I spent almost 40 bucks on a Bouquet for my wife and this is what I got. A third of them we decent enough to keep and the rest we trashed out. The most of them were withering away and filled with spider webs. My first and last time ordering from them again.

My daughter ordered me something for my birthday.I got a note saying sorry we missed you and thats all.I called the number few times with no answer.Next day, which is today October 6 2021, I dialed another extension this time and a very rude person picked up and told me I have to get there, as they dont deliver and then when I asked him why you dont pick up your phone, so he started giving some illogical explaining and then literally started yelling .I just couldnt believe what I was listening to and telling me that I am overtalking him.I will recommend to anyone who reads this review not to use this place, until they do counseling on how to deal with customers.I am just literally shocked and confused that how a business can run effectively which such an incompetent staff.This is the worst experience in my life and I am a health care professional where patients and clients are the top priority .Shame on this store and the manager who have continued to have bad manners prevail in this store .

Please do not come to this business. I put an order in on Friday and could not make it by the time/date. I called the store and was notified that I had until close of business Monday to get my order. When I arrived on Monday (well before COB) to pick up my order I was told it had been thrown away. They attempted to accommodate me by giving me a last minute, thrown together box. The customer service was horrible and the lady had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE! When I told her that I would be writing a review she replied to me “well they only last for a week so go ahead”. Someone needs to be educated on what reviews can do to a business. With all that said, please spend your money elsewhere!

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will never shop with you guys again. My arrangement arrived MELTED and with brown fruit. When I called to try to get a new one, even offered to bring the old one back up there myself, the manager gave me a round about response basically saying it’s nothing she can do. Horrible Edible Arrangement! You should be ashamed! I wish I could give ZERO stars

Ive never had a problem with this store til recently. I ordered two arrangements and only one was delivered on time. I called and no one answers the store. Went online and did the messenger thing in the corner and although no one reached out to me and called me, they were nice enough to refund me. Still dont know if the other arrangement was ever delivered :( but I did add another star for the refund

In comparison to all the other edible arrangements Ive done business with, this has to be the worst! My post is for the manager Cheryl (hoping I have the correct name). Where do I begin... My daughter ordered an arrangement for my birthday to be delivered as a surprise. I was not home and a sorry we missed you tag was left. I called and was informed they were closing shortly. I explained I work until 4:30 M-F. The manager rudely explained I could pick it up. She never offered to schedule another delivery. This was on a Wednesday and I was not able to pick it up until the following Monday. The lady on duty called the manager who didnt pick up nor return the call while I was there and I was there about 25 minutes. The lady on duty apologized and offered to make me an arrangement if I could wait. My daughter ordered and paid for a balloon with the arrangement however, they were out of helium. The manager of This establishment needs some helium and customer service. The lady who serviced me today understands customer service and I thank her.

I made the order online to be delivered the next day received phone call stating that the order could not be delivered the hospital wasnt taking deliveries. I called the hospital to confirm this and found out it was a lie. The order was canceled before he called me because not even a second after he hung up I called back to arrange for my sister to pick it up. The lies are what burns me up, and the abruptness theyll never get my business again. And Ill be writing an even nastier review than this if my money is not returned

If you place a simple order at 3:00pm that includes pineapple, be prepared to get a call telling you the pineapple didn’t come in that particular day. In other words, they stop working at 3:00pm but close at 5:00pm. 🙄

The Driver took off with my gift said he wasnt bringing it back. After taking our money the woman over phone said she will have him leave at door and take a picture. He said nobody told him to do that.. But he lied because i cracked the door and told him leave at the door. He got mad and took off with our orderr . We want our money back ASAP.

Well I should’ve read the reviews before I order. Ordered and PAID for an arrangement. Got here at 445 and they are closed. I just drove a hour to get here and now I don’t have an arrangement that I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.can’t wait to call them tomorrow. DONT GO HERE

I am not sure how this place remains open because they never answer their phone. The calls always go to a voice mail thats always full. The reviews are horrible. Is there another business in the same category that we can support? Maybe if we stop supporting bad businesses, then theyll learn to appreciate where their livelihood comes from.

ZERO Stars I am a new customer after speaking to a lady on the phone I was told to come into the shop and I could place my order as I was paying by cash. WOW I went to the shop at 2.30pm and was not greeted at all but looked at in a flustered way implying what do you want ... I proceeded to ask about arrangements and was cut off and told to go to the website abruptly so I said so I cannot order here and was told that she was too busy and had an order to get ready for now!!! This lady was so rude. I went to my car and was in shock so I went back in to ask who the manager was and who there competition was and the same rude lady said there was no one else. I also told the lady I wanted to place a cash order and she shrugged her shoulders and did not care. I asked for the Managers name and number and was told Cheryl and this number!!!When I got to my car I called to ask the name of the person I spoke with and was told Anthony (I spoke to a female) and then I questioned the name and was hung up on. I then tried calling back and from my cell phone number I was left on hold for 35 minutes meanwhile I was calling from my work number and one time was on hold 8 minutes and the second time all around 3.20pm was 12 minutes on hold and eventually my work number got answered before my cell phone!! Is this the normal service level for this company?

I wish I read reviews before ordering. I live out of town and count on businesses like this to express my love to my loved ones. However, I ordered a bundle for my grandmother for Mother’s Day and it was not packaged as indicated in the order and they did not deliver the balloons. If I had not asked her about the contents, I would not have known. Called the store and the worker says, “oh yeah, we ran out”. The lack of professionalism infuriates me because they did not have the common curtesy to let their customers know. Instead they keep the money unless you call them. At that point do they offer a refund. While my grandmother was grateful for what she did get, they will not get my business again!

Would give zero stars is able....Horrible customer service. Ordered an arrangement for same day delivery and received a call from associate who was extremely rude in telling me my order would not be delivered today or first thing tomorrow. She seemed offended I would even ask that. Asked to speak to manager. Another woman answered and from the jump I could tell she would be no help. Asked for a refund. I refuse to suppose ya business who has such terrible customer service. Will order from another location.

Extremely rude driver. Hung up on my brother TWICE. Paying a premium for an extremely simple and overpriced strawberry/pineapple. Completely sealed the fruit bouquet which was nice, BUT we found a spider on the chocolate dipped strawberry. Will never order from here again.Also drivers do not wear gloves or a mask. Avoid.

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible !!! I wish I would have read these reviews also!!! Don’t order here! They are rude and do not care how they prepare your order. I saw something I wanted to add to my order and they told me “we’re not gonna Interrupt his delivery.” I called in enough time first thing when they opened to address the issue. They will not work with you and are very unprofessional!!!!

First time I called I got a recording that it wasn’t during operating hours, but it was. Called right back and they answered. Tried to place an order over the phone and was told I needed to go to the website to do that. Or at least get a “four digit code” for the arrangement and call back. I really just wanted to send a gift. Could have easily talked me through that over the phone. Will gift something else since it’s too hard to do business here.

Ordered online around 9 a.m. I noticed that online said delivery could be as late as 7 p.m. so I called the store at around 10 to ask if it would be delivered before 5. The person on the phone was VERY nice and promised it wouldnt be a problem to have it there before 5. They delivered by 12:30 p.m. and the arrangement is VERY pretty and appreciated! Good job and I would use them again!

I placed an order for my Husband and Uncle for Fathers Day which is today and tried to surprise them...I ordered 2 sets Fathers Day specials and they only delivered 1..smh..I called and talked to the clerk and asked can I get half Strawberries and half Pineapples for an inconvenience of my delivery; she said no I can only get what I ordered. I then asked to speak with the manager but she never came to the phone Strange. The point Im trying to make is they never delivered all my product, they also messed up my surprise....I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN....Dont go here find another location that will inconvenience U for their F up mistakes.........PERIODT!

I ordered a fruit arrangement ($105) to be delivered to my wife on Valentines day. It was never delivered... I called around 2p.m. on that day and the girl who answered the phone was very rude, after I asked her name she hung up on me. What a disappointment! I have tried to call several times and all I get is a recording. I do not recommend this to anyone

You are better off getting an arrangement from somewhere else. My husband bought an arrangement for mothers day and when he showed up to pick it up they had closed the store. He shows up today to pick it up and they hadnt even made it. No phone call to let him know the arrangement was ready on Sunday or anything. Absolutely horrible customer service, will never go back.

Unreal how pitiful the customer service is over the phone, i called to place an order for same day delivery at 9:30am was told it was not possible unless i came to pick it up, to only go online and place the order for same day delivery??? Then call back to confirm a delivery time and was told again it wouldnt delivered today, then out of what i assume was frustration states between 11-5 and literally hangs up in my face, Edible Arrangements should have a better vetting of franchises as this one is poorly managed and operated! Whomever the lady working 10/4/2016 should be fired or trained in customer service, a $100+ is not something to cough at, maybe if enough people stop patronizing theyll learn or do better! While i love doing business with Black Owned Businesses this is the one example of why its often a difficult task!!!

My husband purchased an arrangement for Valentines for me I had no idea. I come home from work and he asks me did you get your gift today, I said no. He calls the store they have the arrangement just sitting there still, cant give a reason as to why there wasnt even an attempt to deliver it. I seen their delivery service at my work several times on valentines. So they say they can deliver it on Monday, um no its Thursday. So then they say they cant promise it can be delivered on Friday either REALLY... my husband had to tell them that he was not paying a $20 delivery charge when it wasnt even delivered on Valentines then they say they can take off $10 of the delivery charge because their normal delivery charge is $10. So you screwed up his whole valentines surprise for me when he put a lot of thought into it and thats what matters, but you dont wanna make up for your mistake. Sounds like to me that you dont wanna keep your customers. We will never spend another dollar with this business just ridiculous.

Delivery service is horrible, you may or may mot get your order on time but you have paid for it already. Then they do not answer their phones, especially on a holiday which is unacceptable and bad customer service since you do not know what your customers are calling for.

I am completely disappointed in this company. I ordered something for my fathers birthday. My order was placed around noon and the store does not close until 6pm. I received a phone call from the store saying that because her delivery driver left the store they would not be able to deliver my fathers gift that I already paid for. I want to remind you that this is 6 hours before they close! They then asked me if there was another day it can be delivered. Why in the world would I want it delivered on any other day besides his birthday? To add fuel to the fire I wont get my refund back for two or three days! I cant even use my refund to buy him another gift from a more trustworthy company!This is unacceptable service and I will not be doing business with this company again

I just had the worst experience ever. I order from this location often and I placed an order online. The time options it gave online were 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00. I placed the order for 6. Only to be called and told that my order couldnt be fillee by 6. I told the employee that I could get the order later on tonight but wouldnt be able to pick it up on another day thats why I chose today to pick it up. She advised rudely we cut the chocolate machine off at 3:00 so we wont waste chocolate! I told her that should be on the website somewhere only for her to say that the website is misleading. So if this store cant fill orders after 3 that information should be placed on the website somewhere instead of an option for someday pick up after 3:00.

Ordered online ... Made mistake of telling them 18 vs 8 online. Driver went out to deliver and could not find address.. Not once did anyone call me to ask if there was a mistake. I called to check as we had not gotten a text from the recipient and was told that driver just got back with arrangement. Refused to go back out and house was 6 min away. I asked to cancel my order ... They did immediately. I will need to check that it posted. Too bad ! I didnt want the poor service ... Just the fruit. Sending flowers instead!

Customer service was absolutely horrible in store. This is my second time dealing with the store. I asked if the lady could check the back and see if they had dipped apples before I paid. She rolled her eyes and said, uh yeah! I left. The other time my dad bought something for me and the delivery guy lied and said he knocked on my door and no one answered. I was home recovering from surgery and watched the truck leave. He never once came to my door or through the gate.

Horrible service! Dealt with Sandra Moore...I made the order at 1:30 pm. They said it would be delivered by 5:00 pm...Sandra called at 4:15 and said her driver was MIA and said she not be able to deliver it by 5:00 even though the location is right down the street I told her I would have to do something different if it couldnt be there by 5:00..she said she would try to get it there. At 4:20 she cancelled my order..5 minutes after I spoke with her. I tried to call her back from the number she called from and someone said it was the wrong number and hung up on me...I finally spoke with Sandra and she said she didnt cancel my order untill 5:00 lie. No one contacted me and said it was cancelled or anything. My loved one didnt get that birthday surprise I planned...do not do business with this place...garbage service

Customer service was rude and the person who delivered went to retail store next to us and was very rude to them, then came into our store in front of customers yelling this is not worth my time was very obnoxious, we called manger and manger tried to act as if this delivery person was a great person and could care less.. I really like edible arrangements, BUT the little rock location is terrible. The lady was extremely rude, unknowledgeable about the promotion, and unclean. She came from the back area with her gloves on and she never took them off. Even after she touched the telephone the countertop and a couple of other items she remained in the same gloves. I did not place my order. I left frustrated and disgusted.

Recipient received delivery notice on door, called to check on status was told it would be redelivered following day. Followed up following day and was then told it had been left at the office previous day. Customer service was rude to recipient on phone and I was disappointed with lack of communication when i spent almost $100 on fresh fruit. I received the promotion of spend $65 and receive the classic fruit trio box, when I asked if recipient had received it, they had not. So I called the store and was first told it would be redelivered the following day, when I told her I needed to check if theyd be in town she then changed and said it was also left in the office. I was given a lot of attitude and then was hung up on. I dont understand why delivery person didnt call either phone number when delivering. Also, the customer service on the phone and lack of communication was horrendous! I am very disappointed with experience.
