I took my car to Bud Clary collision for some body work and headlight replacement after a minor collision. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I was offered prompt appointments with flexibility for estimates. Repairs and pickup. The work was completed sooner than anticipated and was thorough and professional. Tim was exceptionally helpful and went well above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired. Karma to Tim, and thank you to all at the collision center.

I had Bud Clary replace my bumper after I had some damage. When they first told me they would need my car for a week, I was discouraged. But after I explained that I would not have access to another vehicle, they worked to match my paint and do all of the things so they would only need my car for a day. They washed and vacuumed my car before returning it which was great!

I originally just went here for a price estimate for my insurance because of a collision and was going to go elsewhere for my repairs. But I walked in and the staff was beyond great!!! Answered all my questions and even helped me out with how to go about dealing with my insurance. Rebecca was super helpful and kind! Her manager was also GREAT, and because of his initial service during the estimate, it helped me decide to just stay and let them do my repairs. I never felt pressured or felt nervous about letting them handle my vehicle. I knew from their great customer service that my car would be in good hands. I took my car in and it was repaired in less than 2 days, WAY sooner than I had planned. Thank you so much for the great service, my car looks as good as new!

The best body shop in town. I brought in an aftermarket bumper which they cleaned up the flaws on and painted to match my OEM paint. They were very reasonable on pricing. Unfortunately, it wasn’t something that insurance covers, but they seem to be able to work with every company if I did need it.

I can’t say enough good things about this Auto Body Shop !!! From the moment I got there, Dakota at the front desk greeted me with a smile & warmth . Mike was very prompt, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did my estimate & explained everything to me very clearly . He went above and beyond to get the job(s) done . It couldn’t of went any smoother .When I picked up my car, it was so clean ! I had just moved and it was in horrible shape inside 🤣 I felt like my car was almost brand new . I will be returning for all of my car needs . Thanks again to the staff at Bud Clary in Longview ! You really don’t find service like this much anymore .

Panel gaps could have been better and they didnt blend the color on the door trim but did blend the door. When made aware of the issue were less than cordial, but agreed to try and match the color better.

I am a serial costumer here and I will say the service and atmosphere have improved since they added the Subaru service area. Shannon does a good job of helping set up the service visit and the online booking service works very well. I needed a part at this visit and I was able to call ahead to make sure they pays department had it in stock. I did need to be ordered, but it arrived in time for my already scheduled service visit. They offer free wifi, coffee, water, snacks and TV in the waiting area. There is also a great coffee shop just a block away that has breakfast items as well.

Its where my insurance company prefers we take our rigs for claims repairs. I dealt with Mike. He was always in touch with updates. I picked my car up a lot cleaner than how I left it. They were friendly both times I physically went to office.

They gave written quote $1300 less than actual cost. Our car was done but because of charging insurance so much more & NOT getting any authorization to charge more-Bud Clary held up our car for 9 more days than necessary. I could have paid difference while they sorted it out but don’t hope Rebekah or anyone else there will call you back to let you know what holdup is on there end. We called, our agent called repeatedly, the adjusters & several supervisors from Country Financial Insurance called too! Very sad but this was very much on Bud Clary. Then when we pick up car & asked again about it costing more than quote-the guy there says “what’s it matter? It’s only $500 deductible for you.” No wonder insurance premiums keep rising. Bad attitude. Don’t show the care they should or even an “I’m sorry” it took so long.

Had passenger side headlight out, multiple businesses declined servicing due to difficulty reaching headlight. Went to this business to ask for assistance on the proper way to change it out. Employee immediately came out began working on it, after retrieving the light bulb he found a used light bulb and replaced it for free and an extra bulb to take with us. This shows this business is about caring about its customers and honest help.K want to thank the employee for having compassion and pushing through the difficulty of changing the light bulb.

I have had the misfortune of needing help from Bud Clary collision services twice in one year. A tree fell on my vehicle Spring of 2018 causing extensive damage, close to a total. Last Fall, 2018, an inebriated woman stepped off a curb into the side of my Jeep as I passed by? Thankfully, she was uninjured; but the car suffered some damage.In both cases, Farmers Insurance covered the claim. Bud Clarys staff covered repair and, as promised, returned the vehicle to almost new condition. They also informed me that if there were any issues with the repair, at all, I should come on in. I discovered a couple of issues over time, made contact, and without hesitation the guys and office staff took care of me, and really well, therefore, easily earned 5 stars for great customer service and quality work. Thanks so much. Yes, I would recommend this shop without hesitation.Bob, shop manager, has a great crew in my opinion and went the extra ten yards for another job well done.

Elk hit my 06 Silverado last December out on hwy 4. It did a fair amount of damage to the drivers side of the box. Of the three estimates, Clary had the fastest turn around. I turned the truck in Jan. 6th & it was done the 15th. They installed a new outer skin on the box, fixed a small dent in the cab & door and blended the paint. One of the other shops I checked with planned to bondo the dents in the box which were quite extensive.I’ve only had the truck back a couple days but at this point I’m very pleased with the quality of service I received. The whole process was hassle free.

Stay away!!!!This place is terrible with quality, customer service, communication and time management. Way too many trips back to the shop to get minor issues repaired that should have been avoided if the quality of work was taken into account before returning the vehicle. I got the impression that they really dont care about quality of work or you as a customer.Check your vehicle carefully before you drive of the lot. I will never return to this place and will advice that you get your repairs done by someone else.

Friendly service. I worked with the Geico adjuster John and he kept me updated on my cars repairs. Took a little longer than I was hoping but it was over Christmas and New Years holidays with snow and bad weather. Got my car back and it was better than I expected! They did an excellent job on the paint and pin striping and the car came back clean inside and out. Thank you.

Worst body shop ever. Do not take your car to this place. No real major repair needed only a new headlight, bumper recondition and fender prep and paint. The bumper was falling off after one week due to bad quality work and missing brackets, they implied the car was driven over something causing the bumper to be pulled back, wanted me to file another claim with my insurance. I inspected the bumper and no real recondition work was complete. I can see every nick in the paint, seems like maybe clean and repaint is all they did. Took six trips back to the shop to get my car back, every time there was something wrong with it, and they always had an excuse or blamed someone else. An inspection is never done and you are expected to just drive away without going over the repairs. On my last trip to pick up the car new head light that they just replaced did not work, they reuse the bulbs but never check to see if they actually work. Check the bumper again and it is loose again due to a stripped out bracket and missing bolt. This is by far the worst body shop experience ever, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Quality and customer service is clearly not a priority at this place. Check your vehicle closely before driving off. I will contact my insurance company and recommend they use a different shop.

I will never again go to this place ever again. The worst place I have ever had to deal with. My car was involved in an accident and my insurance paid them to fix my car. My car has never had problems until this accident and since this place had it I have nothing but numerous problems. They did not completely fix my car, I have had to get work done else where after they had it. Not only that but the guy that helped me here told the dealership that my car is now at, incorrect information that is untrue just to save his own a**. I recommend no one go to this place!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!Visit 1- brought car in with passenger fender and bumper damage (bumper damage only needed to be buffed and painted) also a scratch on the light housing unit. I left with an un even setting of light housing with a used light replacing new one and damage to my door handle a cut in my leather on my door and super glue on the non functional housing that goes over the side mirror wiring. Also unexplained 40 miles drove on my car.Called same day brought car next day to show issues as they were closing. Was advised Id receive a call when parts arrived2nd visit- over 2 weeks later (when I decided enough was enough and called) arrived for re alignment of light housing and bumper and parts to be replaced due to their negligence. Was advised would take half day to fix. Called just before they closed to find out man who was working on the vehicle was not there and no parts were replaced and when re aligned they caused my fender to butt up to my door and now I have paint chipped off of the door as it is rubbing each time the door is opened. Was told they had to reorder parts as they sent in wrong schematics the first time.Because of this I will never have service here again nor will I even consider purchasing a new vehicle through them. Beyond frustrated with the lack of involvement and care.

What is driving this behavior? I will never purchase another vehicle, nor bring any vehicle in to the body shop or service department, again. The following is my experience with Bud Clary Chevrolet.I purchased a GM Certified Pre-Owned pickup truck from Bud Clary in Longview. This means it comes with a certified gm warranty. I also purchased an extended warranty. After a couple weeks I noticed a rattle coming from the engine bay. I brought it in and was told that my warranty was expired due to length of time. I responded I purchased the vehicle less than a month ago. The employee then comes back stating Im over my mileage, which is why it is expired. I responded that this is also false, as mentioned it was purchased less than a month prior, resulting in less than 200 miles driven since purchase. They proceeded to fix it under warranty after failing to scam me on this occassion.I brought my rig into the body shop after being rear ended, resulting in some body and paint work. They failed to put the 4x4 decal back on after paint. I stopped in to have this rectified to which the estimator stated there was never a 4x4 sticker on the vehicle. I told him to bring up the pictures in his databse to, to which he begrudgingly did and confirmed they failed to replace the decal.I was once again rear ended, and brought my truck in again due to insurance recommendation. It took nearly 4 months to fix, after multiple failures. The first time I was told it was ready I inspected the vehicle before walking into the shop. They replaced the exhaist, but failed to weld or secure the exhaust pipe to the vehicle resulting in 2 to 3 feet of sway, left to right. I showed this to the estimator who apologized. A few weeks later, I was told it was ready. I came to pick up the rig, signed papers, retrieved the keys, and it would not start! I never left the lot.A few weeks later, nearly 3.5 months since bringing it in, I was told it was indeed ready. I drove less than 1 mile before I received an engine code and warning to shut down the engine. The allignment was also off as my steering wheel needed to be turned to drive straight. Back to the dealer. I also told them to put the 4x4 decal back on which they failed to do, again.4 months later, 3 months late, I received my vehicle. No 4x4 decal but Im afraid what they would screw up this time, so Ill deal with it.Does the sales and service department not make enough money without trying to scam the local community on their warranty? Is it incompetence? Greed? Ill assume greed and incompetence.The body shop...wow. Incompetence at its worst. Throw in greed and some bad attitudes and you have yourself a nightmare experience..

I have been dealing with this body shop for almost a year. The manager is a joke, says he will get back to me then never does, no one in there calls me back to fix my car. I have been treated like a burden even though theyre the ones that cant seem to fix my car correctly after it had been wrecked. If you want your car fixed right and quickly, DO NOT bring it to Longview bud clary! I regret letting them ever touch my car.

They were the cheaper than any body shop in town because they actually worked with me to figure out exactly what i wanted done and didnt charge me for any unecessary work. They were fast and my car came back to me looking better than it did before my wreck! I got it back and apparently they washed my car and vaccuumed my floor mat. I was not expecting that! Was in an accident out of state and took my car to Bud Clary because it was a State Farm certified shop. They communicated poorly with us by saying it would be done on a certain day and then finding out they still had more work to do on it (this happened a couple times) One of those times resulting in me driving 6 hours back from Oregon to pick it up friday morning only to find out that they werent finished and it wouldnt be done until after the weekend.Picked the car up right before they closed on monday and a mile down the road realized interior electrical problems. Audio, power locks, interior lights, trip meter all didnt work. They were already closed when I returned and I had to be in California by the next morning.They replaced my fuse box that was damaged in the accident but somehow didnt think to check to make sure everything was working before they returned the car to me. When I questioned them they told me they usually dont check things on the inside of the car. Dont expect them to check to make sure everything is working before they give your car back to you.Long story short, my car ended up in a shop for 2 weeks later that summer, hours missed from work, numerous calls to my insurance company, just a huge hassle for a very minimal problem that could have been avoided.I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE IN THE LONGVIEW AREA OR IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THROUGH. Spare yourself time and trouble and go somewhere else that can effectively and efficiently fix your car.
