Wont take a $4 brand new product still in the unopened package that was purchased the day before on an exchange without a receipt. No problem, its only $4. You just lost future business from a repair shop. I will avoid NAPA in Lockport and take my business elsewhere.

Love this place! I am a frequent customer of Lockports NAPA and they are fantastic! I love working on my own cars and order a lot of maintenance supplies and parts online and they are ready for pickup at the store within minutes. The staff even deliver to my home garage within a few hours if needed. Also, they offer great monthly promos and even give discounts to first responders. The staff has always been kind to me and helped in anyway they could. Loyal customer to this NAPA!

I am a former employee of NAPA from Indy. The company is GPC Genuine Parts Company. I love NAPA always have. Im super disappointed today. The July flyer had a workbench for 220$ I was not able to get there yesterday before the store closed at 6:00. I showed up Today (Saturday) Aug 1st. I realize it was a July item. I told the clerk that I would buy it for the 220$ right now if they would honor that price. He politely said i will ask the Mgr think his name was Greg? Might be wrong. His face mask was on and he was on the far wall of the store. The clerk asked him and the Mgr immediately shook his head No. Didnt even acknowledge me or offer any kind of reason? (Even though the 220$ price sign was still there) I didnt even point that out. I was insulted he didnt even acknowledge me. This store lost a sale and a customer. Lockport NAPA. They opened new store awhile ago and all clerks were awesome always. This Mgr may had a good reason but should have at least talked to me. Again, I worked for NAPA in Indy for several years different jobs. I was really upset about today. Again, customer lost today Lockport NAPA. Customer Service isnt always giving into the customer just being pleasant and not ignoring me. The clerk was really nice. This falls on the Mgr. Completely unhappy.
