Do not go to the one on Kipling Pkwy, Littleton. We went in to check out their exercise bikes. After talking to one of their clerks for a bit, we decided to but one. However before we went to the register, I needed to use the restroom. Thats when some gut claiming to be the manager told me the restroom was for employees only due to covid. What? He said their store was not required to have restrooms for customers! What?? I told him it was a public business and they were required to have a public restroom. He said their store was exempt. What??? Needless to say they just lost a $400.00 sale. So concerned about covid, yet no one was wearing a mask! Dont treat people like theyre as ignorant as you are!

Popped in and out to pick up a couple of twin air mattresses. Quick and easy. The store wasnt busy at all.

Ive never been here prior to this and its a nice store. Ill be visiting again. They have pretty good sales. They have a good collection of pocket knives for sale. The clerk that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. I think I looked at almost every knife. Anyways if youve never been check it out, you might find something you like.

Connor was very helpful . He helped my son and I find a great high quality bb gun and kayaking gear . It was pretty busy while we were there and he did a great job fielding questions from other customers while still being very patient and knowledgeable with all our needs. Great store all the way around.

Solid store with tons of items from camping to pingpong. I got a warm hat and gloves and some carabiners all for under 20 total. I want to go back and get a Stanley Thermos...they dont accept Bitcoin yet, but hopefully soon!

Great selection of small item sporting goods, considering the square footage. (Small item meaning no boats, didnt see tents, etc.) Helpful staff. Buy Seconds and Irregulars for much less than at a regular sporting goods store.

I hadnt been in this location for several years and was shocked at how dirty and disorganized the store has become. It had the feeling of a store that was on the verge of closing down. Neither of the staff members seemed concerned that I needed help.

Everyone who works at this location is extremely friendly and willing to help. I drive out of my way just to come to this location to get ammunition, fishing gear. they have about everything and Ive literally spent hours looking around at all their stuff and Ive never been harassed or hassled.

Big 5 always has great prices and a good staff from my experience. This one lives up to expectations, great customer service.

Good selection of sporting goods from camping to hunting to the usual sports equipment. The selection of ammunition is good at fair prices. I stopped in for some supplies for skeet shooting, and they had everything I needed. The staff is quite helpful.

Trevor was rude. One of the other employees told him to help the lady in shoes, he came over and asked my husband if he could help him. My husband told him to talk to me. He would not look at me, but came over. I told him the shoe and size I wanted. He told me that the shoe I wanted did not come in Wide, I told him that they do, because I am wearing them right now. He went to the back, and brought back the wrong size and not in a wide. Maybe he should not be in retail where he has to be nice to women. Not sure what his problem was, but that was the worst experience I have ever had at this store.

Love this place! You wont find a friendlier staff anywhere! No it doesnt have the selection that a place like Cabelas or Bass Pro Shop has, but it sure has nearly everything that I need, and they will always honor a sale price! If you find anything, shoes fishing poles a chair or whatever, if it is not on sale ask them what the last sale price was and they will sell it to you for that price!! It is the place that I go every single time to find what I need and then I will go to other places after that if they dont have it.

Great selection of soccer items, however I give a 4 of 5 because the kids selection should have had more. But the prices and sales were great, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Usually my go to for work shoes. The footwear department was slow with only one other customer. The employee was distant and cold. I found the shoes I wanted and he was reluctant to go check for my size. Nope, no 11s he said. Thats funny because I asked for 11.5. I found another pair I liked and asked if they were available in my size. He brought out 11s. I asked if they had 11.5 and he said no.Before when I was there the employee went above and beyond. They did not have the sizes I needed, so they went online and found the Big 5 stores that did. They had them shipped to that store and called me when they came in and charged me the last sale price.What a difference one person can make.

I went for a hunting licence but they had issues with the printer. Not the fault of the store. The manager, who helped from the beginning of the transaction, was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the store is very undersized and difficult to navigate.

Unlike most modern sporting goods store this is a fairly small location. Despite that Im always plesantly surprised by the selection and pricing. I always manage to find exactly what Im looking for and leave happy.

Small but has lots of inventory. Lots of variety. Always greeted everytime we come in. Went in for a cooler they quickly applied my discount.

Staff here has always been helpful and friendly. During Christmas this year we had a issue with a purchase and they took care of it quickly and made sure we were happy.
