Set an appointment for a tire inspection due to repeatedly low pressure on one tire. Had purchased tires with Discount tire and still under warranty. Store Manager, Thomas, was excellent and he explained the cause and solution for my low pressure tire. The tire was replaced for free and only cost for labor. Went there because tire pressure sign came on. Guy named Robert did the pressure check and filled all the tires to 35 psi. He was very professional and courteous. This was done free of charge.

I had the unpleasant situation of having a leaky tire, which forced me to cancel my entire day and to replace my damaged tire. Thankfully, the great people at the Lilburn Discount Tire store took care of me and even had a replacement special order tire sent from another store to replace my damaged tire the same day. Enjoyed doing business with Discount Tires.Bought new tires at 11am and by 2pm, the tire had picked a sharp object. The tire was replaced with a brand new one and with a swift and nice response from the first call to the last person who handed me my keys after the new tire was ordered and replaced.

Their dedication to customer service is great I got my rims and my tires here if you guys buy new tires make sure to get the warranty its well worth it Im on my third set of tires from them. They carry all the famous and well-known brand and some budget-friendly Brands as well EDIT: I will never ever buy my tires from anywhere else but here. I have never received the level of service and respect as I have from when I was dealing with Brandon who I believe is the sales manager. He exemplifies the phrase Above and Beyond he gave me options I didnt even know discount tires offered and was very fair. My Michelin tires ran out well before warranty within 2 years. I went there and he put me in some better brand new Michelins with extra road hazard warranty and lifetime free balance and rotation. The best part about it is when all was said and done. they paid me 7.13$ after they did all the work. keep in mind guys this was 2 YEARS LATER. They did all that and PAID ME. with this most recent deal I realized he was purchasing something from me... and that is a lifetime of business from me and everyone of my family and friends who Ive been able to relay my story too. no one has heard of this level of customer service and satisfaction from anywhere. Very positive crew! The manager Christopher is great! Was a walk in and had some pretty specific requests and he worked with me and understood even though they were super busy. I left without checking that things were completed to my specifications (my fault) so I called and he told me to come back same day literally minutes before they closed and had the guys finish what I asked for. They were all very professional and had outstanding customer service!

I had the honda ridgeline tire viberation issues, and tpms stay on due to i had the truck to some local tire shop, paid money for couples installation used tires, they end up mess up my driving pleasures with those cheap tires and out of calibration device installation, so I decided to take my truck back to discount tire store to get it done right, I paid 500$ for the valve replacement work and 2 Michelin defender tires, Mr Thomas, the store manager took care of the issues and give me back the joy of driving my truck again, i took it to the highway push it to 80mph without the viberation! Great job.I didnt go to the discount tire store for a while due to those last experience with older managers neglected treats.this time Thomas initially took care of the matter make me believe the right place to shop for tires again than those black and yellow monkey shops! Wasted my money.

The staff is helpful and I didn’t feel like they were upselling me. They just added to the bill what I ask them for. The waiting area is just a place with some chairs, magazines and free wifi. They have complementary cold waters too. Their service was a little bit slow but in our case was slower because they messed up what they were supposed to do to my car, but they explained the error, fixed it and apologized for the extended wait time.

I am a Discount Tire customer for life. Im sure all of their locations are excellent, but I am exceptionally fond of the lilburn location on Lawrencecille Hwy. Marcus and Danny ROCK! Exceptional customer service, every time. Many people arent aware but Tires Plus will attempt to repair your flat for free, as well as check and adjust your air, for free no matter where you bought your tires. Why you say? Because they are a Christian company who genuinely cares about peoples safety. They have fixed multiples flats for me, regardless of where I bought the tires and now, I only see them for anything related to my tires. In this particular instance, I hit a massive pothole that not only ripped a huge hole in my tire, but also damaged and bent the inside of the rim. As you can see, the end result is pretty awesome. Thank you Discount Tire for continuing to be an exceptional company that genuinely cares about people.

I have a nail in my tire.. they want me to wait until Monday to patch it. Absolutely ridiculous they want me to ride around with a nail in my tire for two days.. will not ever come back. Worst ever customer service. Went to CNC auto they discovered I had two nails in my tire and they fixed it immediately. it was done in 15 minutes. to let a customer or potential customer ride around for several days with nails in their tire is outright irresponsible and negligent

Its not often I receive 5 star service, unless of course Im in need of tires, wheels, or service related to tires and wheels. Ive never had anything but 5 star service from Discount tire; the recent experience associated with purchasing tires and wheels for my daughters Miata, was no different. A little disappointed I could not get a tire balance and rotated because a bolt didnt want to cooperate. A bolt that was last installed by then back in the middle of summer when I purchased the tires on the car now.

Service today was fast and efficient. The only area with room for improvement would be for service techs to neatly and efficiently replace items in the car; specifically wheel lock with original pouch and spare tire and parts. Once pulled off, the rattling in the back was annoying due to the negligence with items not put away properly after servicing our vehicle today. Plus, I bumped into a curve yesterday and bent the wheel, so I called and got a price on a new wheel to be swapped out as well. But when I get here Gabriel (the guy working with me at Discount), did a test on that wheel and said the wheel is just barely bent and that I didnt actually need it replaced. Wow! On Wednesday May 13, I have arrived at their store with a slashed tire. It was 6:29 PM.The store door was open, even though they closed at 6:00 PM Samuel greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him the story. He asked me to take a look. I was getting ready to leave my car in the parking lot and return the next morning when they were opened again, when Samuel said: You know what, I will put all of my guys on this and we can get you out of here in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, I was leaving their location with a new set of tires. People like Samuel that go out of their way to provide great customer service are the unsung heroes. If you ever run across one of them, please make sure that you are showing your appreciation-sometimes it may be one of the very few positive things they heard all day. I hope someone at Discount Tire Corporate Office will read this review, because people like Samuel and his team are very rare to come around and they deserve all the recognition. Nice Service and Good price for Tires

We pulled in right after opening and was 3rd in line for 1 tire...besides the fact that we asked for a specific tire which he tried pushing for something different 🤬finally after waiting over 2 hrs and a handful of customers who came in after us got served, we finally got a tire. Its definitely not a 1st come 1st serve!!!So if you have all day to spend, this is the place for you otherwise I would strongly suggest being picked up and going back later to get your vehicle!

I have been buying tires from discount tire for years! Since I moved Ive bought from this location for my last 2 sets.. Always the best price and love the free rotations.. But this post is about how the guys ritchie,sam,and manager Gabriel are handling the shop during this pandemic.. They are doing appointment only which reduces the number of folks in the store.. Went in for a tire rotation and to make sure the tires were ok. The low air pressure light was on. They let me stay in the car due to the current health concerns. I was very impressed how professionally and quickly they got it done.

Been doing business with them for years. Great service but recently I bought some brand new tires from elsewhere and I wanted to get them put on. They said $32.99 labor per tire. That is rediculious for a size 13 everywhere else is like $19.99 regardless of where you bought them . I guess Ill take my tire to ntb or Firestone somewhere they only charge $19.99 a tire regardless where I bought them. Last time I asked for a quote for a set of 15 inch tires. They said the tire was $49 a piece then out the door it would be like $380. Im like where did the other $180 come from? Thats a whole second set of tires. Now I see how they make their money

We took our camper van in to have the tires checked and inflated on 5/9. We had an appointment for 3:30. These tires were purchased from this location. We waited over an hour for the job to be done and were told that there was no problem with the tires and they had been properly inflated. The receipt also stated that the tires had been correctly inflated to 55 front and 80 rear. We were in a hurry so we didnt check the tires before we left. When we arrived home it was obvious that the rear tires were not inflated properly, all four tires were inflated to only 55 psi. This is a very heavy camper van and anyone who actually looked at the tires could have easily told that the inflation was very wrong. The rear tires were after all less than 70% of the required inflation and these people do nothing but tires. How could they not notice this mistake? We will not be using this company again for purchases or repairs - buyer beware. While we were waiting for this poor service, I heard the representative say sorry to many of the other customers who came in. Stay away.

I came here with my own tpms sensor for replacement. They put it on quickly and sent me on my way. 2 miles later, the tire was flat and I was pulling over to give them a call. Manager Marcus filled a spare tire and drove out to find me. He put the spare on, took my tire and we drove back to find out what happened.The valve on the sensor I brought was loose. None if their valves fit the sensor, so Marcus replaced the sensor with a new one. Because they did not catch the problem before I left, they did not charge me for the sensor.The tire was brand new, but I drove on it flat long enough to cause damage inside so Marcus also replaced it with a new tire, again at no charge to me, because if they noticed the valve was loose before I left i would not have gotten a flat in the first place.The honesty, integrity and amazing service i got here is unlike anything i have seen before. Thank you for everything. You have my business for life!

Took my car here to get my tires changed out. Thought they were super professional until my car started shaking while driving on the highway. Take my car to the closest mechanic shop only to find out my tires weren’t even balanced. If you’re not familiar with tire balancing just know it’s extremely dangerous to be driving around with unbalanced tires. Either way I definitely lost all my respect and will not be returning. I recommend you do the same.

We blew a tire and rim traveling through on our way to Florida. Zach and the guys from this Discount Tire were the only place in the area that had what we needed and made an early appointment so we could get it done and back on the road. They were super friendly and helpful. Other places were going to charge us more and make us wait days.

Where do I begin last night was horrible got a flat tire hitting a curb completely my fault but it happened around 3:30 tow truck took forever and got stranded till 5:50. Let me just say Sam and his team here are the absolute best. I arrived about 6:08 and was so scared they wouldn’t take me and without hesitation they put on a new tire in 15 min and I was on my way and I had warranty with discount for a tire so it cost me nothing for the tire. I have taken two vehicles here so far and have always had great service, reasonable prices and quick turn around. The first time I took a car in they didnt have the tires on prem but offered to go on their lunch hour and pick them up from another location. You cant beat Service like that and theyve been that responsive every time Ive taken a car since.

I bought new Tire from this place Discount tire, they give you free rotation and balancing tire for life of the tire with it. When I actually went to rotate and balance my tire after 5 to 7 thousand miles they asked me to change my tire that I just bought 3 months ago to a new pair of tire in order to get tire balanced and rotate for free.They said they won’t do balance or rotating it if I don’t buy new pair of tires since my tread was little wore out ( in 5000 miles ! Really !) . Avoid this crooks and better go to Walmart tire. You can get a good quality branded tire at better price and have them rotated and balanced with no questions.

Locked the door one minute before closing on me. All I needed was some air in the tire. I would have made an appointment to come back the next day and have it patched. Back to my regular spot I guess. 😩 I love my location in Doraville. They literally have a drive through to assess and fill your tire without having to slow down the rest of the business/appointments.
