Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with any customer service staff. They were able to effectively send me different items when they became available then waiting a whole month to send me everything together. There staff even called me when we had confusion instead of just emailing me back and forth. If I could advertise for this company and wear their gear for them I would 100% do it. This was a phenomenal experience and I definitely will be buying more from them.

My go to brand to hoop in, love the free t-shirts and the fact that they offer them every couple of months. The sizes and lengths are pretty inconsistent between shirts, the labels are really have against your chest, and they dont hold up quite as well as other brands, but you get what you pay for. They have strong variety and are very affordable when you get a discount, will definitely buy more t-shirts and plan on getting a short sleeve hoodie soon. The rewards program is also very strong from what Ive seen, cant wait to redeem points after my next purchase.

I’ve been ordering clothes for awhile for my boyfriend of course, but I love the site! Only thing that could be improved is the order updates. I had ordered a shirt and it took about a month to come in and didn’t have any updates about the shipping whatsoever. But overall love everything Hoop Culture is about!

Love the shirts and the sets they have to offer. Sizes run true to size and dont have those stretched out wide neck openings like a lot of other brands. Only thing remotely negative would be the shipping time frame. Takes about 3 weeks unless you wanna upgrade and pay more to get things faster but, that still doesnt take away from the quality of the products. So Im still a 5 star customer reviewer!

Absolutely love Hoop Culture, the company is full of people who just wanna boost the basketball scene and provide fantastic clothing. They will be as big as Nike and Adidas one day, the quality of their products are just as good if not better currently! Constantly buying more and more off of their website!

My grandson loves these clothes but, they dont carry very many youth sizes. I would pay the extra for shipping, other wise it takes forever! Their customer service is excellent!!! Great quality of clothes!!! Youll love them!

Ordered from them about 3 weeks ago and still have not heard anything back from them. I have left numerous voice mails and emails and have yet to hear back from them. First time ordering from them and will also be my last. All I ask for is some kind of communication back letting me know my order is either on its way or being processed.

Bought 11 shirts for my son for Christmas. He opened it and loved them all. Some shirts took longer to get back not a reasonable time. Loved and will be shopping for more once the other ones he wants restock.

I’ve called several times and sent an email to inquire about a product weeks ago still no answer and now the item I was inquiring about is sold out. Not a good way to do business. I placed a order of 3 shirts in M unfortunately one of the M shirts were out of stock even tho it allowed me to purchase. I was contacted by an associate who informed me of the issue and took care of me. When I thanked her and informed her she made a young mans bday she was able to throw in a little extra. That was wonderful service.

I have ordered various products from this catalog. The quality of the t-shirts and sweatshirts are very good. A mens small is a true mens small. I have not washed anything yet, however the material is pre-shrunk. I still will not put in the dryer just to be sure. Customer service is very good. Only downfall is trying to get a live person answer the phone. I kept getting the recording for weeks. When I finally did reach someone they were very accommodating. Also, it seems that you must order on the weekends as that is when they run their specials. Otherwise, I will definitely be ordering more items from here.

Ordered a shirt 2 weeks ago, paid for 2-day shipping, and I have yet to get my product. I was charged for the product and got a text saying they’ll update me. Nothing happened..after I bought the shirt it said I would receive an email, and I’ve never gotten an email from them... I tried calling who knows how many times and they don’t answer. This seems like a scam considering everyone experiences this same problem. COMPANY IS TERRIBLE DONT BUY!!

I have some of this clothing for myself and it is so comfortable and affordable. I recently bought a sweatshirt as a Christmas present and the shipping was great. My order got here in no time.

Quality looks excellent (haven’t given it to my son yet, but upon first glance)...also prices were very reasonable! Only cons seem to be that the delivery was slow (but it was after Black Friday, so somewhat understandable), and the inventory has unfortunately been very low, pretty often throughout the holiday season...if you didn’t grab it as soon as you saw it, it was gone, and it probably wasn’t going to be back in stock 😢...My son will be very happy with the items I was able to get however!!!

My son loves Hoop culture. We seem to be ordering something every few weeks. The quality is always top notch. He has had several of the backpack which I was worried about but they have been great quality as well. The only reason I didn’t go 5 stars is due to the shipping. The shipping generally takes longer than I would like. I’m in the military so we have moved often and it seems no matter where I live (even in Tampa, Florida) it takes anywhere from 10 days to 3+ weeks to get my orders. I actually just ordered some hoodies and duffel bag for my sons birthday, order was placed on the 21st and I have yet to even receive a shipping notification. Outside of the slow shipping I love all things hoop culture.

Clothes are super comfortable to wear. I pretty much only wear their shirts and jackets. Delivery takes awhile but thats minor. Love the apparel.

We ordered Christmas gifts for our young grandsons on Dec.6th. GOT NOTHING!Cant get ahold of them at all! I have left numerous messages and emailed themNO RESPONCE! They managed to charge our credit card $93 and change. I am giving them until 2:00 today to call and SPEAK with me. If I get nothing I will be calling my credit card co. and let them handle the issue and Ill be contacting the BBB too!

Its now April the 1st and I placed an order on March 16th and have not even heard anything about it. I havent received, which sucks after more than two weeks, but the fact that I havent gotten any type of update, and the fact that I have called them and left a voicemail and emailed them over a week ago with no reply is really irritating. This is my only experience with them so I wouldnt recommend them. If you cant get your shipping together then why are you offering online purchases. Waiting doesnt bother me, but knowing i have spent money and i get no updates about my order and the fact that i still get sale emails does

Very poorly made material...When you order an extra large you guys might wanna center the “sauce” log a lot lower..The logo is why up top of the shirt but it looks weird because there’s so much white that the logo looks uncentered and unportioned... the mesh shorts run super small... if your a large you might wanna XXL in shorts but the shirt won’t match up in size so all in all you guys really need to get it together better what it is...I wouldn’t buy again

I haven’t personally used their products - it was bought as a gift. I will say their customer service needs some help. The phone is busy forever and then when it rings nobody answers and there is no machine. They also do not reply to emails even though the auto reply says 1-2 days. You can message them on FB and it says reply within minutes. Not the case. I had to send two messages. It’s unfortunate because if their customer service was brought up to par they probably wouldn’t be a bad company. Not being able to speak to someone about an order is not acceptable and some people are not on FB to be able to message them.

This is a great product and I look forward to making several more purchases my daughter loves her T-shirt ice in my veins and I will be purchasing the hoodie with the same phrase this really is a company that cares and values there customers and I appreciate that
