I get an estimate to review while Im working, once approved by me, work begins on my car without me even picking my phone to call in. Always, a 10/10.

I absolutely recommend Christian Brothers. They thoroughly inspect your vehicle, send you a detailed report of any issues WITH photos, and they dont charge until they call and give you an estimate. Awesome job clearly explaining the issues of my car. I dropped off my car for a brake inspection and the communication throughout the day was phenomenal. They texted when the tech was starting on my vehicle and when complete. They also have a free local shuttle service! Great work and fair prices.

Had some work done there... very detailed in their analysis and abstract for the repairs needed. The work I finally had them do was dont quit well but I felt could have done a better job at the pricing which is why I only gave 4 stars.. I would have rated 4.5 if I could.

Cant say enough good things about Ray and everyone at Christian Brothers. Been bringing my cars to Ray for the last 10+ years and switched from where I had been going for the mere fact that Ray left there - so I followed him to his new shop, Christian Brothers. Most recently we brought our company truck to Ray after the dealer couldnt find the problem after several visits. Right away, Ray found the issue (irony that a rodent had chewed through the fuel evap hose of our exterminating truck) & got it fixed quick. Honest, trustworthy and very friendly....will never bring my cars anywhere else.

On the pricier side of autos. Got one thing fixed and then I picked up my car to find out that night my front headlight wasnt working anymore. Probably going to go somewhere else. Got a quote for my power steering (multiple problems) over $3000 and my other mechanic said he would do for $2000. So its something to consider. They do have alot of lifts which is a bonus so you know your car will be looked at. but my other mechanic has 2 and gets the job done sooner for me as he knows I work nights.

These guys really are super nice and definitely know what’s going on. The sign of a great shop is when they know their limits and will turn down work to ensure the safety of you and the vehicle. They did an alignment on my care though and it came out great, really nice people to work with.

Came in with a problem that I could not reproduce on demand. They ran a host of diagnostics and found nothing wrong. Kicker is they didnt charge me for that when they had quoted the cost to do the tests. Fortunately the car seems to have been scared straight... Lol but they have my business going forward.Added bonus the waiting room is nicer than many folks living rooms!

I went to 3 other mechanics before coming to Christian Brothers because of a front drivers side shimmy. The first 3 could not fix my shimmy problem. Christian Brothers were quick in diagnosing and my rotors were warped due to build up of brake deposits. They were reasonably priced and very very professional. I found me a good car mechanic. I have 4 cars and when I need them to get fixed I am definitely coming back. Great job Christian Brothers

Once again they took exceptional care of my Moms van. Shes had issues with her battery draining for over a year now. They found the problem (which was the automatic sliding doors) and they fixed them also for her!! At such a reasonable price. Shes so happy with the service!

WHY I HAVENT VISITED THIS PLACE SOONER? (Fact check- they been in business since 1982) I spoke with Ted this morning, he was amazing. I went there for an oil change and left feeling like i purchased a brand new car. First, the staff was very neat and professional. the office was squeaky clean and fresh smelling. Ted and the other guy was working as a team while helping me and answering all of my questions. i was offered coffee, water and coco while i waited! Even more special.... is they way they handle all the guest that came in behind me. The look and comfort upon the other guest face after being handled was priceless. I will definitely go back.

I am beyond happy to have a trusted mechanic and shop to take our cars to, and our experience here was outstanding! The facitily is SO nice and clean, it definitely wont give you that dirty shop feeling. They got my car in right away and when I told them I was walking to a nearby store they had one of the shop guys drive me there and pick me up so I didnt have to walk in the heat! They kept me completely informed and updated through text the entire time. Once my car was completed they sent me a complete diagnostics which I was able to review right from my phone! It had everything labeled what was urgent that needed to be fixed and what I would need to consider for future car care, and even let me know what was in good shape and didnt need work! That diagnostic was complimentary by the way, and they did a courtesy brake inspection because I said my breaks felt wrong. They followed up with a call and addressed only what I wanted addressed with absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. I have been to shops where the people try to get you to buy so much and ones where they target women who they think dont know better. NOT THESE GUYS! I cant say enough good things about this Christian Brothers Auto in Lockport and the people who make their team work. Not only was the experience top-notch, but the pricing is completely reasonable and affordable! We will be taking our other car in soon and this will be our only shop from now on. Christian Brothers provides a truly exceptional experience! From start to finish professional, caring and reasonably priced. Have had two cars serviced there and was thrilled each time. Brake job there was about 1/3 what a comparable job cost at a local chain store. And they provided photo evidence of the work they suggested should be done in the future along with a written estimate of expected costs.

I stopped at CB to get a second opinion. They said that there was nothing wrong with what the other repair shop said. However, they did spot a problem that the repair shop didn’t. Joe brought me out into the shop to show me what was wrong. It was a safety issue and I agreed for them to do the work. They got me in the next day. Free transportation both ways. Super clean waiting area and shop. I saw one mechanic actually waxing the shop floor because he had nothing else to do. Definitely will go back.
