I’ve been to this location twice. The cashier was there both times that I went. She is rude to me but yet the people before and after me she’s so pleasant. I don’t know what her problem is but if she thought I was going to be nice she was wrong. I’ll treat people with respect when the same is given. Pharmacy is another story. One of the ladies back there is nice and helpful.

The drive thru line has consistently been a 30-45 min wait for months. Got to the window (finally) and sat for more then 10 min before they acknowledged me- with 6 cars behind me. I understand you are doing drive thru covid testing but that needs to be a separate line this is out of hand. We are transferring our prescriptions elsewhere.

What a confident place to shop. Great place for medicine, snacks, and some household items.

Ordered some printed photos as well as a customized puzzle. They all turned out perfect!

No one working in photo department. Photos hadnt even been printed 45 minutes after time promised. When I called and asked if this is the photo department the answer i got was yeah

I ventured out from sun city over to my local Walgreens to pick up my prescription, and also do some shopping while I was there. This kind and lovely young lady named Carissa over in the beauty section was so helpful, and sweet to me . She had even helped me find a new tube of lipstick and lip liner that is flattering. Im leaving 5 stars here because I really liked my experience.

I want to thank Michael at Twelve Bridges location for his excellent customer service! He was very polite and knowledgeable and without him I would have been facing another hurdle. I needed a calendar printed an hour before closing and he pulled off a miracle for me! I hope the managers recognize his dedication to the customers because this man deserves a raise... better yet, a healthy Christmas bonus is deserved ! Thanks again Michael! You are awesome!!!

I am from out of town and needed help finding makeup that will not come off in high temps. Stopped in at Walgreens and a girl named Carisa helped me! She is very sweet and did a great job helping me find all the perfect products I need. Thank you Lincoln, CA Walgreens for hiring a great beauty consultant who knows what she’s doing and has great taste!

Very friendly staff and clean. I live in Lincoln hills so this is very close to me and I appreciate the good customer service here. I wanted to go to their pharmacy to for my prescriptions, but they dont take my medical insurance. I go to CVS for that and they have longer lines, but decent customer service.

I want to personally thank Alexandria pharmacy tech who assisted me on 12/18/15. She took the extra step. She has great customer service and follow through. Ive been loyal to Walgreens for all my pharmaceutical needs and she has reconfirmed my trust in this business. Again, hank you very much for your service to your patients. 5***** you and everyone of them!!!!

They need to hire more people at the pharmacy and why are they so slow? They don’t seem to know what they are doing.I use to go to Costco pharmacy in and out. I changed due to Walgreens being closer, but now I might just change my mind.

Pharmacy needs more help. So slow! I have pain standing, so my boyfriend stands in line for me. The people behind the counter are slow, they need more help. Otherwise, the staff is very nice.

I love Walgreens and would like to switch from CVS in Lincoln because Walgreens is much closer. There is a problem. Apparently Walgreens cant work out an agreement with the feds over providing meds for Tricare For Life patients. So Im stuck with CVS until they do, and Walgreens says this is unlikely. According to Walgreens there are many customers who would like to switch but cant for then reason listed above.CVS was once reliable but they have made two serious mistakes with my prescriptions in the last week. In addition the wait in line to get your prescriptions at CVS is often too long. The staff is pleasant and courteous but that isnt enough.

Terrible customer service and problem not rectified by supervisor on duty, who was extremely rude when we called for resolution. We used to be regular customers but never again. CVS in Lincoln will now get our business.
