I really would have given this a five star rating, such a concept that promotes local crafts-people and artisans and etc, is a great thing.But...pretty sure because I look like an emo and having never been there before and wanting to check everything out...is why I got profiled and followed in the store. To the point they had a security guard pretend to just happen to be there.I get needing to protect your investments, but that was a massive turn off.

Makers Market is such a unique store with all kinds of things that are made by local artisans. I love supporting local and love what they have to offer - such a fun concept and fun shopping experience as well. I will be going back!

Well it would have been 5 stars. Because all of the local Crafters are great. We enjoy being able to look at our own pace on what each person offers. So we stop at every booth. One of the employees, decided to follow us around and then ask why we were stopping at every single booth and getting business cards for some of them. Well first off, isnt that what you are supposed to do is look at each one since its all different products. And I got the cards because Id like to look them up online on my own time since they close at 6 at the mall. Really dont appreciate the employee following us around and stopping at every booth we do and watching us. Including while we were checking out. So we rushed instead of getting to look and buy more items. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for us.

There are so many unique things here! From mugs to frames to food, this place is full of creativity. I will say things are pricey, but I dont mind paying extra for something unique.

I love the great variety of goods displayed. It appears that each maker has their own area to stock and display. The lighting is so bad, tbough, that it makes it very difficult to get a good look at any of the products. I left without buying anything because if this.
