Very bad customer service from store Manager Brandon and his assistant. Placing order online Aug 21, they charged my credit card and I no longer need it. Decided not picking up, they refund me Zero $$$ and after phone call, they dont know how to do it correctly, then let me wait 15 mins and asked me to call another number.Very bad bad store and tried to steal money if you didn’t check or trust them to refund your money. Placing orders with other stores and they refunded your money without any problem. BE AWARE OF THIS STORE!

The workers in this store are beyond rude!! They were talking to each when I walked in and ignored me!! But when the next 3 people after me came in they all got greeted and they were all welcomed in the store🤔🤔. The cashier who helped me wasnt very friendly either she seemed like she was in a hurry!! I spent $80.00 dollars in this store the prices are kinda high!! Lesson learned i will NEVER shop here again!!

Wow!!! I just had the best experience here. I walked in needing some posters to be laminated, and they were able to complete my request on the spot. BRANDON was super professional, accommodating and gave great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your service to this location!!!

Went in for a some pens and ink cartridge. I was able to find everything I needed without a lot of runaround. Friendly and quick checkout. Would definitely go back for other supplies. Thanks!

Printing Desk staff is always friendly and helpful! Prices are reasonable and lead time for print jobs is decent (most of time they will do on spot or call when finished). Come here all the time for printing banners/posters and making flyers.The last time I brought my daughter here, she kept wandering around the store while I was trying to get a print job done. One of the staff members saw this and gave her a box of colored markers, stickers, and coloring sheets. This kept her quite for another hour and helped me keep my sanity!

Very friendly and personable clerks. Just wish their prices were lower on plastic file boxes and more variety in the style of file boxes. BOGO on the Christmas cards was great! Store is conveniently located next to other worthwhile necessities.

Ill stick to Staples. Thought id give this store a try despite all the negative things I hear, and nope, im done. Prices are much higher for the exact same item and there employees are kind of rude especially if they dont know the answers. Lol.

Ive been here twice. Each time the workers were not friendly. Almost seemed like they did not want to be there. I greeted them before anyone even greeted me. I was smiling and polite and not once did anyone smile back. I hope I just caught them on a bad day. I will update if better service next time.

I really enjoyed coming here to shop for school supplies! If you come when theyre having a sale, it doesnt break the bank! And the staff was incredibly helpful and patient.

Apparently different ppl were working today had the worst customer service.... First, couldnt find anyone to help us just the two girls at the register who were doing nothing but chit chatting with each other. Had to go pull one away for help, then she had absolutely no knowledge of printers and thats why we went there was for help finding a printer for our needs that was reputable. She could only read us the specs that were right in front of our faces... We can read! So we just walked out. Wont be going there again!

I walked in at 7:15pm was greeted by a sales associate. I was looking at purchasing a laptop. To my surprise I was in the store without being acknowledged or even asked if I needed help which I did at the time. Instead 1 mod 2 or 3 associates chatting in the front, the copy associate seemed to be busy doing an order. After 15mins of being in the store I walked out and went to the Staples in Cypress where I was taken care of.

The sales person helped me find an item from the back with no delay, he then helped us carry it to the register and then out to the car. He shook our hands and wished us well. Also the item was cheaper than Amazon.
