I had a WONDERFUL experience at this True Value. After many unsuccessful trips to stores (both locally and in Salt Lake) looking for help with a plumbing project for my converted Sprinter Van, I decided to give True Value a try. My project was niche and a bit tedious, but Dennis and Lindsay spent nearly TWO hours fitting my parts and helping me install the system. I appreciated them going beyond their typical duties to help me and totally recommend this True Value! Thank you, Dennis and Lindsay! (My trip to Moab went great ;) )

I had been to 2 other stores and tried to order the correct part online with no success. I spent 5 minutes with an associate and she fitted me with the correct part. Super helpful and knowledgeable!

Home Depot had galvanized nipples in 6 in, 8 in, 10 in, and 12 in. Standard had every inch in between. Wish I would have gone there first, instead of trying to make things work. They also had a good selection for a medium sized hardware store. Their prices werent as bad as the majority of small hardware stores. Its a shorter drive than Lowes and Home Depot. Ill be going back.

I like to support local, and I like that they are close to home. We have been a handful of times since they opened and 4/5 times we have had issues with the paint counter.All employees should be trained on the machine or there needs to be one highly trained paint mixer available all hours of operation in my opinion. I am very patient by nature, and understand when someone takes a few extra minutes to mix paint, but this store seems to struggle.

Customer service? I walked in never been here looked for the paint. I saw 2 guys at front register who liked at me and said nothing. I found the paint grabbed it, walked to the front of that counter so they wouldsee me. I stood at the desk waiting for people to help. I waited 2-3 min while they had a causal conversation. i walked over and asked for help. Only 1 person in the store who can mix it. They mixed it i paid for it, took it to my car and remembered something else I wanted to look at. Walked past the same people and more, i didnt know where the items were. Still no one asked if the could help..Not going back

Austin there was great to work with. Very helpful and when not everything fit into my pickup truck, he jumped in the company truck and helped get stuff to my house. Thanks guys!

I love that they had premium Benjamin Moore paint they could mix for me right there. The staff was very knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations. Clean atmosphere, good selection. And it’s on the south end so I didn’t have to drive to Lowes or Home Depot and fight the crowds.

Love that there is a store like this on our end of the valley. Very knowledgeable staff and super helpful whenever I go in. Im always grateful they have what Im looking for...saves me a trip to the other side of town. Clean and organized.

I have never seen a less helpful staff. They dont know what they have or where it it. They act like you are putting them out when you ask for help. Five workers can be standing together chatting and not one will offer assistance or welcome you in. We keep going in because it is close, but it is worth the extra minutes to go in to town to a store with customer service.

Bought something, asked if I could return it & was told yes. I took it back the same day and because the accounting lady had gone home (before closing) they couldnt refund my money ($8). I have to wait 3-5 days for a check to be mailed to me. Oh and if I was to take it back the next day then it wouldnt fall under the same day return policy they have so Id have to wait 3-5 days for a check to be mailed. I wont ever return to their store & highly advise you dont either. I also heard snickering as I walked away so Im pretty sure there was crude remarks or actions done as I left.

I have been here multiple times to get miscellaneous parts. I can be in and out quickly and the staff has been helpful whenever I have gone in.

I have had to go in to the store two times in the past two weeks with two different employees. Both times the customer service was terrible, they acted annoyed that I was even there. Dont give them your time or money!!!

Yes I agree with the previous customer, I been a couple of times, once on Saturday a woman treated me really well, but the guys in black are terrible, no manners to treat a customer.

Terrible customer service. Plus over charged me $60 on a $.99 part then was very rude when I showed them actual price it should be.
