I am more than pleased with the work that these folks did for me. I had an old, old computer that had not been turned on for 11 years and wanted to get all of the photos off. They were amazing, got it done sooner than expected and thanks to them, my family and I are able to relive memories from photos that we thought wed never see again.

They were communicative. Took longer then expected but that was not there fault. Covid work from home and snow storms were to blame

Would think twice about doing business with anyone who does not pick up a phone or answer an email. I was told they are so busy! Everyone I know is busy and I do not need to go the store 2 additional times (after initial visit) for nothing, my device is still not repaired.Just saw you response to my post. I would like to say you must have me confused me with someone else, as I never leave home without a mask. Not going to get into the diatribe you presented as it is what it is. You just need some help and old fashioned follow up, instead of blaming me for everything.

Michael and the crew are computer geniuses! I brought my Mac in for repair, and they turned it around in 5 days flat, AND they had to order a part to fix it. Apple wanted to charge me for a brand new laptop, which would have costed well over $1000, but Mike and Zach were able to get the work done for the reasonable price of $220.These guys do computer repair, game console repair, and IT contracting and I hear they are getting started with web design. My friends at computer port have my computer now The only reason why I took it to Inspectrgadgets who broke my Mac is because their local and I didn’t want to travel an hour away I could prove without a shadow of a doubt that they have my computer right now Keith at computer Port go to him because you might take your computer your Mac and they might break it like they broke my Mac and I have to live with my mother because I can’t I have to use someone else’s computer to be employed

Highly recommend Zach at Inspector gadgets. Shattered my iphone screen this morning. I was on call (hospice visiting nurse), he fixed my screen, changed my sim card and reassured me all was ok within 15 minutes. Received a call while I was in store and was able to see patient in 10 minutes!

These guys were friendly and helpful, when they couldnt replicate an issue I was having they didnt even charge me, even after pulling apart the equipment. Ill be coming back to these gentlemen for years to come!

Mike repaired my iPhone 6S Plus a day after I came back from Punta Cana. It only took 1 hour for him to repair which I dont consider bad being the condition that my screen was in. Thanks Mike and Ruben! Ill be sending all my friends over to you guys for anything.P.S. Mike did mention that he did virus removal so I will be bringing in my PC for him to look at!
