They failed to replace wires and, spark plugs like they said they did, they failed to replace CVC joints, and oil changes were not done thoroughly and over a period of time. We were charged for all work being done, but we went to a different mechanic and was told plugs and wires had been on for years when you just paid for the work to be done is ridiculous. If they couldnt do the work on my car, it would have been more honest for them to let me know so I could have gone somewhere else. Now I have paid double to have the work done right. Very sad.

Just got off the phone with his place. They are working with Tower Automotive to rip you off and double charge you before they even see your vehicle. THEY WERENT INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT MY CAR. This is how they treated a perspective customer!! Worthless place...

My 70 year old sister took her car in for some work. she provided the parts that needed replaced, except for the O2 sensors. they replaced the battery, without permission, that was two months old. Voiding that warranty. They charged her for the leaver because you have to take off the front tire in this particular vehicle. They did work that didnt need done and didnt do the work that did need done. And they charge you an arm and a leg. they did refund the money for the labor to replace the battery, but that doesnt change the fact they changed battery that said right on it April of 2020. And they did the work in July. In my opinion, they are scammers who take advantage of senior citizens.

Took in my truck in on a monday. That following Saturday a weird grinding noise happened. Luckily i was in town when this occurred. Looked underneath and a bolt fell out. Didnt tighten the bolt. Metal shavings, told me the brakes were still fine and didnt need replacing. Then i was told they didnt know how it fell out. No discount no proper apology this could have cost me my life if it happened on the freeway. The prices were good i guess. They did a good job on my wifes car. Just a shame. Take it in on your own risk.

I went in yesterday and had told them that my brakes were horrible and my pads and rotors needed replaced. They said they’d have the parts at 3:30pm yesterday but I scheduled an appointment for 9am the today due to my work schedule. I sat for 40+ minutes under the impression that my brakes were getting fixed while the owner came in and out of the lobby where I was waiting. Finally, she told me they didn’t have the parts and they couldn’t help me. What the hell? For one, I thought my parts were in at 3:30? And for two, she was constantly coming in and out of the lobby that whole time and didn’t tell me anything was wrong until 40+ minutes had passed. She also had her kid in there who kept harassing me. But hey, can’t pay for child care when you can’t make money!I would’ve appreciated a call to let me know they weren’t there, instead they wasted my time when instead I ACTUALLY could’ve been getting them fixed elsewhere.Go to T&T Tire for everything. I feel stupid that I attempted to go somewhere else

Probably the best customer service around.has the Family owned and operated by feel for sure. I was basically given a educational class on my vehicle without buying a thing. Deffenitly fair, straight forward prices. plan on going back in there to get my timing belt changed asap.

I was stunned and very pleased with the fast and fair service my car got. It was nice to go into an auto repair shop and not be pressured into something I didnt need done.

I recommend these guys because they actually seem to care if you get around in a safe vehicle. They took time to explain exactly what I needed done and why. When I asked questions they answered and made me feel comfortable with everything. I will absolutely be coming back and will direct anyone I know there.

Very nice people. Their daughter is adorable.Not very professional. We paid for work that was never done.We went in for several oil changes and the oil filter was never changed.My biggest red flag was when we had the CVS joints done on the right side, and a few months later went in for the left side and their mechanic said the right side was really bad. Work that was supposed to have been done that was found by their own mechanic to not have been completed.

I just had the most amazing experience here! My car was leaking oil pretty badly and the technician not only diagnosed the the problem for free but also fixed it, past closing time on a Friday night. While he said it was a simple fix, he still went above and beyond. It was awesome, friendly, service and I will be bringing my car there for any issues that may come up in the future.

My wife purchased a oil change punch card from a door to door salesman for Brake stop. I was a little apprehensive about the program but after using it several times I found it to be a great value.The 99.95 I spent for the 8 oil changes was well worth it. I got some really good service was treated very professionally and have found a shop that I can trust. Josh and Sarah seem like honest good people and I like the fact that its locally-owned. So if someone knocks on your door selling oil changes I would highly recommend that you buy one while they last. The shop does much more than brakes. They also do tranny work, suspension, exhaust and more I came to find out. The prices were more than fair especially after using the free labor on the punch card I purchased. Great shop!

Sent someone over to get a price on brakes and some shocks for my rig. I found out later, after speaking with a man that had his corvette there. This man Josh Garcia, was painting his building, and got spray paint all over his car !!! When confronted, he said it was not his fault, that it did not happen ! its is obvious from the color that he was paining, and the sparkles on his corvette, that it matched perfectly ! Josh Garcia REFUSED to clean it off !Irresponsible, and marijuanna friendly. People care about their cars, I find it so amazing that he did nothing. In my company, I have plenty of workers and vendors, and I will surely WARN them about this Place !!!I would NOT RECOMMEND this place

Givin 2 stars for there friendly atmosphere but no stars for the work. They did what I was needin done but charged me an hour and a half for a 20 min job. I brought in a new rotor and the old one for them to be switched. I was not able to do it due to not havin the right tools. I brought in the parts. Charged 138 dollars for a 20 min job.

He went out of his way on his day off and still had me come in done a great job got them done fast very nice guy

They charged me 189$ to fix a squeeking serpintine belt and pulley, picked up my vehicle it was quiet for 6 blocks .I had to get to work but when I came back the following week asked about why it was still squeeking said it wasnt because of there work, I then went to Kerrs Automotive they fix what was an extremely loose belt. .For all the troubles and all Kerrs Automotive fixed my loose belts and pulley. ...I dont mind paying someone for what there worth as Im no mechanic but I do expect one to gurantee there work, especially something as sensitive as a vehicle as its my life blood ..No car no work dont take advantage of ones not knowing your job. .
