THEY MESSED UP MY CAR. I came 4 week ago to get my car check, the cost of the check is 130, and they said everything is great, NOTHING IS WRONG, the only problem is my speed sensor but it doesn’t need to be fix,I just need to change my tires so I change all 4 and alignment them also which cost 700 more. After few days of driving I noticed my car acting weird, it bounced a lot, the steering wheel is shaking and tires slipped very easy when changing land. I come back and ask them to check again cause my car wasn’t like this before but they said I had to come back to see the manager tomorrow cause they can’t do anything. I had to take day off at my work and come back the next day to talk to him. He said he would make sure everything is done right, but later he call and said he realize a part in my car is broken(WHICH was never pointed out when I got whole car check), and had to replace which cost 320 more. I was mad but have no choice so I let them do it. But the thing that make me more annoyed is NOTHING CHANGES, my car is still having the same problem. And now my brake is starting to making noise.Spend almost 1200$ and the results is making it worse. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Just appalled by the lack of customer service. I had tires delivered there for installation. Called to ask when I could come in and was told any time this afternoon, would take about 30 minutes.When I went in, I was told it might take about 2 hours...doesnt know if itd be done today. Do I just want to leave my car, maybe in the morning? ... What? was I supposed to walk home? Then tells me the next actual time they know they can get me is two days away. This is after Im waiting for about 10 minutes to be told what they could do.In the store, I called Discount tire, they set me up with an appointment for 8am the next morning. Great. But I would have to bring the tires in myself. I go home to get a bigger car. Come to pick up and still, im the one having to load the tires etc.Luckily Discount tire took care of me quick the next morning. Definitely would not use Firestone for any future services.

This is the place you go, when you have major things that need to be done to your car. Its hard to trust mechanic shops these days, but this shop did it for me. Firestone isnt the cheapest, or the fastest, but they usually knock out big jobs within a day at this store.I brought my car here and spent nearly $3,000 to have some major repair work done. All of my work was covered by a warranty, and done correctly the first time. If you come here for major work just ask the service manager for a high level technician to work on your vehicle for extra comfort.This store has new staffing, and the new people are great.

Don’t bother making an appointment here. They don’t keep it. I made an appt for 5:00, by 5:30 my car hadn’t moved. Someone without an appt got served before me. When I asked when they would get to my car, he told me another 30 minutes. That would be 1 hour after my appt. What’s the point of having an appt, if it’s not honored. I saw 3 people doing nothing, while 1 person was doing the work. Last time I brought my car there, for a tire rotation & check-up, they told me that I needed a bunch of costly work done. After taking it to a mechanic I often use, I was told I only needed 1 of the 3 services and charged me half of what they quoted. I have a Credit Card there, but I will be canceling it & not going back. Went down the street to Mavis. They had my car in the garage 5 minutes after I arrived. With NO appt! Big Names just mean Big Disappoint.

Cedric is cool, but the ladies in the shop have horrible attitudes. The work is not that great. Been complaining about an issue with my car for years. Long story short, they put in a bad alternator a few years ago, charged me every year for the replacement of the battery ($30, and yes the car battery died and had to be replaced every year), and today when I said enough is enough...they figured out it was the bad alternator and CHARGED me for the new one AND the $30 to replace the battery again! I see Amber replied to send a private message, but no info on an email address or contact number to do so. SCAM!

Worse service ever I dont recommend u come here I just came for a simple car alignment and they messed up my whole alignment and they messed up my whole tie rod and tried ripping me off saying I needed inner and outer tie rods and I replaced them a few weeks ago now my whole steering wheel is off

August 15, 2020 Unhappy with Firestone Lilburn service and lack of quality products. Took my car in for a brake job; my scheduled appointment lasted 6 ungodly hours and cost me $900. I left Firestone Lilburn with new brakes that are so loud they sound like screaming rats!! I took the car back and the manager says the brakes need to warm up... Hilarious...when I drove this car off the show room floor and the brakes never ever screamed, and never ever needed to warm up. Will not return, or recommend store #029289

Never buy lifetime wheel alignment from Any firestone. I had take my sienna 2011 to different Firestone. No one fixed . They will check and give it back. They do not know what they are doing. I have to take it to dealer and fixed. I should not have buy lifetime wheel alignment from firestone. Very bad service

Mechanic doesn’t know how to balance tires and they charged me, than wheel alignment was good so he couldn’t do he said so they charge me $80 for the alignment which was same before and after. Charged me 160 dollars for full synthetic oil change it was totally rip off and they refunded tire balance money but they said we work on alignment so can’t do refund why they charge me for alignment which they didn’t do anything and they don’t keep copy of after and before alignment. Save money and times Ans also car go somewhere else thanks will never come back here.

Tory was amazing! He made sure that I was charged accurately and only suggested service that I absolutely needed. Once my issue was diagnosed, he explained what I would need to get done and broke it down and answered all questions I had also. After the tech, Ronald finished, he came out and showed this skeptic the replaced part and explained what exactly was causing my initial issue. Thanks to Tory and Ronald, I will definitely be coming back to Firestone at the Lilburn location.

I want to see these guys are great especially Alex who helped me a lot when it came down to my Ford Escape when the estimated price was 400 but I was looking enough it was not that serious and it went down to 275. Im grateful to the whole team! Even if the wait is long remember you get what you paid for and thats good quality service!!

This Firestone location in Lilburn has attempted to balance my tires (bought from this location) 5 times and at 60 mph I can feel the rear tire is still not balanced. Forget going 70 mph. This location does not provide Road Force tire balancing, which is the best way to balance tires. IF my wheel is slightly out of round, they should tell me. However, I have been to another shop to confirm my wheel is true. I am on a 1000 mile trip and Ive stopped at another Firestone in Homewood AL to give Firestone one more chance (balancing 6th time in two months).

This place sucks! I will never go back there or would recommend them to anyone. Its that plain and simple!!Recently, I took my car there for something simple to be diagnosed and fixed. To my greatest dismay, not only they failed to properly diagnose the issue, they made the problem worse. They took no ownership of their miserable service. I had to take my car back from them and get it fixed at the dealership spending even more money. I was able to verify that their unskilled labor and callous behavior contributed to this shameful situation. To me, this place is the epitome of totally negligent mechanical service with zero customer service.This place is so lame. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!

**Happy customer. **I took my car last Thursday because it was making a weird noise. I was skeptical about having it checked out because it seemed like a busy day and I had a lot to do that day. After talking to the manager ( Andy) he assured me hell do his best to have it in and out in a short time. Well, he did! He explained yo me the reason of the noise, fixed it, and I was out. I called and scheduled an oil change, alignment check, and tire rotation. I brought the car in and told the man at the computer that I was there for an oil change, alignment check, and tire rotation. He said he had it down and I was good to go. I left and as I was looking at the estimation paper, which they had me sign without first asking me to read it or explaining it, I noticed there was not tire rotation listed so I called and reminded them for the 3rd time that I needed the tires rotated and they said they would do it. A few hours later I get a call asking if I would like them to measure the brakes as the rear brakes looked as if they may be low (my car is at 42000 miles) so I say yes. They called about an hour after that and said I was good for pick-up. I get there and they tell me that the only thing they didnt do was replace the rear brakes. I asked if the brakes needed to be replaced and they said yes, ASAP, someone should have called you after we checked. I explained that no one did call and said I would call back to schedule an appointment. I got home and that same day called and scheduled an appointment to have the rear brakes changed the following afternoon since they said I only had 1mm left and the rear brakes had to be replaced that week. I was told the front brakes had plenty of life left. I drop my car off the following day, she finds my appointment in the system and then says let me make sure we have the brakes in stock. I asked why no one thought to check that the brakes were in stock when scheduling my appointment and she did not have an answer. She informs me that they dont have the brakes and cant get them that day but that she might be able to get them tomorrow if I want to rearrange my schedule yet again and come back a third time. I said no, clearly you do not have any idea what is going on I will go elsewhere. I went to another shop where my brakes were measured and my car was driven to test for any feelings or sounds that the brakes needed to be replaced. I was told the rear brakes and front brakes still had 50-60% life left and that there were no signs of brake problems. So Firestone wanted to charge me almost $200 to replace brakes that are nowhere near the measurements they told me. I will not be returning to these incompetent crooks.

You need be very cautious when you drop you car to them for services. I asked them to replace brake pads for my car. After service the noise from the bottom increased, especially during turning. I did a brief check and saw a screw for holding a rod was missing and another one came out half. I got two screws from ACE Hardware and put them in place to make the noise gone. Later I have my car checked in another auto shop and they told me many bolts under the car were missing. Normally I have my car serviced in the dealers shop from where I bought the car. I had one time service in this shop and will never visit again.

Good service, a bit slow, but open when others arent.This is the second time in a few years that Ive ended up with a nail in my tire during the holidays. A few years ago was the day after Christmas, and this year was Sunday, New years Eve. Firestone was one of the few shops open in both cases and had no issues repairing my tire.

Refused to patch tire with a slow leak in the main section. Wanted me to buy a new tire when my tire still has 75% tread. Went to discount tire and they fixed it for free. Good customer service goes a long way and firestone lost me as a customer.

I have been to this Firestone a few times and every time the guys have been courteous, professional, very direct and to the point, 2days ago i had to have my catalytic converter on my cargo van replaced, i took it there and i thought im really going to be out of a lot cause this is a very professional place and they have been here at this location forever, and they have to pay their mechanics reasonably well to keep them and be here this long, cheap mechanic shops come and go all the time they never last long even with thoes big name backing, this is no little ceasers type joint you are not going to find any five dollar pizzas here mac they serve the real deal...so i just knew i was going to be out of a lot but surprisingly enough the price i paid was a really really fair price far from astronomical i was happy, i had my van back in service within 2 days in Friday evening and out by Sunday, Anthony and the guys at that Firestone in particular did a fantastic job and they deserve an A++.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got life time wheel alignment for $190 the day I drove out the steering was moving to right and so much vibration. I took it back after 10 days as I didn’t have time. When I explained to the guy at reception he immediately start to make excuses like it’s your breaks or your tyre etc. I had a problem explaining that the alignment initially was done wrong. My car is 2 years old with brand new 4 tires installed the day I did alignment and 1week before that Toyota installed breaks. I came here for life time alignment. They are eager to get your money first and don’t want to give customer service after. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT FIRESTONE. SPECIALLY THE ONE ON LAWRENCEVILLE HIGHWAY.

I recently went to this firestone because my power steering was acting up. I had had part of it rebuilt in Ohio at another firestone but it was still giving me problems. When I took it in, I wasnt sure what to expect since the other reviews were mixed. I was immediately helped by Drew. He was awesome! Very friendly and patient. He and the mechanic looked my car over until they found the problem. They quoted me an estimated time of completion and had it finished by then. Drew even called me the next day to make sure that my car was driving better and that I was pleased with the service. I plan to go back again!

I have to take the time to give a 5 stars review to the store. Ive read the previous reviews and I feel bad for those who had a bad experience before. Luckly thats is not my case.Andy ( the store manager) really knows how to offer excellent customer service. He used to work at another store as service manager, and when I found out he was getting his store as a Store manager I moved to the new store with him. I absolutely trust him with my car. Ive never had a problem. He answers to all of my questions/ concerns very clearly, and also helps me to get a good price.If you dont find Andy it a ok, the other two guys there are also very nice and helpful.I recommend the store, and i think you should give it a try.** Recomiendo mucho esta tienda. FIRESTONE ALLEGEADLY PINNED TIRES IN ORDER FOR YOU TO PURCHASE NEW TIRES!! This is my second time here in firestone. My dad has been having an account with them for over years now and theyve been overcharging him off the charts. My first time, last year July in firestone with a 97 Benz: all four tires needed to a replacement. Two of them had pins, almost like staple pins inside of them! Alright cool. I just came today with my 99 Toyota Camry to patch up the tire in my trunk and they took down all four tires and guess what?! ONE OF MY NEW TIRES HAD THE SAME IDENTICAL PIN SHOVED INSIDE OF IT. I tell the man(blonde bearded man looks a little like the guy from Limitless) there is no way this small pin would go inside of tires like this and he says, my job is to find the problems. Well Im glad you do that sir but in the same time, could you please respect a hardworking college students car thats on the verge of dropping out due to a financial crisis like it was your own? This was my fault, I shouldve watched Blondie. Its alright, next time you think about visiting this specific store, be careful. This is by far the worst service.

I rarely do reviews but after this experience at firestone I have to. Im never going to firestone again, especially Lilburn location! I regret getting a firestone credit card. Their customer service is horrible. Their manager has very bad attitude towards customers. His name is Jake. They gave me a tune up. A week later my engine light comes on. I take it to 3 mechanics outside firestone to inspect it. Turns out they put in a damaged spark plug. I took it back up to them and three employees agree its damaged. The manager decides to go back and forth when he knows hes wrong. They only offered me money back on the spark plug. They will never touch or damage my car again. They took 3 hours to do a tune up and didnt fix anything. I got it fixed by another mechanic outside of firestone and he did it in 10 mins. My car is fine now. Im calling corporate and considering other actions.

I went to a different firestone and they saw something wrong with the ac, and they only saw a basic problem, however, I took my car to another firestone and they found the real problem. I left it there instead so they will get as much time as they need to fix my AC and yes they did fix it right the first time, plus 12,000 miles warranty. Jeff was the one that helped me and he even price match the service with tiresplus service estimation (as long as you have the papers), and a discount coupon I printed off from their website. The service wasnt cheap but they will work out things for you.

Very deceptive, worst auto shop Ive ever been. Went in for alignment and oil change, and got up sold for lifetime alignment plan and synthetic oil change. Turns out I got the semi-synthetic oil. And when finished they told me I need to change air filter and wiper blades when I just replaced them a week before myself. I dont know about other Firestone locations, but this one should be avoided.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service offered in this store. Andy was super friendly and professional. It made me very clear that it was the problem with my car and that it had to be done to repair it. I will continue to come to this store without a doubt.Im very pleased with the customer service at this store. Andy was very nice and professional. He explained to me what was wrong with my car and what was the next step to repair it. I dont know much about cars, but he explained it to me in a way it was very easy to understand. Ill be back to this store for sure.
