Im so happy I found Johnny and his services! I called him, gave the dimensions, and in the same day he came out to fix my bedroom window. He was pleasant and friendly something I was definitely looking for with this service. He finished in less than 30 minutes and I couldnt be happier. It is my understanding that this is under new ownership/management but they still need to improve. We ordered windows from them in December and it took 4 months for the correct windows to finally arrive. The reason was entirely on their end as they kept ordering the wrong type of windows. We also dropped off a window to be screened and we are still waiting (been a month. The first guy apparently took and then left w/o stating where the screen was that he had done. They then had to do it again only to find out the dimensions from the 1st guy was incorrect. When our windows finally arrived, I had the guy take the wrong size screen back and make sure he had the correct measurement. I checked to ensure they had received the screen/dimensions and was told yes. I forgot to pick up the screen for a week and when I went back, the screen couldnt be found. I asked for the management to call back but it didnt happen.

I ordered a table glass top from this place and turned down the home delivery. A week later they called to stop by for pick up but I wasn’t able take it home. I asked the bearded heavy set guy if he could deliver and heat treat the glass but he got angry instead for not having a way to pick it up myself and gave me a price twice as expensive now, plus 2 extra weeks for having the glass heat treated for safety...This person can’t control his anxiety and temper as he acts disrespectful towards the customers. I sure wouldn’t buy anything else for the house here nor recommend this place over their poor service neither
