Can’t be any worse ! Total nightmare 0 star .I went to this location about a two weeks ago and I had to leave my mother in the car because they are not disabled-friendly. They didn’t even had a ramp for her to come in with the wheelchair and every time a customer would walking in the glass door would hit them. I was waiting on line for almost 30 minutes with other elderly people standing because there is no chairs at this location. While there were other employee on the back when an Indian guy who seems to be the manager finally came out he told me they didn’t have Iphones on the moment (while the other employee was literally finishing a sale of a iPhone on our side ) and for them to order but it could take in to December for my phone to come in what sounds like they did not want to sale to me .Walked out disappointed after waiting for so long, didn’t got any help and got hit by the door when walking out . Went to a different store where my mom could go in with me, where the employees were nice and treated people equally…Just got my new phone today only took 7 business days and a real store who wanted to sale

I had a wonderful experience at T-Mobile! Mateus helped me so much and showed me the variety of phones and plans I could choose from. Definitely recommend this provider

The store at 226 Broadway is fantastic. The reason is because of Jay and Sam. They both are knowledgeable, patient, and handle many customers at a time. They could not have been nicer, and willing to help with any request. You need to hire more employees like Jay and Sam, and then you will wipe out ATT / Verizon/ Boost, and any others.

Best customer service ever!!! I had this lovely young person named Matt and they were super duper helpful. I was having trouble charging my phone and Matt fixed it me. Highly recomend!!!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HELPED ME SO MUCH!!! They all are amazing and patient and kind. I had a problem that has been around since August, my iphone has been locked and they FIXED IT. SAM, MIKE AND MATT ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO BE AROUND. They do an excellent job. Jay is cool too!

Amazing team, I was there today with Sam. He was very welcoming and helped me with my phone from beginning to end of setups. I have been going to them since I switch to T-Mobile and can’t think of going anywhere else. The team is always very friendly no matter what I’m there for. This TMOBILE store has an amazing team of men working there. The customer service I have received was beyond words. They helped me with my phone and were so personable. To whoever considers going to TMOBILE for anything. This is the one to go to.

The guys here were so good. I came in to my bill and the guy looked at my broken iphone and offered me to upgrade and explained everything fully to me. I was concerned my bill would be so high but they assured me it would not be. I was happy about that. And i dont know how they managed to transfer all my info from my old broken phone to the new one. But they did it and i was so happy. I left with all my info on my new phone i was so worried i wouldnt have my info but they did it for me and they were so patient and so nice to me. Excellent service all ways around!!!

I am a senior citizen and purchased my phone from Jay and have often gone to the store for personal question about how to.operste the phone. They are always knowledgeable and helpful. The workers at this place are the best. I dont even have T-Mobile but had just lost my iPhone. They still helped me go on their computers, log into find my IPhone, and I did find my phone. They knew I wasnt a customer the entire time. Really really nice people that truly wanted to help me. Thank you so much guys and good luck with everything. That was really awesome. If they were that nice and helpful to me, being an AT&T customer, then any T-Mobile customers are in great shape!

I went in as a verizon customer having issues with my device. The guys here at t-mobile simply could have directed me to verizon. But they were extremely and polite and i can see they genuinely wanted to help me. I was convinced to join their carrier from the customer service alone. And it was the best wireless decision i chose. Their rates and service are far cheaper than what i was paying and the service is extremely satisfying for me. Definitely recommend all to go there and join with them.

I enjoyed going to long Branch location store, because, Customer service is awesome. The team focus in services their client that comes in thru the door. Everyone get treated the same regardless of your appearance and culture. Furthermore, the team are very knowledge about their product. I had the pleasure to meet their shift manager and he was extremely nice, and worked well under a lot of pressure. The store was busy but still manage to have a smole on his face. Keep up the good work!!!
