They were able to fit me in the next day and replaced my AC compressor. I was able to get rides there and back on their really nice shuttle that is free for customers to request. As a woman, it is very hard to find a car repair place that doesnt see $$$ when you walk in the door and they did such a good job fixing up my car. Will definitely go to them in the future if I have car needs!

Ive spent close to 5k in repairs for my car this year. The office is very disorganized and lack communication skills that result in you paying more. The first time this year they keep calling after issuing the estimate and the bill went from low thousands to two thousands and then it ended up at the four thousands. Then they said they would give me a discount, but then found out something else that was wrong that was more than the discount.That bothered me. But I still brought the car a second time for the windows. They told me it was $770 for both windows and a little under half for one. I told him to do one window. I was still recovering for paying $4,200k. I came back and the bill was $528! He had said a little under half of the $770. Half(50%) is $385. Then he said that he had said a little over half. $528 is not a little over half. $528 is 69% of $770. If I knew that was the price I would have fixed both for $770. I wanted car back so I had to pay.So, Im not going back. I feel taken advantage off. The mechanical work seems to be good so far(crossing fingers!), but I dont trust a business that continuously changes numbers and miscommunicates.

Good quality service for requested services. Took more than 1:20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation though, and failed to detect a coolant leak or mention bone-dry coolant reservoir.Kind staff, attentive manager and good workmanship on performed services, but several attempts to upsell.

Ive used AAT for years. They are very professional and knowledgable. Recently i noticed that AAT will email you vehicle inspection results along with pics to show any issues they find. I find this very useful for those times when you dont trust or believe what you are being told. The pictures really help me decide on whether or not to authorize work. I had a special need for an emissions test on a diesel Sprinter RV, which is not required in VA, but is required for the state that the RV would eventually be registered in. They were able to get this done. For most people this probably doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it sure was for me and my snowbird parents. It’s the little things that mean a lot. I will definitely bring other vehicles for work I need done in the future.

Brought in my 2015 Dodge Charger to have a wheel speed sensor replaced. Was able to drop the car off on a day they werent open easily. Got an email and phone call the next business day shortly after they opened with details concerning my questions and anything else they had found. They needed to get the part from the dealership so it took an extra day but when I had the dealership do it after buying the car, they had it for about a week. The dealership also charged over $200 more than these guys who got the job done in a quarter of the time and were much more friendly and professional. I dont think I need to find another mechanic shop. When you can provide professional feedback and service at a quality price, you lock in customers and you guys have scored another! Also, estimates consistently come in on target (unless something truly unforeseen and important is revealed, which I would expect is rare) and cheaper than other shops. Had my post 100K service on my VW Jetta this week. I had great communication with them in the scheduling and during the service. They showed pictures of things they found and helped me decide what I could defer and what really needed to be done now. The price was fair and in about 3-4 years, I have never had a problem with a service and I have never been pressured to do unnecessary services. I trust them and its a great relationship.

Let me start by saying that I do not like having my car looked at. I always feel like I am going to get a lecture or a high repair bill even if I just go in for maintenance. The guys at Advanced Auto Tech were great. They were quick to pinpoint the problem and explained to me both the option of having it repaired (including the cost) and the outcome of continuing to drive my car. I discovered late on Monday afternoon that the battery light in my 2003 Camry had come on. I drove directly to Advanced Auto Tech and they immediately diagnosed it as a bad alternator. Ben drove me home and assured me that it would be ready early Wednesday morning. And it was. I trust Advanced Auto Tech because they are competent and honest, and their charges are reasonable.

These folks are great! I know, I’ve said this before; but my opinion hasn’t changed and has only been reinforced. We have continued to patronize them for the last couple of years and I feel satisfied every single time. Every visit they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and most of all, honest. Car repairs aren’t cheap, but they are much more affordable than bringing our ten-year-old cars to a dealer for any kind of work. I highly recommend them.

I went there today for state inspection for a vehicle I purchased from my dad out of state. I was told a tail light was out, ok no problem because I had a package of the little light bulbs in the glove box. I figured they could just put it in. No biggie right? Nope. I was told that wasnt an option because it was a customers part. Now, I can understand if say I brought them a piece of engine (starter, alternator, what-have-you) and how that would be an issue. But a light bulb? That I had in the package in the glove box? They then charged me just over $30 for a light bulb (stock, nothing fancy or special order part). That I already had. He said it was that or they would fail it, I could put the bulb in myself and bring it back for re-inspection. Im sorry but thats just...like what? This place had great reviews and its really close by, I would have liked to use this place multiple times but I cant after this.

Got a flat on my way to work, brought the tire by the shop and they said they might be able to save me from having to buy a whole new tire by removing the nails and sealing the holes. Fixed the tire in under five minutes, took off the spare and put it back in the trunk, put on the fixed tire, my overall visit was around 12 minutes. The staff are very friendly, they were nice to my dogs, and they even gave them biscuits.Would definitely recommend them to family and friends, will come back should I need more work done.

Can you say great service?Because thats exactly what you will get here.My car was vibrating when I hit 60mph and I had a trip coming up and needed it fixed within a day.On a recommendation from my sister, I drove out from Ashburn to Advanced and told them to check it over and tell me the problem.They told me my tires had cupping and even sent me photos so I could see for myself.I told them if they could get me on the road by 4:30 to go ahead and order.They were awesome. In and out and my trip was smooth sailing.Never felt sold to and loved that they gave me a complete list of things that needed my attention in the future.They also could have taken me for a break fluid change but ended up telling me I didnt need it. Love the honesty!!

We moved here from Seattle and needed emissions and vehicles inspections completed on a few of our vehicles. I appreciate that they fit me in, and they kept a detailed report on my car. They were nice and suggested a few things to get done, which Id like to bring back since its convenient that I work nearby. I think they would be worth it for bigger repairs or maintenance, but I only needed 1 headlight assembly replaced and the part alone was over $200. I didnt expect it to cost that much - Ill honestly just have to get one myself for a third of the price, but I will be going back in for my next repairs.

Honest shop! Originally thought something was needed (would have to pay $200 more), but after 5 hours of trouble shooting.... the technician and the owner realized the sensor they replaced was defective. They didnt charge me a dime for extra work!

Make a reservation before hand, if not your car will not be ready til the next day. They said a couple of hours. I arrive 8 hours later, no progress. If you want your car to be completed within a day, this is not the place to go to. AWFULUpdate: They messed up, but they took the time and care to make up for it and ensure my satisfaction.
