I had a wonderful experience with Haley. She provides so many options and walks you through any questions you have, I walked in with no idea what I was looking for and left with a really great plan that fits my budget and was able to get the new Samsung! She really is the sweetest person and makes sure you are 100% satisfied satisfied you leave. Ill only be asking for her from now on when I go in, thank you Haley!

Orlando was so AWESOME T to work with. I am blessed to have walked into this store and have gotten him. He has taken up so much of his time with me, literally. He was on hold for over an hour on the phone waiting to get my lines reactivated for me. He was transferred 6 times throughout all of that. Very frustrating! He was a trouper. We went thru a lot together. He is a very sweet, hard working, person that cares for his people that come into this store.

He was able to assist me in pre-ordering a 13 pro max, and as soon as it was delivered to the store, he contacted me to let me know. That same day I was able to pick up my phone and walk out with a pure smile. Not only did I get to upgrade my phone, I also was able to get a case, and screen protector for the new phone also. He has the most genuine personality, and is dedicated to putting smiles on customers faces. He put a smile on my face the entire time I was in the store. Reluctantly, after 19 years with Verizon I elected to move my service on three lines to Consumer Cellular. (Reason? Cost) After a nightmarish experience trying to convert I urgently needed service on one line serving my son given that it was a necessity for his job and CC couldnt get it done. Desperate, I turned to Verizon hoping that they could help. After hours of holding to talk to reps, I took the info to my local Verizon store in Lorain, Ohio where a young man named Orlando changed my sim cards in two of the phones, got service immediately for all 3 phones (absolutely vital for one the phones), plus found a plan for us that provides more service for less money. Im surprised there arent more reviews about Jake Gomez! He was absolutely amazing. Greeted us when we first came in, wasnt pushy about switching. Originally I had my sight set on AT&T, but Jake was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. He explained things, was patient and calm, and helped us for over 2 hours. Ive worked in customer service myself for over 10 years; it isnt easy. Jake went above and beyond to make sure I understood my phone and was confident with everything. He even greeted customers when they came in while he was helping us. Some of the other agents didnt appear as attentive or caring to customers. I think everyone there can learn from Jake!!

The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, polite and very full of answers to all my questions! Great place to stop in an update your phone, pay a bill and check out accessories!!

Terrific service! We were on a time crunch with a broken phone right before a trip, and Jake Gomez took less than 30 minutes to get a new one and transfer all data. He was so pleasant and efficient.

Haley, was very rude bossy demeaning to her co workers. She was clocked out sitting at the front counter on a personal phone call. I would not recommend working with her ever!

Aaron did a great job and explain how to use the phone and I went back the next day and Aaron help my daughter with a new phone. Excellent service.

Absolutely the Best Service at the Lorain location!I have been a regional director for 17 years in retail / guest service and I highly recommend Jack Faight at this Lorain location. He been a life- saver on multiple times!In Oct 2020 the night right before I was to leave the country must phone died (an hour before they were to close) Jack quickly took care of me and actually stayed an hour after to ensure everything was downloaded correctly. He is Kind, courteous but most of all He knows what he is doing. He takes his time explaining all / any information.When I returned several weeks from vacation, I had a problem pairing my iPad to my phone. Once again Jack took care of the problem quickly and courteously.Again today, I needed help with Jack kindly and quickly solved my issue!

Clean organized location, more then enough staff for site.Not much they can actually do as far as customer service. Basically there there to sell you new phones, And thats ok.

Went last night to get 7 phones for our business. We were so pleasantly suprised. Haley took care of us. She was very friendly efficient and got right down to business. Although the system was giving her quite a hard time, she kept her cool, kept us informed and continued working to get the results we were needing for our company. Although there is a verizon store closer we will always go the extra few miles to work with Haley should we ever need service again.

Save your time and money - go somewhere else. Called first. They told me they had what I needed in stock. Drove there - both people were extremely rude, the gentleman was more rude than the lady working. First comment - Oh. I didnt know you were a customer. I thought you were part of the ground crew working on our landscaping. - granted, I wasnt dressed well.The man working went to check and verify that they had the $1200 phone I wanted (after I had confirmed its availability on a telephone call) - they did not. Told me they were sorry and I should go somewhere else. Something told me they really werent sorry. It was obvious that they really didnt care at all, so I left.To Verizon - theyre giving you a bad name as your name is on the building. Id check it out if it were my name on the building.To the owners of the store - either save your money and close, or hire a competent, polite (friendly) staff. Right now, youre just wasting your money.

Last week I came into the store with the hopes of getting some help w a failing phone. I ended up purchasing a new phone (Samsung Note 20 Ultra). When transferring out old phone to new phone something happen to my account line. When i say something happen I mean behind the scene AKA IT Department crazy. I was left w a half working phone. Long story short and I do mean long, Ricky and Sedric put in countless hours not to mention worked on it on their days off to try and fix the problem. These 2 gentlemen are Rockstars!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!! Now the DM (Casey) of this store might want to consider taking customer services 101 again.

Made me feel comfortable with my business and I would definitely be back again just for her! I have gone to other phone companies and they just wanted to charge me an outrageous amount of money with no benefits, Sarah showed me all the benefits and what I would be getting my moneys worth and I have no complaints ! GO TO SARAH!

I hate going through the hassle of getting a new phone. I thought coming into Verizon this time would be especially rough, since it was my daughter and mother that were looking to upgrade their phones, and they just wanted me along to help make sure they were okay. Our sales rep was Haley, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was down to earth and incredibly easy to talk too. Her patience was fantastic, and she helped to answer an unending slew of questions from me and family. If she didnt know the answer to something, she would say so, then go find it out for us. We genuinely appreciated having her there to help us, and we hope that Verizon sees her as an asset to the company brand.

The WORST phone purchase experience I have ever had, if I could give it lower that 1 star I would. Both of the sales associates that my husband and I worked with were super unprofessional and barely spoke to us. When we walked in we were just kind of looked at, no greeting until we stood there for a little while longer. And then once an associate was able to help, he was not polite and just said What phone do you want. Thank goodness my husband and I looked up different phones online, because we felt like we were bothering this man by just being in the store. He was not really interested in talking to us about the different phones we have been debating on. They had to order the phones we decided on because they didnt have any in stock, which wasnt a big deal. When we went to pick up the phones the next day, there was another young man that helped us, no smile, no greeting, no nothing. He had a very What do you want attitude and didnt even help us set up our new phones. He just turned them on and handed them too us, even though I kept asking how to back things up and if everything would pull over (Im not tech savvy) He just kept looking at me like I was bothering him and like my questions were stupid. Im thankful my husband kind of knew what he was doing, and he was help to help me through the process 1/2 in the store and then 1/2 when we got home because we were both really angry at this point. After we managed to at least get the phones working, the gentleman didnt even say goodbye, he just looked at us. WE had to ask about cases and screen protectors. They didnt have any cases to choose from, which was disappointing but we did opt to get some sort of liquid glass on it. My husband asked what it was and the man looked at him and simply said liquid.... glass... like we were stupid. I was honestly this guy helped put it on he was so rude. Once we was done again he just stared at us for a moment, so there was an awkward silence and finally said if youre good, you can go. My husband and I left quite angry at the horrible and rude service. Later we found out that we got different phones than what we asked for and had to go back to the now dreaded Verizon store to ask why. The gentleman that helped us the first day explained that no one had to phones we asked for so he chose a similar phone, but widely unpopular phone. He did apologize that he didnt explain that to us, but NO ONE told us we had a different phone and we didnt think to check until we got home and the only cases we were able to find ($40 later) didnt fit. Overall the whole experience was AWFULL and highly upsetting. We will NOT be returning to this store EVER, even though its 2 minutes from our home. I highly suggest going to any other Verizon store and avoid this one at all costs.
