Went here a couple times to fix an Iphone 6 with a cracked screen. The dudes working here are really nice if talked to in a respectful manner and are also experienced in what they do. Both times, my screen was replaced in no later than 2 hours. The second time, they even told me that the battery in my iPhone was at about 75% of its life, not charge level. Best part is they dont charge and arm and a leg for their service. They even offer choices in cheaper parts at the expense of quality. Overall, this business is my go-to for fixing my broken Iphones.

I found this spot on Google reviews and decided to give it the internet review test; I was very pleased with the service and results from this place. My iPod (right? Nostalgia factor for sure) was repaired quickly; bear in mind COVID has hampered delivery times, so parts ordered for repairs might take time, but if youre after results, then come here, you wont be disappointed.

Great service! Went in to see if they could get my phone to turn on since it was no longer charging. Only took 30 min! Very professional.

I stopped by around 3:45 and was told the work would take an hour and I should pick up the phone just before 5. When I came back there was a sign on the door, Will return at 4:55.I could see the guy who works there behind the desk so I knocked on the door. He unlocked it and let me in. I walked to the counter to pay for the work and he had food there and my phone on the work bench. Apparently the work wasnt done. I sat down and he either continued or started to work on my phone. I waited a few more minutes and more customers arrived. I had to put more money into the meter. Came back and more customers arrived. A few asked when their phones would be ready. He calmly told them where they were in the line up. Had to put more money in the meter. Returned, waited about 10 more minutes and finally it was ready. The price for the work done was good. Two month warranty. Lets hope I have no problems.

True professionals! The moment you walk in you know that these guys are serious about their work. Even the owner is a very kind man, and takes pride in his craft. I have broken my iPhone X twice, and each time they have given me a very fair price; since I never purchased apple care I am super thankful these guys are around. Dont settle for less!

Out of 8 stores I called THIS shop had the best price. John was AMAZING! He fixed my phone in about 30 minutes, LCD screen was completely broken and the frame was damaged. John fixed it to basically brand new. Will come back if I ever need any iPhone repair I will also give a recommendation to anybody who asks!!!

The owner will is super accommodating and even stayed open late to finish up my cell phone repair. The screen was completely shattered and i could not see anything on the screen anymore, I thought i was going to have to get a new cell phone but he repaired it so quickly and for such a good price. He even gave me tips on how to preserve battery life and put on a tempered glass screen protector I brought in and didnt charge me to do it. Will be coming here for any cell phone repairs and accessories in the future. Im so glad this shop opened up in Long Beach.

My three year old phone was rapidly running out of battery power. My phone, a Nexus 6, has a battery which.cannot be changed my a novice. I had checked with Motorola, the manufacturer​ of the phone. They wanted $175 and offered a one week turn around. Custom iPhones took less than an hour and charged $45. The phone works like new.

This place opened up down the street from me and the owner Will is really awesome! Ive been putting off getting my iPad screen fixed and I having it repaired here was super affordable. I can play all my games perfectly on it again, thanks!! The shops got a sweet little lounge setup and tons of different case and phone accessory options, I would absolutely recommend this place if youre looking for screen repairs and cool vibes.

I was told phone would be ready at a certain time, they never called me to come get it. When I picked up my phone it was disabled and I couldn’t unlock it. They guy had the nerve to ask me if I’m sure I know my own password?!? I’ve had the same damn password because it’s my birthday. Uses a condescending tone as if I don’t know my own password, beat around the bush claiming he never went into my phone and that what I gave him didn’t work. All in all worst experience ever. Cheap prices don’t guarantee better service. I should have just went directly to apple

Great owners. These guys are a bit on the younger side - late 20s to early 30s. They really know their stuff, and theyre not going to BS you around on the price. I was quite impressed with artistic design of the store. They have a great collection of cases and accessories - some of the stuff you cant even find at Best Buy. All in all, a really cool shop and a nice complement to the LBC. I wish them all the best!

The interior design of this little shop is amazing. was talking to the owner, Will, while he was fixing my phone and he said that hes the one that designed AND painted the whole thing!The reason why i wanted to start my review with that is because ANYONE with that type of artistic skill and patience to paint that whole wall beautifully will take their time fixing your phone or tablet to perfection.Im one of those break my phone screen every other month because im so clumsy and he noticed that the person who fixed my phone prior, INSTALLED IT WRONG! not that it would have harmed my phone in anyway but took a lazy step in installation. Im happy i can come here knowing they will fix my phone and take every step in doing it right.one happy customer right here!

Will definitely understands the importance of great customer service! I dropped my phone in water and didnt want to spend $600+ on a new phone. I called about 10 local repair shops and Will was by far the most helpful and would look at the phone for free. He opened it up and showed me the damaged and fried parts that were not repairable but gave me a great deal on a refurbished phone with a warranty. His prices are better then Craigslist and he stands behind his products and service. Dont waist your time going anywhere else.
