luggage is good the only piece Im replacing with whats pictured below lasted me to go to England and and many many Comic Cons and Ive had it since 2011 I think nine years is a good run for a piece of luggage. I also want to say that the service and the man that runs the place is a lovely person and remembers his clients

I bought this suitcase with the brand name called Wisdom, WORST suitcase ever, the wheels werent working properly, they stumble all the time, the handle is hard to pull too. I think he sold me a bad suitcase because I told him Im going back to my country, so disappointed. He said $85 but it was $94 eventually. I am just very disappointed, wasted my money.

Had an issue with the lock on my luggage 2 hours before my flight. The owner was so gracious and switched out my luggage for a brand new one. Hes very well versed and awesome customer service! If youre in the area and needing some luggage for great prices do not hesitate to go to here.

Needed a luggage since mine broke during travel– dont bother going to Macys or any other place. This store is far cheaper and way better service. Using it for couple of weeks now, still good, I highly recommend this store!

I live locally but needed a carry-on bag for an unexpected trip in a couple of days. I read a positive review about this place and, although its located in a tourist area, went there as my first stop to pursue my carry-on bag. I found the gentleman who helped - whom I assume is the owner, but cannot say for certain - to be easy to deal with, intelligent, patient, friendly and reasonable. He was open and honest about the different options, the price range v. quality, etc. In the end, I felt like I got a very good value for the bag I chose and felt good about giving my money to this man. He even walked me through how to register my bag with Samsonite and urged me to do so for the sake of the warranty. Which I did, suggesting it is a real Samsonite. Furthermore, his prices were better than they were on their website.

L could use it for files. I will have to look at a catalog case type briefcase for those occasions when I have large files.

At first I thought this was a really great place reasonable prices for what I want which was luggage I could use a couple of times but the one he sold me tipped forward because the four wheels were towards the back and it made the carrier unstable so pretty disappointed in the product and I had to drive an hour there in an hour and a half back so all in all not a great experience
