Very helpful. Had just the part I needed at a good price. Went out of their way to fix a pole saw for me and didnt even charge me (only needed a couple bolts but just the same).

The so much needed product was in stock, customer service was excellent, and the associate was very helpful. I will definitely recommend buying from Horizon Distributor.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I dropped of my home version echo trimmer, bought from Home Depot, Christmas week. I had to call them three weeks later and it was not fixed yet. I called three weeks after that and the said it was ready and that they were testing it out but I could pick it up anytime. When I arrived to pick up my trimmer I was told that they do not fix residential echo machines. This is the place that echo tells you to go to get them fixed for some reason. The worker told me that he was sorry but the person in that department was not in. Not sure why they had my machine for over two months and never fixed it and also never called to say that they were not able to fix the trimmer. Would not recommend this company for any product purchase or repair. Very dissapointed
