Got into my first car wreck and my dealership recommended them. My van was in and out within a week (very mild damage) but they were helpful in explaining exactly what was going on the entire time. They were timely in their notifications and very professional.Hopefully Ill never need their services again but should I ever Ill be going back.

I dropped my car off at Carstar Champion for the pre-approved bodywork that was requested. My vehicle was supposed to be completed by 2pm Friday, but was not completed until late afternoon. I was not made aware of the delay until approximately 10 minutes before the completion time. To add insult to injury. When I arrived, the condition of my car was unacceptable and unsightly. There was white paint ALL over the interior of my vehicle. My steering wheel was white (my car is gray) because it was covered in white dust and chipped paint. My seats were also covered with white debris. My backseat had a white footprint outline on the seat. In addition, there were white particles in my stereo speakers. Upon seeing my vehicle.. I immediately began to try to clean it. A majority of your staff watched me do it with the exception of one employee who came to assist me. I was so disgusted, I wanted to do anything to get away from your establishment. As I was driving, I heard a whistling sound in my window and noticed that the rubber lining was not appropriately aligned. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.

After being rear ended I was nervous to take my car for repairs since I wanted it done well. I’m very happy with the work done by Champion Body Works. My van looks as good as before, and they took care of contacting the insurance company and setting up a rental car for me. They also called me regularly with updates during the process. Would recommend!

I had an amazing experience with CARSTAR, they were prompt, communicative, and tried their best to make sure i had an amazing experience with them. I only had work on the drivers side mirror done but it was excellent and would definitely use them in the future!

I was recommended by All State Insurance, due to an accident. Rob was my service provided, I give him a 10. Rob provided excellent service. He was very professional and made sure I knew everything that was going on with my car. I definitely recommend Champion, because this is where I will take my cars from this day forward. JOB WELL DONE!

I have taken my Explorer to Champion for bodywork twice, once for an accident of my own fault and another car and accident that was someone else’s fault. Both times they handled the claims through their respective insurance companies making for a hassle free. The work that is done here is top-notch in quality and timeliness. Staff is friendly and text updates on the status are very nice!

Over charging 3,700+ to change 2 door panels, when I could do it around 1,800 somewhere else. They just want to get as much as they can from the insurance company. The other reviews are fake and are generated to have a good impression. Please get quotes before coming her you will thank me later.

Rob and Doug were the associates that helped me with a degraded seal problem in the tailgate of my Toyota Sienna that was causing water to leak into the back compartment. Both Rob and Doug were extremely professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. I was dropped off and picked up when the work was complete. I was called with a status update on the work and then again when the leak was fixed. The customer service was outstanding and I give Champion the highest rating because of the great professional, responsive, and helpful service that I received. The guys at Champion Body Works are amazing! A month of work later, and you cant even tell my brand new 2018 Honda CRV was half totaled. Back to looking like we just drove it off the lot. They are super nice and friendly, always taking our calls and answering all our questions thoroughly. They dealt with our insurance people completely so we didnt have to be the inbetween. We highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them for any and all of our body work needs!
