I first brought my car to them because other shops could not get my car on the lift, they took my car in as soon as possible and did a full diagnostic and inspection, and were extremely honest and reliable. they also have reasonable and fair prices. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be taking my car to them from now on. Gained a customer for life 👍

Got a trip check down before going to Fla. Had the horn looked at. It was just unplugged. Another place I trusted had told me it have to be replaced. Was saved $300 not including labor. The guys there always helpful. They discuss the issues and options and dont do more than you can get done at the time. But honest to let prioritize what needs to he done and when. Theyre great. Wont go anywhere else unless they tell me too.

Ive taken BOTH my cars here and they made repairs to both of them. My MDX took it to them and they were able to find problems with my grinding brakes. They cleaned the rust build up on the hub. Then the wife Lexus had an evap code and they found out what vac circuit it was and fixed that when 2 previous mechanics here couldnt find it. They also fixed the clogged AC condenser hose in my wife Lexus that soaked up the pass carpet and dried the car up and got the milder wet smell out of it! Cant say enough about this place. Always in communication with you about the car too!!!

I was having emission related issues for a month and couldnt figure it out after switching out multiple sensors which lead to an endless amount of new OBD2 codes showing up one after another. Amy and Steve were super helpful, willing to take a look into the issues the day I dropped it off. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and help me out! Steve kept in contact with me with what was needed to be fixed. Very reliable and friendly people. I definitely will be coming back!

She broke down the price, provided information on other servicemen if I decided to get additional services done out side of theirs and made me feel as if I was right there along the way. Very professional and polite on the phone. Offered fast turn around on service and prices are competitive. With the current Pandemic in mind, they offered a great solution. Drive up, give them a call, leave your keys and they come out as you are leaving and sanitize your vehicle for their sake and will sanitize it after they are done.

My F-150 wouldnt crank so we had it towed over to Five Forks. Amy explained to me what would happen, what the diagnostic charges would be and pretty much everything I needed to know. A few hours later she called and said they could not find anything wrong with it and to come pick it up. Asked her how much and she said nothing since they couldnt find anything she wasnt charging anything. Very refreshing to find these days. Based on that experience highly recommend and will keep going back for all my needs.

We took my sons classic 1968 Plymouth Fury III to the shop on short notice. Not only did they diagnose and take care of the problem in a timely and most efficient manner but they also cut my son a break on the price because he was going to his freshman year in college college and he needed the car to drive down to the campus. They tuned his carburetor to where his engine was running perfectly and even put in points ignition. Just trying to find someone to work on this old stuff has been incredibly difficult. Thanks for everything. We will definitely be bringing our cars here in the future.

Took my 2004 Jeep Wrangler in for a new clutch kit and fly wheel. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. My first time there but they treated me like I was a regular. The work was done very well and was done in an extremely timely manner and at a very fair price. I’ll be back the next time I need auto work for sure.

Our family has been taking our cars here for 10+ years. They have always been honest, reliable, and tell you what you need without throwing in extras. Most recently my transmission went out Tuesday, they had it replaced and I was able to get back on the road by Friday. They told me an almost exact estimate of what everything would cost, adhered to the time frame, and kept me updated throughout. I’d highly recommend them to everyone!

I took my 2005 Honda Element with an oil leak in. Previous mechanic indicated leak was there but said not to worry about it because it was small. Other dealing with previous mechanic left me looking for a new mechanic. Leak became worse and took it to FFA. Fully expecting it to be bad and expensive. FFA called and Amy said it was simple fix. During my last oil change the previous servicer didnt tighten the bolt down. They fixed it and gave me an oil change...Honest and friendly service. I appreciated their honesty. They just found a new customer with 3 cars!!!!!

I haven’t had to have a vehicle repaired with them. But they were very polite about my scooter breaking down in the parking lot. They were not able to assist me with the scooter but they were able to tell me where I could get assistance. They were very kind and patient with me.

A great experience overall, and I highly recommended them! I brought my car in due to a check engine light, and was very impressed by the friendly and professional service I received. Though it was my first time doing business there, I felt like a long-term customer. Brian gave me a thorough explanation of what could be causing the problem, and, because I live nearby, even gave me a ride home. Sharon let me know later that day what the specific problem was, the status of obtaining the part I needed, and an estimate of the (very reasonable) cost that was right on the money when I picked the car up the next day.
