Great place for a casual meal with hubby or a special treat for the grandkids. Birthday cakes, too!!

I visited here with 3 children (ages 4,8 &9). I tasted a flavor and one child ordered and the girl made the one ice cream and walked away. There were people paying that had already been helped and served and there were three people working. The girl who walked away started talking to some boys that werent ordering, another stood by the drive thru window (but nobody was there) and the third was stocking or staring, I couldnt tell which. We stood there waiting to order the rest of our ice cream... Minutes went by before the girl who was staring came over, apologized and finished our order. Then I ordered a small sherbet in a cup for my 4 year old and she gave me a bowl that didnt even have one full scoop in the cup. I looked at it and said, uh, do you think you could put at least one whole scoop in here 🙄🤔. She did. The whole visit was a pathetic cry from what Baskin Robbins used to be. Stop putting ice cream and donuts together and go back to 31 flavors of ice cream. Will not return.

Good icecream. Took the kids and they loved it at least. They dnt have very many flavors to pick from really (31 flavors my butt!!) and dnt have their version of a blizzard even anymore! I could have gotten a McFlurry from McDonalds and been happier honestly! Would have been cheaper too! But like I said, the kids were happy and that was the point of the trip.

We had a very nice family outing and the staff was helpful and friendly.We really enjoyed the sample of the cherry Valentines Sunday.

Kinda really expensive,but good. Service is slow & its usually always crowded there. And hardly any parking & hard to get into & out of that place with the roads.

Everyone loves ice cream, this is the old school king of 31 flavors. Though this one isnt just solely a Baskin robins, it does have a Dunk n donuts for all your sweets cravings too!

Ykno, to be honest, I dont remember stopping here. Ive been to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robinses before, so Ive probably been here. I just cant remember! I like ice cream, tho. And donuts. Usually separately.I havent tried them together yet. 🍦🍩

My 2 scoop sundae barely made one scoop. The ice cream was good but the portions were skimpy for the price.

1 scoop at Dairy Queen is equal to 3 at this Dublin. And they forgot my straw.

Walked in to get ice cream with my husband and the kid behind the counter said “what do you want” so we’re going to Cleveland 🤷🏼‍♀️We will not be returning to this one.
