Did not perform all repairs. The ones they did were not properly done. They never completed a walk around with me to bring up the issues. I went back in to see why. No one was available to assist me. 5 people setting around talking while the receptionist was the only one helping anyone. They get you to sign all the papers work before they even show you your car. I will never use again. Lifetime warranty is piles if they don’t fix it correctly to begin with. I would definitely go somewhere else.

Fast and efficient! Great customer service and rental right beside them. It is very convenient especially when you have children with you and need to switch over to a rental in the meantime. They even have coloring and snacks for the kids or adults if you have to wait. We were in and out so quick there was no need for any of that though.

Colton Stewart is a highly professional and courteous rep at Collision Repair and I highly recommend you ask for him. He kept me updated and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repair before considering it done. He repeatedly said the work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. The quality of the body repair was as good as new.

Need to work on there estimating abilities. Whatever they quote you, go ahead and double that and that’s closer to what it’s going to cost. Besides that they do a great job and are very friendly

Ive had multiple experiences with this company as I am in home health and on the road constantly. I deal alot with dings and occasional deer encounters on the road. Their service has always been top notch and updates on your car are borderline obsessive with text messages on the progress which I found better than wondering how things are going. This has been and will be my choice for collision repair in the future.

Kept us up to date regularly. Courteous people who cared about the quality of their workmanship. They actually corrected the position of our fender which was set wrong by a previous body shop. Excellent results. Would recommend them to anyone with damage to their car body.

They called me when they received the parts, so I could bring in my car. Thus they could start on it when arrived. They kept me abreast of the stages of repares. Let me know when it was completed. They were fast and efficient.

This place was recommend by a friend and I found them to be professional and timely.

I teetered on giving them a 4 star and will explain why. They did a great job on coordinating my repair and it came out great. First place Ive encountered that tries to take your vehicle away from you as little as possible if its still safe to drive. They even gave an estimated date of completion. My only complaint (and not sure if it could be considered one) is that there was a bit much on updates. Calls on the same days as texts just to say they were on track to hit their estimated completion date. I would only want a call if my completion date is going to change. Other than the over abundance of communication, they were 5 stars.

Took my truck to autobody express to be repaired. They had my vehicle over 2 months in which time they were bought by caliber collision. I was never told of the buy out until after they had possession of my vehicle and even then I was only notified by my insurance company. The repair itself looks good but caliber did a horrible job of keeping me up to date. I even found out that they failed to secure my side steps after one of them moved. If they couldn’t take the time to tighten more than 2 of 6 bolts I’m worried about what else they missed.

Vehicle was much cleaner when I got it back. Looks like they did a detail job on it.

I had just bought my brand new 2020 Dodge Ram Dually and only had it 2 months before some joker decided to plow into the side of my truck. Being heartbroken of a wrecked brand new truck, I was very hesitant to where the truck would be repaired. I have Allstate insurance and they recommended this shop and I trusted my insurance agent because Ive had them for a while but this is my first time ever dealing with collision repair. Let me say, this shop does great work. And when even though my truck was brand new before the accident, it looks even better now. This shop did an amazing job and called me and left messages to let me know the status of acquiring parts and the progress of the repairs. They gave me a target date of when the truck was going to be ready and kept their word. Even had the truck ready for pick up early. When I saw it I had no complaints about their work. Very professional business and my truck looked like it had got cleaned inside and out. I am very happy with this company and if I ever need a truck painted and repaired, this is the place Id bring it to. They took way too long To fix my vehicle and then they had to submit for a secondary claim after my vehicle was already completed because they didn’t listen to me whenever I pointed out more damage in the beginning and now they owe me money for extra parts and it’s been well over a month and I still haven’t received any of my money

Very happy with my experience at AutoBody Express! They contacted me almost immediately after I filed my claim with insurance. Dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up Friday looking good as new. They even arranged my rental with Enterprise next door to coordinate with my drop of date. Great communication throughout.

We’ve unfortunately had to use AutoBody Express multiple times. Every time we’ve used them they have been very professional and timely. They do a great time keeping you updated on the progress of their work. They are the only body shop we use!

Courteous. Professional. Close communication.Way early. Promised Wednesday next week. It’s Friday and I have my car. Disappointed I didn’t get to drive the 2020 Maxima 5 more days, but I don’t mind saving over $160 on rental.This isn’t my first time with them. Was referred to here since insurance is partnered with them. Good service. Kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. Estimate and costs is about average though in my case it was a couple hundred cheaper than another place in town. Definitely suggest as an option if needing auto body work done if you are able to get scheduled in as it seems they are popular and busy.

They were super helpful, they called me and got me in that day for my estimate. The next wk I dropped my truck off and got in my rental, it only took them 6 days to complete the work which was a wk early from the estimated time.

The work at this place is always good quality and this is my second time going. I would say that you don’t have to worry about the quality of work you are getting it is 💯. AutoBody Express made a task that most dont look forward to, an easy and painless process! Took the car in for an estimate, they ordered all the necessary parts, painted them in advance. So, when I took my car in I was able to drop it off and have it returned the same day and in just a few hours !! Tristen did an amazing job of installing and my car looks just like it did the day I drove it off the lot .. I cannot thank Tristen enough for the recommendation and to the rest of the AutoBody team for making the process an enjoyable experience!!

Brent handled my repairs and was amazing. The shop is welcoming and professional. All information is communicated clearly and carefully. Brent reached out every time there was an update or just every couple days to touch base and let me know my repair was still on schedule. They are equipped to handle insurance perfectly. The Enterprise being in the same location is also a huge help. Cannot recommend enough.

Someone backed into my rear driver side door and it had a huge dent and scratches. I decided to go with Autobody Express and I couldn’t be happier with the job. The work is so professional it looks factory new. The customer service is exceptional too! Every single person I spoke with was very kind and helpful.They stayed on schedule and sent me texts to keep me informed every step of the way.I have never had to use a body shop before so I don’t have a comparison, but the work took a week. Insurance covered a rental so it wasn’t a big deal.I highly recommend this shop!

This body shop is an authorized USAA shop. They coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company and Enterprise during the period that my vehicle was in the body shop. I received text messages throughout the process up until the final day it was suppose to be finished. Midway through I received one telephonic update. On the final day, I did not receive any notification from the body shop on the status of my vehicle until I initiated the call. I was given the option to pick up my vehicle while one additional part was waiting to be installed. Overall the process was good, and my vehicle looks good as new.
