Nice people and great customer service Suraya was very nice and very accommodating for our design needs

I originally gave this place a 5 stars for the service and quality. However I recently encounter an issue with the latest client of mine. I had a custom drapery made. I provided the fabric, I showed the fabric to the owner and was assured that there would be no issue with it. However my experience this time was a complete nightmare. First thew dimension was wrong. Mind you the fabric provided is extremely expensive. Second the fabric was bunching up at the corner. Finally the threads has not been cut. Totally unexceptable for what I paid for. When I pointed out the flaw I was told to come back in 2 hours. I told him how he is able to fix the dimension issue since it is cut shorter than the measurement.He told me that there would be a invisible seams to make it to the dimension needed. I have never heard of an invisible seams. Then he told me he needed 2 more days to complete the job. At that point I didnt have a choice, and no more fabric.Two days later I called and he said he needed another day. Finally the next day it was done. I came in and to my surprise, the invisible seam, it very visible. The corner is still bunching up, and there are still threads loose.He offered me a $100 refund to take it as is. At this point I am so upset. The fabric cost my client $750 and the labor cost $500 which I paid ahead because I done business with him before and needed a rush.Please take my advise and stay away from this place. He out source his work to a local drapery place anyway. Do yourself a favor and go straight to the source. There are a lot of places around there that does drapery and only drapery. Cut the middle man out and any confusion. I ended up repurchasing the fabric and bring it to another drapery place down the street on the 2nd floor.
