Very unprofessional. No one ever seems to know what they are doing. There is always a wait. And almost always so e kind of issue. Not to mention very rude.

Very displeased with their photo department. I gave a disposable camera to have pictures developed approximately 2-weeks ago, and they still dont have them ready. I do not recommend this establishment.

Pharmacy sucks! I deal with patients all the time in my line of work and sometimes they are sick or injured or in pain. There is this thing called being professional and this pharmacy needs to learn more about it!!! Very rude pharmacy assistant and the pharmacist should have had the balls to say something to her! 1st off if you cant fill all of my scripts-tell me instead of sitting and waiting for 30 min for a partial fill of my scripts! That meant I had to go and fill the rest somewhere else! 2nd off when you are speaking to customers-be polite and professional! So rude you were!!! Shame shame! Wouldnt wish my flu on anybody-except maybe that lady!

Those who leave a negative comment about the people who shop at this Walgreens need to investigate the demographics of Little Rock. I shopped at this Walgreens and had them over charge me for an item that was on sale, I took it to an associate who had asked me earlier if I needed any help and got a quick refund. The item technically was not on sale any longer but the sale sign was still posted and it was honored.

I dropped my medicine off at 430pm I ask the lady how long will it be. She said a 1 1/2. I said what if I wait. She said 30 minutes if I come in. I was in there almost a hour and my medicine wasnt ready. I ask a guy how long will it be he said I dont know it dont say. And walked away. I left. Come back at 650 and now they saying my information for my insurance not in the computer. Im like I fill at walgreen all the time. Ill never use walgreen again. Only KROGER

Their pharmacy sucks. Every time Im there I have to wait. I dont mean any ordinary wait, I mean like Im there almost 20 mins and the medicine was already ready. Their rinky dink pharmacist always have an attitude, never fails! I hate going there but my only reason is to pick up my grandmothers meds. Wish I could give no stars.

I have shopped at this Walgreens for approximately twenty-five years or more. The service and staff were great!!

Horrible customer service at this location. Waited 3 days for my medication and I ended up having to do their job and call another Walgreens to see if what I needed was in stock at a different location.

Horrible customer service at pharmacy department. Came in to ask a question about a prescription filled there and the pharmacist had a horrible attitude. Rolling her neck, rolling her eyes, and a very dry and rude tone. I would rather go across town!
