Ricky was incredibly helpful and patient. I initially purchased my phone at a different location, but he went above and beyond to help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. He also installed my case, screen protector and pop socket. I will return to this location for all of my future needs.

This store has always been great to go to, though this time was much different! Matt helped us on Sunday my mom and I have had iPhone 6 and 8 for years, not only did he recommend us the 12 mini because we like smaller size but he made sure we got all of our contacts and things transferred and sat with us until we were sure everything went through. He was super welcoming and professional from greeting us at the door to seeing us out with a smile 😃

I just had the most fantastic experience at cell phone store ever. We went originally for my son to get a new phone case for his phone that arrived today and to see why my phone was doing strange wifi things. Rick was very patient. He helped my excited 13 yo find a case and then sat and listened to the issues I was experiencing. This was truly one of the first times feeling heard in a cell phone store ever. Usually Im rushed and frustrated leaving at the end. He not only fixed my issues but he helped answer all the questions I had. Thanks Rick!

Visited this store after having been to another one where the sales rep sold me a phone with too little storage. I was stressed that I wouldn’t be able to get the right phone so I went to this AT&T and Walter a sales rep at this location saved me a headache! He definitely helped me get the right phone and was very kind throughout the entire process! He made my anxiety ridden experience into a great one! Turned in my old phone for the credit today and was surprised he remembered me without me saying a word. Honestly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Thank you Walter for everything you are amazing and I will definitely be coming back to this location every time because of you! 😁

Totally regret switching to AT&T! My bill has been wrong for 4 months, Ive been in the store at least 6 times and and its still not fixed. The manager doesnt call me back when promised and I have yet to hear from the regional manager after asking multiple times to speak with them. Find another store to work with, better yet skip AT&T altogether.

I went into this store somewhat on a whim this morning to see if there were any good deals going on to update my 4-year-old iPhone. Ricky was quick to assist me and was very knowledgeable of AT&T’s cellular plans. He made sure I got the very best deal and made me aware of any specials they were currently running. I walked out with a brand new phone, all ready to go! He was friendly, attentive, and overall very good at his job.

Terrible!! Go to another provider. I closed a Directv account and paid a sizable early termination fee because I moved and they started my start day over again which meant instead of the original contract end date it became a much longer contract in their favor. Mind you this was after a third party vendor informed me that he could not mount my directv dish and within five minutes an AT&T rep showed up at my door informing me that the “dish” could in fact be mounted and installed and I could receive service. Ridiculous! I should of known better at that time. The first third party vendor also closed the original online order, which stopped payment of the online promotional offer that included $300 in visa gift card.Bottom line is they have third party vendors who don’t want to install their service. They take away their promotional offers and you have to fight with them to honor their word. Finally, after many many phone calls it took months to have them finally readjust the account to reflect what they originally promised in promotional money. Terrible! They readjusted my contract start date because they gave me a new receiver which they said “I had to have in order for my service to work at my new address” and then to top it all off they sent me to collections after I paid my early termination closing bill in the Bowles location! No one, especially Carolina Sosa manager at the AT&T Bowles location seems to be able to reverse the fact that I was incorrectly sent to collections after clearly paying my bill in the Bowles location! Carolina has others say she is not available and is currently with customers so she doesn’t have to say she doesn’t have the power to and can’t get the issue resolved or taken care of. She promises to call back but does not. And now I am stuck with the task of calling the collection agency, disputing a charge that has clearly been paid in full and now having to wait until they “resolve the issue through the back office”!! Joke! AT&T is a hot mess of people who do not know what each other is doing! Terrible service. Terrible follow-up and coworkers who lie for each other.

Nobody ever knows how to do their job. You literally need to talk to 3 different people for one question. The discounts are a scam. You have to pay the full price for the first two months, and then the discount applies. So we are supposed to pay $65/month more for two months.All around pretty bad company. But they’re too big to truly care

Apparently this store closes 30 minutes earlier than is posted. Very disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to service customers during posted hours.We walked in at 7:30 pm on a Thursday to buy 2 iPhone X phones. They had already put away the phones because they close at 8 pm. We asked if they would be willing to pull out phones so we could buy 2 of them. They declined to do so.What?! Apparently these guys arent paid on commission, because who refuses to sell a product when youre still open for another 30 minutes? Maybe they needed to get home to play in their Thursday night Fortnite squad game. Either way, it was pretty ridiculous.We ended up driving up to the AT&T store near Colorado Mills. That store was open until 9 pm. And they didnt mind serving us. And those people got paid.My wife and I have been AT&T mobile customers for 15+ yrs. Ive got no beef with AT&T. Its just that this particular store is run by customer unfriendly staff. Sad. Really sad.

This was our best experience with ATT yet. I ordered updated flip phones for my elderly parents and we were struggling to set them up, I’m not that young either and the service that we received from Jerry over the phone and Jeffrey at the Littleton store was second to none! Jerry figures out the problem and called the store for me to let them know that we needed to get new SIM cards. We were greeted by Jeffrey when we arrived. He was a good listener, was very patient with my mom and I and took care of everything that we needed in between helping his team members with issues that they were helping other customers with. The atmosphere was one of teamwork and efficacy. Thank you Jerry and Jeffrey!

Went in store 10/10 to buy three phones and switch service from Verizon. Was worst experience ever! Sat in store for over two hours. Didn’t have phones they said were in stock. I asked repeatedly not to switch lines over until midnight. Never happened, lines were switched immediately. Ryan T who helped me was very inexperienced and didn’t have much help from other coworkers. Ryan stated there was no manager in store and he would leave my information to Carolina store manager. Never heard from management. Ended up picking up two phones from cherry creek location. Would highly recommend never going in this location!

The absolute worst experience at a phone store ever. We had an appointment with all of our information ready to go. And we were there for an hour and accomplished absolutely nothing. If I could give this place - start I would.The most unprofessional service I got.From the beginning of the purchasing until I canceled the purchasing staff was worthless, 2 months after calling the lines I still get bills every 2 weeks because the staff at the store have no idea how to do their job.After talking to customer service they referred me back to the store Im still waiting over a week to hear back from a manager!!!!!!

Beware of sales team. There is a great disconnect from call centers and stores. You’ll have a hell of a time trying to figure out your bill. I’ve been billed $500 in overages that I’ve been told would be returned and yet to even get a letter or email confirming. 4 months in and I’m out. Went in to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T the other day and worked with a gentleman whos name started with a G (sorry I cannot remember). Was the best experience ever at any carrier Ive ever been to and the representative was wonderful, very attentive, and understood what I was looking for. My 2 lines were switched without problems, my new phones were available in store that day, and all my questions were answered. 10/10 recommend going to the Chanson Plaza location (by Gunther Toodys diner) if you are looking for a better carrier (with great coverage btw, better than verizon) and hopefully working witht the same guy who helped me.

Very frustrated with AT&T told we had 14 days to turn in old phone to get $300 back, went back the next day and the promotion ended.Why don’t the put an end date on promos so not only the customer but the employee knows when it ends seems to set everyone up for failure. I guess that’s what I expect when working with AT &T.

Absolutely wonderful experience here at the AT&T Chanson Plaza store, especially as a long time customer, they treated me right to keep my business.I took advantage of a BOGO deal on the new iPhones and couldnt be more happy that the representative found a way to make it work for me (since my service has been with AT&T) its people like this who go above and beyond to give me the same deal as a new customer that keeps me staying with AT&T!!I also had been a long time Xfinity/Comcast customer and the rep a few months back signed us up for Directv and Centurylink, this has been an absolutely amazing experience. Directv is an absolutely wonderful product (pretty much the exact same as Comcast, if not better cause of more sports offerings) and Im saving $100s!! Go in and see one of their reps and ask about this, and I assure you that theyll get you a good deal like they did for my family and I. Best part is that I got to stick it to Comcast! Haha.Finally, the rep checked and made sure I was on the right plan that saved me the most and had all the right discounts and I really appreciated his efforts in saving us money.Thanks AT&T!!
