Go here first. From the outside, it looks like a swap meet, but inside they have probably the best selection downtown. I’m guessing they have a huge warehouse and actually sell to a lot of other people. They were the most honest out of all the stores and we’re very reasonable and willing to come down.

I cannot write a good enough review. Excellent customer service. Extremely prompt and communicative. Picked the rug up at 4pm Tuesday and returned it looking like a brand new rug at exactly 4pm the following Tuesday. Dont even bother looking elsewhere. Worth every penny!! Thank you. I will return again and again. :)

This is one of LAs hidden gems.. Ask the right questions, look carefully through their inventory, and the most luxurious rug will unfold beautifully before your eyes. Dont be deterred by the facade. Great deals

Do not ever go to J & J rugs in downtown LA.I bought a shag rug for $200 ( he made it seem like he was giving me a deal)... what a rip off. The rug has been shedding ever since I purchased it. It is very poor quality. When I called to get some sort of compensation the manager was yelling at me and said I was a LIAR. He also hung up on me several times. This business is a fraud and the people who work there are just after your money!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE... What a joke and a lie.
