I brought two American Flag Display Boxes and a Military Coin in to get custom nameplates and engraving work done and all three were completed in under an hour the same day. This is the only place I will ever go to have custom engraving or personalized gifts done.

Pretty lousy experience with Crown Trophy. I configured a trophy on-line using their build tool, but when I picked it up they had substituted the Mtn bike figure for a road bike figure as they didnt have the one I used in the build tool. They ended up giving me a BMX biker which is still not what I ordered. I finally ordered the correct figure on-line from Dinn trophy, but this cost me (in shipping) as much as the trophy itself. Id stay away from Crown Trophy after this incident...
