Love this market! Its like stepping into Mexico for just a few happy minutes💕. Homemade salsas, fresh tortillas, huge avocados, marinated skirt steak. Perfect for a quick trip to the grocery. Perfect cuts of beef.and if you just need that cow tongue for a special recipe they have that here too🤷‍♀️

Had a beef fajita taco for breakfast today.Ill admit. I am very picky. Especially about fajitas. 1st the lady cook was Very sweet.I only ordered 1 to try it. Wow. It was delicious. My Only thing is that I wish they made their own flour tortillas. Ill be back for sure. What are you waiting for?!!!

Great selection of regular meats but I am ALL about their marinated meats (chicken and beef fajitas, tablitas aka beef short ribs chicken breast pastor and more). You dont have to speak Spanish so dont be intimidated to go to the meat counter or food court. If you want fresh tortillas be sure to check the hotbox to the left of the food court it has both corn and flour tortillas. Oh they also have the BEST avocados around !!!! Clean very clean and they have everything staff is so friendly totally different then across the street at el tapatio. No comparison I will never go to the other place again this is my new spot!

My wife accidentally left some items at the store. I called and verified the items on the receipt, but they told me someone else must have grabbed them and that they would not help us replace them. I asked if I should shop somewhere that provided better service, and the guy on the phone said that’s fine, shop somewhere else... They definitely do not care about providing any kind of customer service.

The first time I went here, the manager came up to me and introduced himself, gave me a quick tour of the store and the most popular selections, and generally made me feel welcome. We come here regularly for a few new family staples like the seasoned fajita meat. I cant wait to sit down and try a few things on the menu. Never had a bad experience here so far

The thin sliced beef ribs are fantastic and the steak fajitas are good on the grill. Trust me and get at least 2 pounds you will love it.

Their marinated meat section is amazing, they have everything from fajita beef skirt steak to whole catfish and shrimp with the heads on. As a little treat while you shop ask for some fresh chicharrones to snack on.

Nice staff. Clean floors, organized shelves of inventory. Their inventory however is not consistent. I love the Zambos Ridged Plantain Chips they sell. They rarely have them...hard to keep up with when theyll have that particular item again. :-(

Becareful they will charge you extra if you are not paying attention. I went yesterday and brought 2 avocados and she the cashier was trying to charge me for 4??? I told her I only got 2 and she was like que?? She thought I didn’t speak Spanish!! Well she was wrong! She was very rude, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE!!

Great store! My husband and I like to buy our meat here! They season it for you and have really good deals on it! Definitely recommend it! The employees are very nice also.

Their fajita meat is great. Its not pre sliced though. Everyone is nice and they have pretty good selections of everything.

They have great items for anybody that likes Mexican Food. Also, they include articles from other Latin American countries. The manager there was very hospitable. He seems to be a great guy!

Went here to grab some quick Mexican food from their hot bar. The food had no seasoning, no flavor and the best thing I can say about it is the portion size was large. But if it has no taste why bother. I was very disappointed in the food and I love Mexican food just not this Mexican food. I have tired this place one other time and had the same experience. I was hoping the cook had changed or something. I will not be back.

Service is good, I use their meat market they have varieties of cuts, and butcher is always willing to help with requests.

Would be nice if the person working the food counter WOULD PAY ATTENTION TO SOMETHING BESIDES HIS PHONE. Do not recommend this place at all.

Best place to get grill meats in town!

I had a pig ear and pork carnitas! It was delicious! I hadnt had a pig ear in over 30 years and it reminded me of my youth/moms cooking.

I cant believe they asked me to leave because I have my baby with me! This place is unbelievable! Ive given this place so much of my business and i will never shop here again! Try to grocery shop and get kicked out! Wow

I enjoy this place. Good fresh hot sauce selection, nice cheap produce. Definitely better than El Tapatio.

Barbacoa is priced $1 /lb cheaper than the competition up the road. Corn Tortillas are made fresh on the spot. The barbacoa is good. Pay at the register and pick up at the food prep. The portion was very generous and included diced cilantro, limes and green salsa. Didnt forget to pick up some fresh avocados. Nice and ripe and much better than the ones you find at the big box stores.

Love the meat sold in this place. The bakery in it is amazing as well. Great quality affordable food and goods.

Bought a bag of potatoes and almost all were bad. Could only tell once they were cut. Also the prices were higher than most other grocery stores. The staff was helpful but very unfriendly. Felt as though they did not want me in their store, but since I was there they would serve me so I could hurry up and leave. I have had the same response from the staff both times I came into the store.

Im always on the look out for a good meat market. When this store first opened it sold good meat and had decent customer service. As time has passed I have become beyond disappointed with the entire store. Ive let the customer service part slip and continue to return. Today was a whole different experience and will not go back. I ordered 2 lb of carne para tacos from the meat section. The carnicero dug into the meat with no gloves and did not wash his hands before digging in the meat. On top of that.. I noticed he was missing a finger.. Hahaha. Yeah.. that did it for me. Customer service is bad. Cashiers seem to be in a bad mood. Same goes for the guys handling the meat. One guy asked me if he could finish eating before he took my order. I said yes, even though I was in a hurry.Who does that?

I like this place, been going since it open. The products keep me coming back. Today however I went and there were some ladies looked like they worked there or maybe just hanging out at the front door staring and choniando lol which translates gossiping about you. Other than that Im pretty happy with this place!

Great grocery store for authentic Mexican food ingredients. Bilingual, English is spoken here if you dont speak spanish.

They offered me some seasoning and told me it was on sale then when i get to the register the cashier tells me its more than what the meat department said it cost. So i had to walk back to talk to the enployee and he told them he told me that and they still wouldnt honor it. They wont see me in there any more i left everything at the cashier and left. that was some of the worse service i ever recieved i will definitely go back to El tapatio meat market in LE from now on. La Azteca is aweful. Second time they have done that to me. They definitely dont mind inconveniencing the customer.
