Worthington Fords customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never take my truck there again. I had some warranty work done on my F-150. Daniel Pulido a service advisor had no idea what was going on with my truck. I told him the transmission was shifting slow. Fords mechanic, decided to drop my transmission and change some parts out. This process took a month. Meanwhile, I didnt have a vehicle because Daniel and his manager stated they dont provide a loner car for warranty work. I went back several times to check on the status of my truck, no one could tell me anything especially Daniel the service advisor. This service center has a huge disconnect between the mechanics and the advisors. The advisors should know what is going on with the cars. Maybe they do and my advisor was just not good. No one at that service center has any empathy for their customers. If you decide to take your truck in to Worthington Fords service center, go in with very LOW expectations.

Oscar is phenomenal, keeps you updated and you never have to wonder what the status of your vehicle is. He kept it an extra day just to make sure my intermittent concern was resolved and I appreciated that. Thank you Oscar your the best. I also want to mention Rachel the service cashier for her great customer service. I called in to pay over the phone and she immediately assisted me and was very kind. I highly recommend Oscar Robles.

I really did enjoy the experience I had with Worthington Ford, I bought a car from the dealership knowing that it would be looked over by a qualified service professional, the service department took care of some unexpected issues that the car had, exceeding my expectations of service. I can say that I would wholeheartedly recommend the dealership to my friends and family. For me, working within the field of automotive and teaching new mechanics how to do their job well, I find that there customer service renewed in my heart a true feeling of excellence, this level of service and respect does not exist much anymore within the car industry. I brought my car in for just a routine service. I was late in the morning 10:30’ish and knew there would be a wait. Daniel told me he could have it done by 1pm and I told him it was no problem that I was leaving the car. He was kind enough to offer me a ride (which another dealership failed to do). To my surprise he called about 11:30 to say it was ready. And pick up was super easy and quick. Thanks guys 🥰

Buyer beware if you are looking to buy a vehicle within the next few months or so and you are not absolutely sure what you want, I would advise that you choose a different dealership. Dont trust the 10-day satisfaction guarantee, well at least I should not have. I purchased a 2020 Explorer on July 9th after trading in a 2016 Buick. At the time I test drove it because there was very little inventory, but I really liked the personable customer service from sales team even though it wasnt carried out throughout the process. I liked the vehicle, but had never driven an Explorer and presumed it had the basic bells and whistles my older non high-end trade in had, I thought wrong. On top of all I also found some comfort in the 10-day satisfaction guarantee and was in the market for a newer car and lower interest rate hands down. Given what I felt as sincerity and honesty from the sales team, I said what the heck I know that Ill be taken car of. However, I had immediate buyers remorse because after driving the Explorer I realized that it is way more rough and sporty than I expected. Also, even after paying for a $118 detail job to clean up what I thought was just some superficial marks and interior debris, the interior is still pretty beat up for a 2020 including paint splatters on the seats and door panels. So, I contacted the sales team and was told about the car shortage and was continually told this over the next 10 days. even when I offered to put down more and take on a larger note. I just really wanted a car I liked and could be satisfied with. I was assured that all was being done and that my satisfaction with my vehicle was important. At first I felt that this car shortage situation may be the case, but after visiting several other dealerships, they all seemed to have cars or was able to get cars. Of course the sales team stopped reaching out to me after 10 days, without me initiating. When I tried to call the GM several times, I could never reach him or get a call back. Finally, today after stressing to the operator my frustration, I got a call back from the Finance Manager. One minute into trying to explain my situation he immediately jumped to Well its been almost 30 days and your first note will be due soon, so I further explained Ive been in contact the whole time to no avail. Long story short he offered me a detail job and another all points inspection, but I cant help but feel slighted in this process and will never recommend or purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I just dont think all was done and that customer satisfaction is a coin phrase here, with no real substance behind it. I dont think it is a bad car, well I hope-the windows have already started to fail which Ive scheduled service for-and Im not trying to get over, but I would like to be satisfied and happy with my purchase and would have appreciated more commitment to customer satisfaction from this dealership. Ill end this the same way I began...Buyer beware.

If I could give this location zero stars I would, they charge me for something that was under the warranty. Did half to work they said they were going to do. I wouldn’t recommend this place! John Thornton is the worse! They broke parts on my car and blamed it on “oh the cars old”

I brought my ford f350 to the dealership. Due to the fact it would not start or try to start. Ford had my truck for 2 months. Told me it was the computers. So I had them replace them. Then they call me back and tell me the engine is locked up and I need a new engine. I picked the truck up from them and took it to a independent shop. The starter and fly wheel where stuck. I replaced the starter and flywheel and engine fored right up. These people are crooks and there mechanics need to go back to school.

I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer back on May 14th.Salesman was such in a rush to sell a car, the finance officer did not know what the hell he was doing.Had the car for 14 days and how to put $1,000 in repair. I talk to salesperson who sold me the car basically said it was not his problem. The car broke down on the Memorial weekend nobody offered to have the vehicle towed in and get me into a loner or rent me car.Call finance department and basic was told the same thing. Nobody could give me a straight answer. I was told there was a 30-day warranty on the vehicle for engine and transmission.I have bought two other vehicles from Worthington Ford by far this is the worst experience buying a vehicle from Worthington Ford.Every sense me. Cal Worthington died this dealership Ive gone way down in customer service.I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership and next time I will go out of my way to go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

I just bought a beautiful used Ford Escape from Worthington Ford. I went online and looked at their list of available used cars. Emailed them the ones I was interested in. Joseph, the Internet Sales Manager got back to me in minutes. I told him the truck I was using as a trade in and he gave me the trucks Kelly Blue Book trade-in value. I stopped by after work, test drove the car, and said Ill take it! They gave me full KBB for my truck. I was in, out, and done.I loved the car, but it seemed a tad small for my liking. They said if I didnt like the car for ANY reason, just bring it back within seven days and well swap it out for a new one. So I did, and they did! I am now the owner of a beautiful Ford EDGE. When I got in the EDGE to leave, I discovered that while I was doing the loan paperwork, Joseph set my new card radio buttons to match the car I was turning in. Now THATS five-start customer service! Need a new car? Go see Cal!

We love this new truck! We are the biggest and badest going down the road...We got every bell and whistle we wanted. We wish the dealership knew more about the features for 5th wheel trailers. We ended having to buy their (Fords) camera kit, after learning this from our trailer dealer. Its a proprietary thing- anyway, love this truck, just had the fifth wheel hitch installed and ready to go somewhere, anywhere!!

And they still are trying to make it seem as If they are doing me a favor when I complain about taking my time so they can correct the issue with the vehicleIt took them a month to resolve my issues with this dealer and plenty of phone calls from me they finally resolved them and I was asked to take this post downI will not and hope all that go there are aware that they feel (Worthington Ford) that any issues that arise its the responsibility of the customer to go out of their way to fix them

After purchasing their car, I got a parking ticket. The ticket is for non-registration. I took it to Worthington, and they insisted they gave me all the correct paperwork. They suggested to go to the DMV and Police dept for assistance which I did, and both institutions stated I had the INCORRECT paperwork. I need to either have a temporary license plate or a moving permit.Again I brought these findings to Worthington, and Mo Azmi at financing insisted he did all papers correctly DESPITE what DMV and the POLICE told me.I demanded a reimbursement, and that’s when Mo Azmi got ruder. Bringing this up to his manager Hamid Ahmadpour made it clearer that they consider the ticket my fault. I insisted it’s their responsibility to give all documentations to their customer before driving off their lot. After they called the DMV themselves (and finding out they were wrong) they finally wrote me a reimbursement check.After multiple visits to their office, many phone calls and so much time spent to the DMV and Police dept I didn’t even get an apology from Mo Azmi and Hamid Ahmadpour at Worthington Ford.What was a good experience at first turned to be a horrible and frustrating one with Mo Azmi and Hamid Ahmadpour.These guys are a$$holes to say the least. I strongly recommend not to do business with them.Mo Azmi and Hamid Ahmadpour, if you are reading this, you should have more class and sympathize with your customers, and be helpful rather than be dismissive.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My first time using this dealerships service department. The seat passenger seat heater and air went out. Had it for 5 hours said it was all fixed with a system update. Went to pick up. Seat was not fixed and now I have tire pressure monitor not working on 2 tires, radio will not shut down when car is off. Like I mean plays all night in my garage. I address it three times right then. Finally service advisor says bring back in morning. They send me home after taking my money with this car. My car has been at MCCoys in Fullerton for 3 days fixing their problem and the original problem. It needs parts so time is partially that reason. Called the Service Manager said need my money back and we will not bring our car near your dealership again. He said ok! Ck in the mail.

I got a great deal on a used car there and I am very happy with the service that I was offered. The auto service guy Scott was awesome and helped me out right away since the window motor went out the day after I bought the truck there was no charge to replace said motor. The finance associate Elias helped me get just what I wanted within my budget and Jim the salesman was great too. They even made sure I got a great deal on insurance one guy (sorry I forgot his name) really went above and beyond to help me. This was the second car I bought at Worthington and both times I was treated great.

When I brought my car in for a normal 35000 mile service I expected a 2 to 3 hour wait. Jose, my service manager, assured me he would work on getting me our sooner. As a handicap person I always deeply appreciate it when people are kind and go the extra mile to make my life easier. Wish I could give it a zero. They are contracted with American Express to sell the car at the TrueCar value. That value was generated for that dealership and not only would they not sell for that price but they were selling it for 5000 more than that negotiated price. Reminds me why some dealerships have a bad name and how important good relationships are in any business.

I recently visited Worthington Ford for the first time because my car needed Transmission fluid change. I have to say, I was very impressed with the service I received. I use to go to Caruso Ford but the customer service and vehicle service is very poor. Upon arriving at Worthington I was immediately greeted by John. He was professional and listened to me explain my cars needs. Service was fast and reasonable priced and John explained the service that was done in detail. I recognized another guy named Jose who was very friendly as well. I will definitely be returning for future car needs. Thanks Guys!

I went to Worthington Ford tonight after texting with Joseph Saller. He texted me a price quote and had the truck ready for the test. Test drove loved the truck, started an appraisal on my current vehicle. He asked me to come inside and wait while he worked some numbers in his office. Shortly after another guy walked into his office and spoke to him quietly. He was letting him know the dealership wanted to charge a $5000 mark up on the truck. Unfortunately, he showed me and test drove me in the truck without the addendum on showing a $5000 mark up. This is illegal to do. When I protested and let him know that was illegal. His boss or owner stated he will split it with me and only charge me a $2500 mark up. I left this shady dealership. I will be filing a complaint with the proper state of California and federal agencies. Beware when you come to this dealership.

Sales manager on evening of June 30 2020 is absolutely a reason not to shop here.Just go online and get your vehicle at a decent sales place.Own F150 limited and ford platinum explorer and will not do business this sales department. Credit is very good and money not an issue but with his treatment- do not recommend going through sales. Do your own homework and your better offTransferred to sales manager for simple assistance and he hung up / dodged future phone calls by not answering after being paged.

Good morning, I just wanted everyone to know I love Cal Worthington service department, especially with my new service guy John. I was having problems with my transmission and called another Ford dealer and they insisted nothing was wrong with my car but I knew something was wrong with my transmission. I called back to Cal Worthington (which I should have never tried another dealer) and John got me in and gave a me loaner vehicle which was great. (People when a dealer give you a loaner dont call them let them call you), so I didnt worry about calling them, I figured theyll call me when its ready cause I have a loaner let them do their job. So to make a long story short They are GREAT, John Thornton and Jose Rodriguez Cal Worthington servicemen.

Im honestly floored at some of these poor reviews as our experience was nothing short of awesome. Shauna in sales was phenomenal to work with, as was Sam in Finance. They got my wife in her dream vehicle with ease. They were exceptionally nice, professional, and personable. We came pretty far out of the area just to buy from them and it was completely worth it! From the moment we pulled up, to the moment we left, it was a great experience and we couldnt have been happier. Ive probably have bought about 12 vehicles in my lifetime, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. One of the worst experiences ever with a very foul mouthed unorganized pushy salesman by the name of Manny Soto. I went in to sell my ford fusion back to them and all I can say is thank god for carvana. The pushy salesman Manny Soto told me I would have to give him $2k for him to buy back the car I bought from them years back which I knew was b.s. Throughout the entire time all he was focused on was financing me a 2021 ford f150 for about $45,000 and with a cosigner. Coming here was a complete waste of time and the annoying pushy unorganized salesman made things very uncomfortable.

If anything, Id rethink some of the pictures on the walls of Cal with different wild animals. Some of them are a little disconcerting by todays standards.

I purchased 2017 Ford Transit passenger van in the beginning of September and drove it back to the San Francisco Bay Area. When I bought it I was told the vehicle was fully serviced, only to find the oil needed changing and the tire pressure light and oil light was on when I got in the van. When i got back to SF, I found a crack in the roof that they initially told me was my fault. Then they told me to make the 460 mile drive to bring the vehicle back to be repaired because that was the only way to solve the problem. Finally, they told me to get an estimate for repair locally and rejected TWO different shops estimates.I have been very patient going back and forth with two Ron and his boss Hamid trying to resolve this. I would have preferred used the 10 day exchange policy offer to get an undamaged vehicle that doesnt require further time and money investment. Instead they took two months to even offer to fix the damaged vehicle they sold me.And on top of that I had to go to DMV to complete my registration which is always done from the dealership you buy from.And for in DMV a paid extra $153 to complete the registration. Stay away from this place. I called left a massage and no one has call me BACK. What a joke...

The service tech did not change my vehicles air filter as per the invoice which I had paid to get my vehicle.When I open the hood to check I found the old air filter was still in place.The service rep said it was changed and when he walked out to check, he saw that it had not been changed he then took action to confirm that the two other filters had indeed been changed and found out that they did not have my vehicles air filter and had to source it.I waited another 2.5 hours to have the air filter replaced.While I waited one of the service reps was burping loudly at the counter which was annoying and plain un-professional.The entire experience was un-even and not well coordinated within the service department.When Mike left the level of attention dropped significantly.Hope the service gets better?

It is incredible how they deceive the client, when I bought my Ford transit I bought one of the guarantees that covers me with engine and electronic problems and it has taken three times and the Ford transit with problems that the stereo has and they do not find any problem and only that they tell me that they can fix it until my stereo is ruined because they cant find anything, after having paid as $ 4,800 in guarantee, that is disappointing, listening to the radio and suddenly hearing only noises and being told that the stereo has nothing wrong it would be good for someone to explain to me please what do I have to do because the first time I took the ford transit I lost a day of work the second time I lost two days of work and this last time another day of work, in total lost 4 days of work, a loss like $ 2000 because my wife works with me and that they do not give me a solution other than waiting for the stereo to no longer serve completely, it will be to returned the Ford Transit is the best solution? I no longer want to pay the Ford Transit because I am afraid that when something bigger happens, you do not want to solve the problem, I prefer that to lose more money with you, can you tell me what I have to do to return the Ford Transit?.

Excellent Ford Dealership. Joseph Saller, internet sales manager was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with on the deal. We worked together over several days and at the last minute, found the color of the vehicle. Very few sales people are able to deliver like Joseph. We had to delay coming a day to sign the contract, and he followed up to make sure all was okay. The next day, we connected in person and signed the contract. Joseph made us a great deal and we are so happy to have a new Ford in the driveway.Another reason you will want to come to Worthington Ford, is Mo Azmi, finance manager. I bought the car from them in 2016, and it’s been serviced there ever since. Not sure why this time, but the service rep was rude from the start, completely ignored me when I described the problems the car was having, never called me once during the almost two weeks they had my car, (I had to call them for updates) frankly was rude on the phone, and at the end, didn’t fix the car and blew me off and told me they can’t help. I believe I’ll be finding a new ford dealer in the future. Shame because I live minutes away and plan on buying a new ford in the near future.

I bought a ford focus from your dealership back in March. Since then I have taken my car inn for service four times for this raddleling noise coming from the bottom of the car. All four times they havent found the problem. They keep telling me to bring it inn but thats four days I miss work without pay I lose. Im under warranty and I make my payments on time. They basically keep giving me the run-around. Im worried that while I keep driving it that whatever it is thats making the raddle will break an eventually cause an fatal accident. God forbid that should happen but Im to the point of hiring an attorney to get my money back or stop giving me the run-around and fix this problem.

This has been one of the worse purchase experience we ever had, the company turned us in a car that was completely filthy, then later went on to give us a so called detail wash, and they literally only cleaned the outside and the front seat of a 3 row passenger car. The mixed signatures around and paper work and made the Co signer the main owner of the car and now it’s close to impossible to pay the car. Also they still have not gave us the spare key they supposedly have in their possession even after making the drive there back 2 times, they just say the person we need to talk to is not there and try again later, please if you care about yourself and your family for such a big purchase, never buy from this location.

When I took my vehicle in for its 5k service I checked the tire pressure and when I reaquired my vehicle from the maintenance I found that the tire pressure had not been adjusted to the proper adjustments. The reason Im even say anything about this is because on my paperwork it says that the tire pressure had been readjusted, thank you very much, thats all!

We went for a trade from a Ford Fusion 2017 to a Ford Edge 2020 on Sat 1/4/20. We had an amazing experience with the staff and went home with a lovely car. Shauna was our sales person and she help with every step of the way. Her attitude was lovely and made us feel very comfortable answering all of our questions. Paul Valencia was our finance advisory and he helped us also, feeling no pressure. We also spoke with the general manager Ahmid who was very funny and helpful too. Staff and environment were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Worthington Ford to my family and friends.

Went in as a shop cerritos fords system happen to be down at the moment so I call cal get a shop price over the phone head back to my shop grab my resale head on down to cal two of the parts I needed not in stock price has now all of a sudden doubled so my shop price is now regular customer price mind you with resale in hand no other customer in parts area but I still stood there waiting approximately 20 minutes as a shop always looking for new outlets cal Worthington not high on the list

Big operation, access to a huge volume of cars and options both new and used lots. Sales people are slick, full of information and clever so always pay attention to the conversation when you are negotiating a deal. I have bought twice in the past and yes I would buy again from these guys.One big shortcoming to watch for, they apparently are unable to check their own records. In the past 3 years I have received numerous requests to consider trading my car BECAUSE the loan was about to be paid off. Since I don’t have a car loan and haven’t had any car loan in more than 4 years, obviously their records were wrong. I wrote them a note each time telling them of their mistake but a few months later each time I got another request that my loan was about to end. I guess if they don’t keep records, send out wrong information and they don’t bother to read their replies, you should not expect them to be good at responding to your post sale needs either.

I have had my cars serviced at Worthington Ford for many, many yearsand pleased. Jason was very, very helpful when I needed to install newbattery in my keyless car fob. Hope he is around if I need another batteryfob replaced. I am extremely grateful that you get a ride back homewhile they service your car. And when service completed.they comeand pick you up. They have complementary hot chocolate & coffee.The only thing I have never liked seems as the service advisors arenot to fond of answering the phones. Otherwise, I would havegiven 5 stars. Jose was my service advisor a few days ago and explainedeverything to me very throughly. Francisco, car shuttle driver, punctual.I enjoy driving my 2014 hybrid Cmax. It took 3 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment. They provide you with paperwork on what they checked on your vehicle. They marked off that the horn on my vehicle works. Now, I’m well aware that it does not work. So it makes me wonder if they actually check your vehicle.

Dont buy Battery from this place. There 100 month warranty is nothing but BS. I bought a battery back in April 2012. Went today for a battery. Guy told me battery was out of warranty and i needed to buy new one. They will not pro-rate it.

As a matter of fact all the service advisors were polite and spoke to me which you do not experience at a lot of dealerships. I even had the pleasure of meeting the Service Manager, Stephan. Dropped my truck off around 930, Worthington called back about an hour later, oil change and fluids topped off quickly and efficiently. Shuttle driver took me back to my office and picked me up once work was completed. Professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely go back again!

My family and I have been using Worthington Ford’s Service Department for 16 years and always get quick and reliable service. They have a comfortable waiting room if you choose to wait or you can use their courtesy shuttle for a ride to work or home. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel and Jose are great service advisors. I’m always satisfied with my customer service experience here and highly recommend it. My only issue is that they are no longer open on Saturdays and require appointments during the week. This makes it hard for working folks to have to take a day off. My son has the type of job where sometimes he doesn’t know if he’ll be called into work or given the day off at the last minute. Makes it hard to plan routine maintenance. Please consider Saturday service or same day appointments.

I recently took my car in to the Worthington Ford for a simple oil change on a Saturday morning. I wasn’t sure if they could get me in, so I was happy when I was told it would take about two hours. I left my car there and never received a phone call to say it was done, so I went back just over two hours later. I was told it was not done yet so my son and I waited....and waited.....and waited. The check out lady checked on my car and kept telling me it was almost done. After I waited another hour with a hungry son (I would’ve left to get him something had I been told my car would take another hour), my car was FINALLY done.The initial service guy mentioned something about the service papers got shuffled and this never happens. He also said he owes me a car wash and to bring it by anytime. I love a free car wash, but I have zero desire to bring my car back here for fear of another long wait. I would’ve appreciated a discount on my service fee instead, thanks.In addition, when they drove my car around so I could get it, the plastic was still on my seat and paper on the floorboard was still there, so I removed them, but had no trash can nearby to get rid of it. No problem Worthington, I’ll throw away the stuff for YOU.I’ve gone to Huntington Beach Ford as well, and barely had time t go get breakfast before they were calling me to tell me it was ready. Long Beach was more convenient for me on this particular day but I think I’ll just stick with Huntington Beach. They’re are much more efficient.

I didnt use car dealerships Service dept on my previous cars unless Ive no option.However, since I purchased my Fusion in 2013 with pleasant experiencesat the L.B. Bellflower Street location, I started my routine services at the dealership Service Dept.I received good services, waiting time was acceptable.The customers waiting room is clean, cozy.After the maintenance completed, I found my car exterior was so clean & shinny, they gave me a complimentary car wash without my request.Overall, Ive happy with the services.
