Jareth of Clayton Homes is incredibly helpful. We stopped in just to look around and he spent so much time with us. We were new to the area and weren’t sure what route we were going to take. Can not say enough good about this place or these people. They had me moved in within 3 weeks of walking on the lot, mortgage approved and all. The few minor imperfections with the home were fixed promptly and efficiently. John and Cotton are two great guys you can count on to do the right right, and do it well.Wanted to add a follow up review. Been in the house a little over a year and still completely satisfied. Wish I could give a second five star rating. Customer continues well after the sale. Great people to do business with.

I put money down to hold a home and they sold it out from under me without letting me know. They said they could hold it on their lot until we had the dirt work, water, electric ready. Of course now another of the exact same model would cost $6000 more. I wont be doing business here.

Have had my home for 7 yrs now very bad paper trim package that Im going to have to replace around all my floors and doors plus floors in bathrooms and utility rooms have bubbles under tile so I think they use OSB on flooring which will not hold up over time . They need to sell a little better brand of home.
