Theres no point to making an appointment here. Make an appoint for 10, theyll only see you at 1130. Something as simple as a tire repair that takes 15 minutes takes over an hour and a half. Stay away from this place. 5 guys working, only 1 knows how to work on tires?! At a time tire shop?! Pointless! Stick to a small mom and pop tire repair place, youll be in and out in 10 minutes.

My experience at Mavis was above and beyond anything I could have ever predicted. I was shopping around for tires for my Mercury Marauder and every place I called told me sorry where out of them gotta order it . Mavis had three very good quality tires to chose from. There prices where below every place I checked out, including Goodyear,STS,Costco and online. They did a free 25 point check on my car and recommended to have been oil change. They also remembered to have mechanic switch off air suspension on car before putting on lift .only needed on very few cars they returned my car to me in the fastest possible time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAVIS . They have very professional and knowledgeable employees they make the experience so friendly and easy. I really need to do a review just for them. If anyone is looking for a reliable location that has A+ service and A+ customer service, this is absolutely the place to be. Im thankful for a last minute service that I needed to get done and I decided to try these guys out. This is by far the greatest decision Ive made ever for my vehicle and for a peace of mind. Ive never been so welcomed into a place that fixes car as if it were Chik-Fil-A lol.... but I have to tell you its more than the wonderful vibes. My finance was parked in the parking lot to go into Advanced Auto. He was trying to exit the parking lot but the mechanic working on October 26, 2021 had him boxed in when he was asked him to move the vehicle so he can leave. The mechanic became very aggressive and pulled a knife on him in front of Mavis store front and the camera picked the altercation up. The manger was just standing there and did nothing to help my fiancé or stop his employee from being aggressive. The cops were called and there was a lobby full of people inside of Mavis who can validate my fiancé story.

I come here off & on when i need certain services done to my car. My splash guard was not completely secured to the bottom of my car, as a result of going to the dealer, & it scraped the ground whenever I drove. I call them & they say cant fit me in until the middle of the following week, BUT i turned to Mavis & they were able to get me in that same afternoon. They’ve always done excellent work with my car, but I was SUPER impressed with how quickly they accomodated me & my last minute need. Definitely hit them up for your car needs! Quick service, quality work & easy on the pockets!

I have never had such a bad experience as I had with this place. My husband and I took the car to be looked at originally due to the front rotors needing to be changed, they couldn’t even do that properly causing the drivers brakes to lock and catch fire !They said they would change the rotors and pads since it caught fire and they never did until our 3rd time coming ! They recommended parts to be changed and blaming the all wheel drive and the problem was never resolved. I went for a second opinion and I found out the problem never had anything to do with the parts they wanted to change. Take your car to a different mechanic. Save your money and time !!

Went there for a alinement today with no appointment nitty and Johnathan took me in with no problem. They are great at customer service, listen to my problems and took care of them in a shorter time than I anticipated. I have been a car owner for over 20 years and I have never had such a bad experience as I had with this place. My husband and I took the car to be looked at because of a weird noise the tires and brakes were making. The problem was never fixed after spending over $1000 dollars. They kept recommending parts to be changed and the problem was never resolved. I went for a second opinion and I found out the problem never had anything to do with the parts they changed. Please take your car to a different mechanic. Save your money and effort.

This was the best maintenance experience I came across since I’ve been driving. NITTY the store manager excels in his customers service and friendliness. Any problems for my car I’m coming here.

My experience at Mavis in Linden was once in a lifetime experience. it was Nitty who helped me throughout my time there and is the reason for me writing this review. i had a flat tire, and people who have been through flat can understand how frustrating it can be, me showing up to the shop, Nitty understood my situation beyond just my car and put me at ease with assuring me that my car is in good hands, and it was. So glad i visited this place and will come back any day i need to, also i would refer any one in need to Mavis.

Chima and Salim were awesome. They were able to give me advise regarding my issue. I didnt plan on purchasing tires today, but I apurchased 4 Pirelli Scorpion tires because of their advise and assistance. They were both a pleasure to work.with.

Today I had to stop in due to a tire change. The tire I was riding on had a nail in it but was still drivable. From the time I walked in it was warm and welcoming. The man at the front Mitty was very kind and helpful. To make a long story short they were able to patch the tire for me. I really do appreciate them going above and beyond for customers. I could see they were busy but still handled each person with professionalism. A big thanks to Mitty and the mavis team. I will make sure to bring my car whenever I have another issue.

I had a flat tire and brought it over for service. They did a great job in patching up the leak. I would recommend the service to my friends.

Made an appointment for 3 PM the previous day. When I walked in (around 2:40 PM) I was told tires would be done by 5:30 PM, then was told to 5:45 PM. I was asked to return and when I did at 4:30 PM I was told by another employee in front of the previous one I spoke with they cant install my tires and to come another day. If you want to waste your time, come to this Mavis. They will definetly do that for you! Poor customer service.

This Is my go to place to fix my car, they always take good care of me and my vehicle, and go above and beyond to ensure things are done as promised.
