They have good prices on tile floor

These folks that work at HD are bot part of a service focused business. Its not just a problem at one location the 3 I visited this were the same.

I came to this location for flooring in one of my bedrooms. I found several different ones with the durability, texture and color I was looking for. The store is small but worth the visit to get what youre looking for. The prices are reasonable.

Assistance was promptly provided when asked on buying one sliding door, unfortunately when I was offered help to load it to truck, the person that was going to help took more than fair time to arrive for help, and clearly didnt put effort to help at all, employee at door was great greeting and offering assistance.

Ive been to Home Depot, Lowes and other stores like this, but this store is totally dirty and nasty, when you pick up an item there is so much dirt and dust on it that you dont want to touch it and when you tell management about it they are so nonchalant that they just say oh take it up to the register and the girls will clean it off for you. Dont think Ill be doing too much shopping there

Just left with the PEX plumbing supplies that Lowes want way more for than HD. BTW, this is not a place that gives advise on how to fix your backed up drain. It is NOT lowes or Home Depot. HD is geared to the professional builder as a one stop for their supplies so no hand holding or free advice at HD. At the other places, you pay a huge markup for that free advice.

Staff is ok, not very customer friendly but the manager is great, African American guy have met him personally and seems like a great team leader and and would personally help you with any questions.

Staff was very helpful when they forklifted 25 boxes of 18 x 18 ceramic tile. Awesome!!!

Great selection of doors and kitchen cabinetry. However, dont judge the staff by the variety of products they offer. They are no more knowledgeable then their equivalent at Home Depot. Do your homework before visiting.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS. INVENTORY IS ALWAYS LOW OR OUT AND HELP IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. THE EMPLOYEES ARE MORE IN CHILL MODE THAN TRYING TO HELP YOU. EVEN OTHER TRADESMEN ARE SAYING THE SAME THING. BOTTOM LINE IS WASTE OF TIME.
