Service Center needs help. I dropped off my vehicle and didnt get a call for a week. When I called to inquire about the status, I was informed my advisor Cole had gone on vacation and didnt communicate to his coworkers that he had my vehicle. It took me to call 3 times to have someone locate my keys. The current staff seems to be diligent which is why it isnt a 1 star. It was resolved quickly by Shane and he was easy to speak with and communicated my issue clearly.

The Parts department and Service department staff I directly addressed were excellent, 5-STAR. I was only there to get one KEY. The COST was unreasonable, $251.50, most of which was to “program it”. Really? Glad I didn’t get two. The WAIT TIME was too much. I arrived at the time instructed and after an hour, I asked how much longer? He said they said 10-15 more minutes. Really? At THAT cost! Come on Honda, be the best. We love you.

I have had my oil change here for the past couple of years. Services were great but this time I had a recall on a fuel pump that had to be replaced. I had it replaced yesterday but they spilled a bunch of fuel in doing so. My tank was full and they failed to inform me that a spill could happen if my tank was full. This was very upsetting. I could have rescheduled this service at a later time when my tank was lower. This cost me money, especially with gas prices going up. It’s not the first time They have withheld information from me. I may take my service elsewhere. Just make sure they tell you everything. Update (11/01/2021): My fuel economy has seems to have declined dramatically since the replacement. Either that or my fuel gauge is malfunctioning. All I know is my fuel economy still says 35-40 mpg which is normal. But my total range (distance till empty) miles is only like 335. For a 12.5 gallon tank, this is not right and didn’t happen before the replacement. I have tried contacting McLarty but have received no response. I am very upset at this!

I worked with Whitney and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my wants and needs, both in the vehicle I was looking for and financially. She respected my time and I never felt like I was sitting and waiting. She handled everything professionally and efficiently. I appreciated her attention to detail and level of care. Derrick in finance took care of all of my concerns and helped me get the right financer. When I went to pick up final documents, Derrick was with someone else and rather than having to wait on him, another finance guy took the initiative to help gather my documents and expedite my request. I would highly recommend doing business here. The level of care all around was top-tier!

Really felt cared for and valued! Service Dept Manager, David, is truly one of a kind! We purchased our car new last year and started to have issues with the computer. They combed every avenue looking for a solution letting me know he was going to make sure my car was safe for me to take home and put my kids back in. Ask for Josh G!!!! He’s honest, friendly and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. This was my first car I bought from a dealership and it was pretty obvious. But rather than using my naivety for his gain he took the time to listen to my request and limitations and presented me with options that aligned with what I was looking for. I really felt like my benefit was his priority and not the other way around. I also have no complaints as far as the dealership itself. Their prices can’t be beat and the money you spend will be well worth it!! All other staff was friendly and welcoming. Came to McLarty in emergency when transmission and engine lights came on in our pilot. Had groceries in the car, over an hour from home. Service department got us right in, understood our situation, expedited the repairs. Their help and cooperation is greatly appreciated. Excellent service, no complaints! We’ll be back!

Katherine is amazing, friendly, professional, she helped me get my new 2021 EX L. I drove from Oklahoma City to this dealership. A 5-hour trip. Katherine held the car for me while I was driving. I have been looking for that same car for over a month, but Mclarty honda had the best price all over the country. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. My 10 hours round trip was totally worth it. I will definitely be buying all my next cars from this dealer. Katherine was the best. I also want to say thank you to London Walker, the finance manager, for an easy and pleasant experience at the finance office. I just wish if this dealership was in Oklahoma City. Thanks for a good experience from the minute we got there. Jerry our salesman was very sharp and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. He was patient and gave us plenty of time to make our decision!! No pressure!!We even left to look at a Camry at a near by Toyota lot. Chaos, nothing but chaos!!! We left in less than 20 min and returned back to work with Jerry! The Toyota dealership did not show the openness and attention we experienced at Mclarty Honda !!The finance team were great as well. A small mistake was seen in the paperwork. They immediately changed it and made good on what was promised! Thanks guys for my daughter’s new car !!!

Great experience from my car salesman Duke to my finance guy Derrick Anderson! Duke took time to go over all the exciting new features with the 2022 models and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and eager to help without being pushy. I got the exact color car and model I inquired about prior to arriving with no run around once I arrived. The sales manager Derrick was also very helpful and took his time to explain the contract with me as we went along. Derrick went over all the additional options in finance with me and pointed out the necessity of having GAP insurance and few others. These products were very affordable and I’m sure I will be glad I opted to take them. In all the facility was very hospitable and I would recommend McClarty Honda to anyone especially my salesman and finance guy! Loving my beautiful blue 2022 Honda Civic.

The waiting room was clean and everyone was well spaced out and masked. The staff were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, and when it was determined that the vehicle servicing was going to take longer than expected i was given a free shuttle ride home and was picked up later when it was done. Overall I was quite satisfied with the experience.

I had to have some recall work done on my Honda Elite which took most of the day. Glen Love was my service rep and he could not have been more nice to my husband and me from the moment we walked in the door. We had an appointment so he had everything arranged including a courtesy car so we didn’t have to sit around the dealership all day. We had made a 3 hour drive to get to Little Rock so it was a long day for us anyway. But we were able to have a great day in Little Rock and our wait time flew by. Thank you, Glen and McLarty Honda, for a fantastic customer service experience.

Absolutely terrible, I took my car in because it wasn’t starting in September. They changed my battery changed my oil told me my tires were misaligned (they are the only place that’s ever worked on my car) and needed new tires. After 6 hours with little to no communication I got my car back. A month later I go on a trip to El Paso and when we got to Fort Worth the battery gave out. We also noticed a knocking noise when we got to a certain speed. We limp to El Paso and find out that the battery was defective and they didn’t put the engine splash shield back on correctly. El Paso dealer fixes everything and we’re back on our way. We take it back to Mclardy and they treat us terrible, everything is someone else’s fault they take responsibility for nothing. The service manager treated us as an inconvenience the entire time we were there, even started eating lunch while we were talking to him. Over all the worst experience, im very disappointed since this is where I bought my car in the first place.

The customer service at intake is excellent; however, scheduling over the phone and getting out in a reasonable time can be frustrating. The last two times I booked LOF for vehicles I’ve waited over 3 hours, and I had to initiate updates and completion times. Granted, the second time there was additional work my vehicle was due for, and I approved it, but was not given the information I needed to anticipate the delay. My recommendation is to have a room/space for services that may make the wait more pleasant (for instance pedicure/manicure or massage chair, a cafe, a walking path, a play area for parents….something to pass the time that is not just sitting for multiple hours).

Came in for service. Everyone was rude as hell. I was quoted at this price and they gave me twice the price. I sat there for for almost 5 hours for simple service on my car and when I went to ask for a checkup and the people in service seemed to not know who I was or what vehicle I had brought in. Not only to mention that at the time of checkout they gave the women in front of me the wrong keys to her vehicle and got into an argument with her. So unprofessional. They need better management this place is pathetic.

Attempted to call parts department, to see if an ordered key fob came in - no one picked up phone, on both tries. I had been told last week it would be in on Monday, and it was now Tuesday, so I drove to dealership and went straight to parts department, and they said it had indeed come in that afternoon (no one had contacted me). After waiting over 15 minutes, I was told they had no record of it being ordered. Evidently associates could not get my name straight, which led to much confusion and loss of time. Order was found and the fob was programmed in about 30 minutes. When I paid, the system still had my name wrong, and folks there wouldnt have caught it if I hadnt reminded them for about the 5th time in less than an hour. Additionally, I was given an estimate of the fob cost - approx $195 - before I had them place the order, which I appreciated. I did not receive an estimate for the labor cost - approx $140. I was given 10% off the labor due to all the confusion. All could have been avoided by a little more active listening.

For about 3 months now, my wife and I have been praying for the perfect car. In between that time frame we let 3 or 4 cars, that were great cars, slip away. We didnt want to finance or have any monthly payments holding us down, so we wanted to be patient until we had the money that we needed! Thanks to Dave Ramseys Financial Peace University, and God showing out, we finally reached our goal of saving up and paid 25k cash! Little did I know with buying my VERY 1st new car, cash was the difficult way to go due to counting it all up! But we all, hopefully, had a wonderful time, cracked some jokes, talked a bit about life, and had an amazing time with getting all the paperwork ready and signed! I have been going here since I purchased my car. I went to get an oil change and the service rep didn’t properly explain the service I would be receiving and had me paying over $300. I also made an appointment for 11:00 and didn’t leave until 2:00. People who came after me left before me. I thought about purchasing a new car from them but not any more because I didn’t like the rep attitude and I will never allow them to service any of my cars again. Customer means everything and after 3 years I noticed that doesn’t mean anything anymore.

I made an appointment for an oil change on a Friday afternoon. I had to wait for 10-15min before someone came to assist me. After taking 1.5hours for a regular oil change and tire rotation, they put in an extra filter that I did not approve of. When I told them that it was not something I approved, they made me wait for another 15min to take out the new filter and put in the old one. Apparently it was the systems fault. The faulty system showed me the price of the filters as 42$(which I approved) and when the filters were put in, the total was quoted at 99$. So basically wasted another 30min, trying to figure out as to how to deal with it and to take out the new filter.

I originally took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation! Well Ethan Snyder♥️ was my service man for the day. He took my car to the back and when he come back he says “I have some good news and bad news for you”. Bad news you have an faulty oil Pan, and the good news is “we can fix it today”. Me being lost on how did this happen and I haven’t had my car for 6 months. At this point it on whomever I purchase the car from. Ethan contacted McClarty and told me would have to leave my car with them because it can’t be driven. He stayed on McClarty tail until they paid for the part to be fixed. I was very disappointed with the service department again. I called to make an appointment to have themLook at scratches on my car and to get an oil change. They have a call center scheduling their appointments now. The young lady scheduled me for a Wed appt and I arrived on time. The service department advisor asked me what I was coming in for and he said oh we only do that on Fridays. I asked well why was I scheduled for it today. He apologized and basically said the call center doesn’t know what they are doing. I wasted a whole morning blocking this time out for the service. Fast forward to next Friday I return for the same appointment. The advisor basically tells me they can’t do anything about the dent and scratch I show him but they will try to get the spot off my bumper. I leave my car and three hours later he calls and says it’s ready. I ask him on the phone we’re they able to fix my bumper and he tells me he hasn’t laid eyes on my car yet so he doesn’t know. Hmm yet you told me my car is ready ok. I go pick up my car and pay for service no discount for any inconveniences for having my service delayed. I get in my car and the SERVICE LIGHT IS STILL ON. I call the advisor from the car wash and I’m like didn’t I just pay for an oil change why is the service light still on. He tells me it’s his fault and he will meet me at the exit of the car wash. He does and leans in and does some things in my settings. Horrible service. I used to love their service but it has gone downhill fast. Yea

Duke was very courteous and helpful during the entire buying experience. I found the cars I wanted to test drive on the website, drove to Little Rock, and he had the two cars sitting side-by-side waiting on me when we arrived! He was upfront and honest where other places I found to be less so. He was also more knowledgeable than other I came across as well. From the moment I walked in I was greeted at the door and nobody was pushy. Caleb Turner was my salesman and went above and beyond. He was very friendly, got me what I wanted, and the process was quick. When I went to sign the papers the finance guy, London Walker, went above and beyond to continue to get me the best deal. 53 minutes I called service and asked the SAME question over 10 times. I was put on hold numerous times and would get recycled to press number 2 AGAIN. FINALLY, I got to a guy who asked me the Vin number and I thought, “WOW” I’m gonna get a answer. Immediately after giving him the Vin number I was told, “I’ll call you right back.” Two hours and fifteen minutes later no call.I want to know, IS A HEAD GASKET ON A HONDA FIT COVERED UNDER POWER TRAIN WARRANTY? It’s not a trick question. I want want to know yes or no. Can someone PLEASE answer the question? Ty
