When we walked into the Livermore AT&T store on October 25 afternoon, a store rep said he could not help us to activate my new iPhone. Then he put my SIM card in my new iPhone and walked away. My new phone activation got stuck while we were waiting helplessly in the store with no body’s help.Luckily, another store rep Sean came to us and was willing to help. Sean is knowledgeable and patient. He found the problem with the activation as the SIM card should not be put into the new phone. He solved the problems quickly and completed the new phone activation and transfer. He also updated our ATT account with a better plan. We are very satisfied with Sean’s service.

As of today (10/22/21) i went at store to upgrade my I phone 12 to 13Mr. Luis Enriquez was helping me at Om Register #5 All the upgrade info he provided me was wrong and he charged on my card $425.00 He Could not refund my money and was very disrespectful. I do not know why AT&T hired him. Seems like he ripping every customer off and making daily selling commission. If any one goes to that store and he comes to greet please do not buy any thing form him. He might ripp you off by providing all false info about your account. The way he did to for $ 425 . I was super shocked well known Phone company hires Salesman like him.

I walked into the store & was immediately greeted by Jason. I came in to pay my phone bill for the 2nd day in a row. Yesterday being an awe full experience here at this store. Anyways Jason was friendly, polite, cheerful & had me take a seat right away at the table. He processed my cash payment in a few mins. and I was on my way. He smiled & had a positive attitude!! You could use a few more employees like Jason!

I went into the ATT store this morning, to get help changing out an old 3G flip phone with the new flip ph that was sent to me in the mail, with very little instructions on how to change it over because the SIM cards are not the same !I was greeted by the store manager Kenneth Stanford.. He was aware of the issue with the SIM cards but knew exactly how to fix it .. He was so pleasant, and patient with me . He made the necessary phone calls to get the phone up and working . He explained to me how to transfer my contacts, his co worker also took the time to hand write instruction as Ken explained to me how to do it, so I wouldn’t forget !!! As we were working on my ph another customer came in with the same issue as me, she was helped by another att employee with the same courteous and patient attitude as I was …. I can’t thank them enough at the Livermore store for their wonderful customer service !!!!!

Ramon Ochoa was great, he was patient and very helpful today. The only reason I’m giving the store a 4 starts. Unfortunately the guy that I had an interaction with yesterday was not very helpful, he was rude and refused to help me when I asked for assistance with the phone I was returning. He sent me to the shop across the street so they could reset my phone.

I heard this store is closing. Service really went down recently. They now do a good job of repelling customers away from AT&T. Good riddance.Tried to move billing responsibility of one of my 4 phone lines to another account. Paying close to $300/month for the 4 lines. Despite 3 store visits not only was the number not transferred but a new line was added to the other account by staff that didnt seem to have a clue about what they are doing.We have been with AT&T for over 10 years and this experience as well as long hold time on their customer service lines means we are done with AT&T.

Very disappointed with this store. Called in the morning looking for a specific watch. I let themKnow I was not local and was traveling to them since my store did not have what I needed. The associate, Ramon, assured me that he would place the watch aside for me to pick up and acknowledged that I was traveling a distance. I let him know I’d be there within the hour. I arrived at the store about 55 minutes later and spoke with Ramon who went to the back and returned to let me know that another associate sold the watch. I asked him about putting it to the side and that was the reason I drove 40 minutes to the store. He said he did, but another associate sold it and it was not in his control. I would not have driven out of my way 60 miles if I had not been told they would keep it for me. This is terrible customer service. Don’t promise someone an item and tell them you are putting it to the side, just to sell it 20 minutes later.

It might not be fair to add my review to this store location specifically, but my AT&T experience here in Livermore has been horrible. First they advertised that they could provide fiber based on my address for $50 per month. When I signed up the tech came out and said that the house did not have fiber and it would have to be cable wireless. Then he said that he could bundle the internet with a tv streaming app for free. Six months later I realize the tv streaming service has been charging me another $50 for the streaming service, and the two accounts dont connect so I cant even login to see my bill. I have been talking to people for the past two weeks trying to cancel the account and see my bills but I keep getting disconnected and now they are trying to charge me $240 to cancel the streaming service.

They sign you up for all the add ons without telling you. I was told my bill would be $155 a month, and was rather unhappy when I received my first bill that was almost $400. When I went to cancel in my 14 day grace period because I was told if I canceled I would lose the $250 I got for my device trade ins. So it was either keep AT&T or lose that money. After 2 multiple hour long visits to the store they still did not fix my bill and I had to call AT&T customer service to get my bill corrected. Which is still higher than the $155 I was told it would be. The service seems OK but the store is horrible.

Starlyn - you are a Rockstar!I met with this gem Star (Starlyn) in this store yesterday and I would say she should be considered as one of the best example for other customer service representatives to learn and understand how one should provide an exceptional customer service and how much it would matter to the overall business. Being a humble, friendly, helpful, problem solver with empathetical and emotional intelligence behaviors/skill sets can sometimes be more important than the actual service or product you sell.I placed an order for Iphone 12 Pro Max with the help and support from another customer service representative and received Iphone 12 Pro by mistake. I went to the store and assigned to work with Star. Here is the list of things that amazed me while working with Star:1. Day 1: She welcomed me and apologized for the mistake that was not caused by her (she could have not apologized for other person who committed the mistake with my order). Cancelled the order with help from Duane (another nice person in this store) and asked me to call her or Duane next day to see if they can get the Phone in store luckily with the shipment planned on that day.2. Day 2: I called Star and she immediately responded and confirmed that the phone was not in the shipment and recommended to meet in the store to place a new order. She promptly scheduled an appointment to meet with her in the evening and reminded me again on time to meet. When I met with her, greeted me again with positivity and the whole time during my conversation, she made sure I feel comfortable, asked me the right questions in a friendly manner to cover the applicable discounts and walked through the plans that I have and the savings associated with it.3. She is “Detail Oriented” person. She wrote the details about the phone ordered, savings, discounts, taxes, fees, overall total payment drafting the discussion with her step by step in a paper and provided me a copy of it, so that once the phone is shipped to me, I will have the details around my plan. I loved this approach taken by her and for sure I know now that I will not be hitting into the same issue of receiving another iPhone by mistake.4. She asked me to reach out to her promptly after receiving the phone so that she can provide additional help and support needed to setup the phone.Now you all know how amazed we all be with someone like this providing an exceptional customer service like this that too during this pandemic season. Not everyone is a people person, but social skills are imperative for any client facing role, no matter how small and she lives up to this as an example for many. I am pretty sure that Star will go to places in next levels because of her exceptional qualities covering humility, being helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful to her customers like me. Star same as your name implies you are really a “Rockstar” - you made the difference today.

I came to Livermore Location last week, I convinced my husband to move his service from T-mobile to AT&T. However, the transfer was not successful, so we called the customer service and went to two other locations, they couldnt help us. I dont know the reasons, but somehow I feel some of the employees are not fully trained or trained well. They lack of experiences and knowledge. My husband was very disappointed and couldnt use his phone for two weeks. But I decided to try Livermore location, surprisingly the girl Yuliana who greeted me was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, she helped to call few people she knows and she was able to help us. I am so grateful. She is just amazing. Thank you so much Yuliana!
