Went in Friday September 10,2021 and Joni was there to help me. She greeted me with a smile and the sale for the day. When I couldn’t find my size she looked and unfortunately they were out of stock but she made a great recommendation. She is what customer service is all about. Thank you Joni!

The new balance store always has a great selection of new balance tennis shoes. They have clothes as well but I am all about the shoes. I know longer by Nike because of their recent spokes person that I do not agree with. So have now gone to new balance. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and they greet you when you walk in the door. The prices are fair and again you can’t beat this election.

Love this store. Always quality shoes and priced right. Staff is eager to help and not far away if you need assistance.

This is the worst store I ever seen customer service is so bad they all are sooo rude and if you buy anything from them and you want to return it you will face bad experience in your life so dont buy anything from them and if you buy dont expect that they will take return

I highly recommend the lady in this store, i cant remember her name a white lady around 40 to 45, she is truly great, and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out on of the best shoes i have ever wore, and it was only like 50 bucks, they were having a huge sale. Originally the shoes were like 125, even saw the white pair like them. Thanks so much!

Dont buy any shoes wear them for an hour to find out they kill your back then try to exchange them. They will not even talk to you about it. New Balance Factory outlet is the bad batch from the factory and are not fitted right. I got the same shoes elsewhere and no problems in my back.

Visited the store this past Saturday and was very happy with the service we received. A lady named Joni was very friendly and knowledgeable about the shoes. She fit our family and helped us find exactly what we needed. The prices where also great compared to the other New Balance store.

I entered the store with low expectations of finding something that will fit my wants and needs. I was greeted by the lone employee of the store to let me know of the current great deals. It was early well before lunch. I browsed a bit and found nothing that peaked my interest I also checked a few other stores in the area but everyone else had cheap looking shoes that I knew wouldnt hold up. I went back in to get the pair I was looking at to again be greeted by the lone salesman this time he asked if he could show me a few things this time I found exactly what I wanted to William thank you for your input and assistance. Will definitely return because of him.
