The General Manager there is very rude. If you had a 0 rating this is where this place should be. Do not buy from there. They would not stand behind the battery that was purchased there. It died within 6 months. Please go to O’Reilly or Advance. I’m sure you will be treated with much better respect.

I would leave 1 star but the gentleman that assisted me over the phone with my curb side order was very professional.I made a curb side order because I did not have a mask in order to walk inside. If any establishment mandates mask and I do not have one, I will use their curb side assistance or I will not enter.I called the store once I arrived and the gentleman over the phone sent another employee out to give me my items, that employee’s name was “Tae”.Once Tae gave me my items he proceeded to state: “man I know you have legs so you can walk in there”I’m not sure how they train the employees there, but that’s not his job. If he has a problem with the rules put in place by his management, maybe Tae should speak with his supervisor.I will no longer give this store my business.

Auto Zone Is The Best Everything Always In Stock

After 25yrs shopping pretty much exclusively at this store today is my last time shopping there. Earlier today i was given the wrong oil filter for my Mazda 3. So with the oil drained and the filter off under a time constrained day I trek back to store with old filter and new to get the correct filter. Although in a plastic bag oil from old filter drips on floor. Which immediately prompts a argument from the manager that ends with me unable to return filter for refund or get the correct filter. had to go buy another filter from Oreilys. No matter the circumstances I have become increasingly displeased with the lack of knowledge at this location and most likely no longer shopping at Auto-zone altogether. Shame to argue with a customer and end a 25yr relationship over an $8 filter.

Ive come here for things for my car from time to time but the staff, especially store manager Scott, really wowed me with his outstanding service about a month ago. He got me the battery that I needed and went miles beyond to help ensure it was installed. Theyve got my business for a lifetime!

This is the worst store i have EVER had dealings with. I have a comercial account and nobody that answers the phone has a clue whats going on or what the policy is.. It will be a cold day in hell before i ever try and use this store again. PERIOD!!!

For some odd reason last week my blinkers tail lights and break lights went completely out Ive been married all my life divorced four years ago so Im still learning when it comes to taking car of my car I went in very upset not knowing what to do and how I was even gonna get it fixed the store manager Roy went beyond to help me googling info on the car going out to check fuses but just couldnt figure out what was wrong went all week with no car I called back up to the store and asked Roy if he had any clue what I should do next he told me he asked around and he had someone for me to talk to that he might could help so I spoke to Gregory Smith he told me over the phone he was hands on kinda person that if I could drive to the store he would be willing to look at it for me and help me as much as he could and let me tell you this man went completely beyond to help me and not only helped me but fixed my problem he was totally dedicated to making sure he did all he could he spent over a hour helping me I can not say thank you enough Gregory Smith was my blessing I was so lost and didnt know what I was going to do without a question he gave me hope that there still are good people in this world thank you again so much if you have a need for commercial parts go see Gregory Smith at AutoZone in loganville hell take care of you ....

We love this auto parts store. They always install whatever we buy there very quickly and efficiently if they can. This is very much appreciated by my wife especially. I would highly recommend this particular store, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always have my car parts in stock and my car is 15 years old.

Very happy with service when I needed a battery for my F150. Roy Deeble did a great job and put new battery in for me. He is helpful and friendly. the gentleman who initially started the process was very nice as well. absolutely no complaints.

Scott was excellent. He went above and beyond in helping me out and customer service like that is what really separates this AutoZone from its peers.

Good place to go to get in and out for auto parts. I never have to wait in line. Usually the staff is polite and helpful and helps me when needed, but there was one staff member who took literally 9 minutes to give me change for some reason and she couldnt help me find a simple O-Ring as the manager sat on the phone for the duration of the exchange. Another great staff member helped me on another day with no problems so maybe it was just a couple bad employees.

I bought a $250 battery that ended up having a dead cell in it after I return trip I was told to wait an hour for them to charge it and they would test it they told me the battery was good a day later I go out to my car the first time since I put the battery in and it was dead I had to call a tow truck ended up costing me more money cuz I missed work now most of their parts are reliable and cost-efficient and also for the most part on hand I wouldnt necessarily say that I wouldnt go back there again because I would they just wouldnt be my first choice anymore and they were at one time

Went into the location in Loganville, One person was working the counter and there was a line backed up inside. Left after purchasing a battery. Called back to ask questions about the battery not having enough charge they put me on hold for eight minutes. I called back because I hung up after eight minutes of holding and instead of talking to me they hung up on me. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place at all

I went in to buy a radiator around the first of September. The manager Greg Smith was very helpful to me getting the parts I needed. After several attempts the radiator actually was defective. I called customer service to complain. Greg immediately called me back and handled the situation and by the next day my truck was on the road again with a brand new radiator. Can not say enough good things. So thankful for Greg and him going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I always have a great experience when I come here! I wish I knew the guy that was working tonight to help me with my break lights. Needless to say, he was super helpful! It took a little poking and prodding at my car to figure out how to get to the light, but he didn’t stop until he figured it out! He, like all of the other employees at this autozone, was super friendly which really added to the visit! Love, love, love this autozone!

Every time I call this specific location I get put on hold for 10 minutes and when I call back they hang up. It makes me not even want to come into the store. Terrible customer service or not enough.

I just needed some brake fluid, I found it quickly and checked out with ease. The guy even poured it in for me because on this newer car I had no clue where it went( STOP LAUGHING!).
