Friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Great selection and prices. I purchased a custom-made rug and am very pleased with the product. If youre in the market for rugs or carpet do yourself a favor and check them out.

I went everywhere looking for carpet and this place is by far the best carpet for the price. The carpet we ended up getting is beautiful. Linda is wonderful and her customer service is five star!

I cant reccomend Monarch enough. I was working in LA on a project and I called Monarch last minute and thankfully Joyce Tanner answered and really came through for us. We had a delay in work at our jobsite and I rescheduled on her TWO times and Joyce was patient and more than accommodating with me. Excellent experience overall. Pleasant and helpful in the showroom (by the owner himself) no-pressure and friendly attitude and excellent workmanship in the installation. Linda beats any price from any showroom in the CA. She has ZIP for overhead and TONS of repeat business from faithful designers, home owners, apartment owners and commercial property managers.
