I used to use this pharmacy. Ultimately it became clear that I was not valued like a client of a business should be. There were always issues with picking up prescriptions and preparing my prescriptions in a timely fashion. I switched to the CVS in Target and haven’t ever considered reverting to this location, despite the fact that a drive through would be more convenient.
I chose to come to CVS for my Flu vaccine and I made an appointment online showed up early and was rudely informed by the Ammen the id have to wait an additional 45 minutes beyond my time because he was the only one there. I do not recommend coming here unless you an extra hour to wait around doing nothing and possibly catching Covid
They never answer and claim to be short staffed. I held the line for 18 minutes the first time and 30 minutes the second time. Its impossible to be THAT short.
Thought i could order some photos to be printed here but when i came to pick up, an older man was clearly bothered by me asking if someone could help me. he told me he couldn’t find my order and wouldn’t take any other info from me to try to find it. i said well thanks a lot and he let me walk out. he was a ray of sunshine to say the least.
Worst pharmacy ever, I usually use the cornerstone pharmacy which I should’ve continued using. I’ve currently been on hold for almost 20 minutes about a prescription that was supposed to be transferred in 3 days. I’ve been waiting on my prescription since Thursday, it’s now Saturday and I’m still not able to get it.
HORRIBLE. Pharmacy never picks up the phone.
David was nice and helped us alot and he is always smiling he has a good sence of humor we recomend you to go we he is in there because all of the other empoyes are grumpy
Wonderful store!
Great 👍
The staff here is very friendly and their service is great! Nadiya is very helpful and is ready to answer any of your questions. The technicians are wonderful as well.
Great service in pharmacy as always
Best Pharmacy in Little Rock by far. I have used this Pharmacy every since it opened here. Wonderful Pharmacist and Techs are the best. Never have to wait long is what I love about this Pharmacy.
This is the BEST pharmacist I have EVER used. Ammon is the most respectable, genuine, and kind person let alone pharmacist...you know he was raised right! The techs are the sweetest!
It is 8:20p.m., and Im at the CVS on University Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas. I found a product that was 75% off the original price. The item was now $5.45. I got to the register and my total rings up over $45 dollars. I told the manager that was not correct. He asked, Do you have a coupon? I said, No! I can go and take a picture for you. He proceeded to out walk me to the item only to see that I was correct. He then said, I can give you one, but not both! I said, Is that not the item in your hand? He took the tag off the display and reported that it was misplaced! I said once again, Is that not the item? He said again, I can give you one, but not both! I then said, I dont understand how you can give & justify one, but not both. It is not my fault that tag was not removed. This was the discussion as we walked back to the register. He ended up ringing them both at the displayed price, because I had my phone out looking up this webpage and because the sign showed the price. So at one time I considered CVS a happy place. Well it is no longer. No rating for this experience.Michelle OConner
I called for the price of an item and the lady who answered caught an attitude and when I asked for the supervisor she put me on hold and I guess forgot about me and answered again and I told her I needed a supervisor and was hung up on. Called back to try to get the pharmacy and was on hold 20 minutes before I hung up. Terrible customer service. Poor attitudes. This is not how you run a business. Just go to walgreens. Garbage employees.
The African American female pharmacist is very RUDE! Ive noticed she is nicer to older individuals than younger individuals; she also says ugly comments under her breath once you walk away. I recently moved my Rx eligibility to CVS inside of Target because their pharmacistis much more professional and show willingness to assist customers without applying their own personal bias. I will admit, the 12th & University store is awesome when you walk in because the front end staff are very courteous but once I get to the pharmacy; my entire shoppers experience goes to HELL! Be cautious.Don’t waste your time calling, it’s a one hour and a half wait for pharmacy. They don’t give you time to say anything. After you’ve gone through all the prompts in their IVR, held for ten minutes then they answer and say it’ll be another 1 1/2 hour wait. Go to CVS INSIDE TARGET WHERE CUSTOMERS AND QUALITY SERVICE MATCH CVSs ACTUAL MISSION & VALUES!
I have to say that the pharmacist Ammon Martin is hands down one of the most respectable, genuine, and just one of the nicest people I’ve ever been able and to come across. I’m in the hospitality industry so for me I pick up on people who go out of their way for others. He does it for everyoneAnd every time . I live in Sherwood, and have been driving to this store which is on University #10779 for over a year now become of the customer service.Theodore Jacko is always there with a smile ready to help, immediately greets customers as they come in.Always puts me in a good mood even when I’mHaving a bad day. I worked at Walgreens as a cashier, it can be challenging/different at times And both of these men do outstanding. It’s not just them either, collectively the store itself they work as a unit. The pharmacy staff the technicians are always the sweetest. Hands down best pharmacy. So thank you all for doing a great job and more peopleShould take notice!faithful customerKayla
I ❤ this CVS Pharmacy because the staff is extremely personable. Every time I visit this pharmacy, the staff makes me feel like Im part of their pharmacy family. The staff that I will definitely commend for a well done job are pharmacist, Shakera & Annon; pharmacy staff, Ricquel, Ronald & Buddy (Buddy I cannot pronounce your name but you know Im speaking about you, Frat). Theyre the staff that always assist me when I visit this location. I also want to thank the other pharmacy staff as well. The store staff are very helpful and personable as well. Im glad my insurance had me to change to this CVS. I give 🖒s up to the pharmacy staff!!!
Went in for a few items, the manager on duty(7-11-19) was rude. All he did was walk around the store while playing on his phone. When the cashier asked for help he ignored him and me... making me wait and then said a rude comment to us. He acted entitled, Ive noticed a lot of that In this new generation.
I have the best Pharmacy Team in Little Rock!!
This pharm had script for my Pain meds for 1 mth, due tomorrow and they are out. I had a trip planned for that day, now have to cancel. Do Not Use This Pharmacy For Your PAIN MEDS
The red coupon box does not work, resulting in not getting the extra saving on items purchased
Conveniently opened 24 hrs.
Nice staff but gives you hard time trying to fill pain meds
There was only one pharmacy technician I guess working and it took over five minutes to get waited on in the Drive-Thru and I was the only car there
Extremely helpful and polite
Very convenient
They never answer the phone and dont have prescription on time bad service
