I have been coming to this store for so many years. The ladies that work here are awesome. I’ve never had a problem with my service. They always help me with my phone problems.

Great customer service and overall Ive been having a great experience with metro had an old flip phone for more than 10 years then year ago I came to the store switched my service they help me and explained me everything now I have a smartphone and I know how to do a lot of new things and only paying $30 a month.

Good service, great phones I had Verizon for so many years untill I came to get a charger and find out the great deals I got a free phone, good service and Im saving more than half of my monthly payment.

I was very satisfied with the employees. They were nice and helped resolve all my problems. I would 100 percent go back to the store.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate, overall seems like a scam shop. Left a phone to be fixed in august to be sent out, never got a call back. Went back today and they never fixed it and blamed it on me that i took too long? Howd i take TOO LONG if it isnt fixed yet?? Same owners at store down the block but they seem to care more over there. Idk..

Great experience buying my new phone, they were very knowledgeable, explained me everything and answer all my questions they took their time. Never coming back to verizon Thank you Daisy and Sol you guys rocked!!!!

They are these girls that work there .. they arent very knowledgeable, they are not inquistive like for example they dont say how can we help you is their anything else that you need, how was our overall service for you today .. sure, they are hard working because there are a lot of customers and so little staffbut i dont think they have the clients best needs in mind .. they are always making jokes, and some of their jokes can be hurtful to other peoples feelings .. if metro pcs wasnt my first choice i would not choose them
