Agent was no nice to us. She explained everything to us . She was so helpful. She did everything for us . We are so thankful for all she did for us. And the others too! Very nice people at this AAA Lockport New York!

I locked my keys in my car. The locksmith arrived around an hour after my call. It wasnt terribly frustrating because I was getting updates on my phone and I knew what was going on.

I was very well taken care of like always.

Believe it or not, AAA would not send out help to give me a jump. But if I wanted a tow to a auto dealership, they would be right out.This poor service after being a member for almost 10 years with the premium package. is unacceptable. Time to cancel.

AAA membership is the best. If you go through the Lockport agency, they make it happen. Whether it is car insurance, car issues...they are there for you. They will also send magazines for travel- requesting quotes for their travel packages is easy and usually amazingly priced. If you pay the initial $95, you wont be sorry. I get discounts on rental cars, travel packages, and car insurance. I believe that if I remain a loyal member, things just seem to go well.

Many people work 9 to 5 M-F, you cant open on Saturday to provide your service. This part of the AAA East Central is just so inconvenient. If it wasnt for the Western NY chapter I would have dumped AAA a long time ago. Wish I could pick chapters as well.
