An amazing fabric shop with the biggest election and amazing prices. That is very friendly and so helpful. They have the biggest selection and you can even shop online. youll find fabric here that youre not going to find at other places. This is my favorite fabric store in the district.

Ordered fabric online from them as it was the only place I could find the type of stretch holographic style I was imagining. It arrived quickly and exactly as described. They followed up with an email making sure I was satisfied. Great product and service, highly recommend!

While they have a good selection of spandex their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Ive done business with them numerous times for several hundreds of dollars and will now take my business elsewhere. I went in yesterday to purchase 50 yards of black nylon/spandex and 50 yards of steel blue along with sample yardage of 3 other colors. While they were cutting my fabric I saw at the register they had new wholesale pricing for roles of 50+ yards for 25% off--thats great! Little did I know they upped their prices by $2 a yard for the solid colors of nylon/spandex. Im sorry but $12 a yard for nylon spandex is a little outrageous--NYC prices arent even that steep. I needed the fabric as I was in the middle of production but I was visibly annoyed by the price increase. I was ready to checkout, they looked up my account and told me that I had to pay tax. My business is registered in NJ and I dont have a California resale certificate so they said they were unable to get around this however Ive NEVER once paid tax here or at any of my suppliers in California. Im not sure what changed in 2020 but at this point I was no longer purchasing from them. I walked out and called EBI Fabrics who only sells wholesale but will sell sample yardage as well and got the SAME EXACT fabric for $5.95 a yard-- no tax and no surprises! And I got a free color card.. the exact SAME color card that Blue Moon sells for $25!

Ordered fabric online and it arrived extremely damaged and they arent doing a single thing to help fix the situation. Do not shop here!

Im addicted to this shop. I knit and sew, and their patterns and products consistently produce beautiful and stylish results. As a very experienced knitter (40+ years), their patterns are not challenging. Yet I come back to them again and again. Not for the light of wallet, but if you are going to spend your time making something, my personal view is that my time is worth using the finest materials.

This place is huge! All sorts of fabrics here - really a fabric warehouse. The service is great, as someone is always available to help with what fabric to choose. The prices are less negotiable here than in other stores nearby. But all in all, a very good place to start off with if youre looking for fabric but not sure what to get.

Im a big fan of arts&crafts and all that designing stuff and Blue Moon Fabrics inc trimming is THE place for it! They have AMAZING selections of ribbons, buttons, fabric roses, home decor stuff, sequin ribbons, etc. The staff is super nice and the place is decorated beautifully. Bluemoon has the best selection of spandex! I don’t need to go anywhere else, one stop shopping and they have the best customer service. Justin is the guy that helps me every time but all the guys are super helpful.

Being a project runway fan, had to stop in while I was in NYC. No sighting of Tim Gunn but the store is stuffed with every type of fabric you would want or need.Four floors of fabric. They also carry Liberty of London fabrics!Staff are mostly helpful but a few are a bit surly.

Nice array of trims, BLUE MOON FABRICS, and buttons. Parking can be tough in this area, but there usually arent too many people in the store at one time, so you can just park outside the store. Ive had a lot of luck trolling through the scraps boxes to find things for small projects.

I love the fabric selection here. Top quality. The service isnt always tho... I just opened up what was supposed to be 5 yards of fabric i bought a few months back and its def like 3 and half yards. Which is also reflective of the treatment when im in this store. I choose not to shop here even tho i love the fabric. I wasnt going to leave a review on the service until i just opened my purchase and its not what i bought. Make sure you watch them cut your stuff. They also cut one of my fabric choices in zig zags and i lost a quarter of the fabric. To which they did not care.

I love this fabric shop in DTLA...they have every sparkly, stretchy, metallic fabric you could possibly want, and everyone that works there is a customer service star=)!! I recently started ordering from their website; they are very quick with shipping and just as helpful online!!
