Its clean and tidy, but I didnt find the staff to be friendly. I was making a return and it felt uncomfortable. Almost as if they were annoyed with me because I made the return.

I love this store it smells great and fresh, only wish the staff were as nice they were very nasty (apparently LA natives) whoelse could offer such horrible customer service its really sad. Mr Wexner if you care about your customers experience in your stores you would make sure too hire staff that was in it for all customers and not just some.
