This place is excellent. Ive used them to get my Acura TSX aligned and they did it again with my S2000. They aligned it perfectly to the specifications I wanted. The other guys *cough Firestone cough* didnt even touch the camber or caster. Josh was great and knowledgeable. He even told me why my caster was off (worn front control arm bushings) and got my caster to at least mirror each other; furthermore, he let me observe the whole process. Im thankful for these guys and the honest work they do. If you need an alignment just dont go to any place. Go here! I recommend them 110% and will continue to use them for my car needs.

If you need wheels or tires this is the place to go! they got legit name brand wheels and its professionally done right for any type of spec you are going for, racing, stance, hellaflush, etc.

I highly recommend this shop! The mechanics are knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. Every time I bring my car in with an issue theyre polite, courteous and quick to fix! Compared to dealership, Ive saved more and feel more secure with their mechanics under the car.

This place has come a long way. The wait times have really shorted and the staff do their best to keep you in the loop and get you the best deals they can. There really is no place cheaper for tires either. The shop is clean and sleek which is refreshing. Support a great locally owned family business that cares, skip the big national stores that dont really care.

Although I have been here many times, The moment I called, they were able to respond right away, set up the appointment within the next 45min. Had my a/c up and running within 45 min fully recovered and recharged by factory specs. Victor and the team are just an example of professional, reliable costumer service. Would recommend to everyone. Excellent, service.

I cannot say enough, how great of a service I received from this team!!! They are the best!!!I was coming to them for a repair job that PEP BOYS had diagnosed on my Nissan and that I did not accept to do at PEP BOYS because they were charging a ridiculous amount! However, after Global Alliance completed the repair that PEP BOYS diagnosed, they realized that my car was still have the same issue. After further evaluation and testing, Global Alliance found it to be completely different issues with my car that had nothing to with what PEP BOYS was recommending! So basically PEP BOYS was charging me a ridiculous amount for a repair that was not even needed on my car.Global Alliance even stayed working after their regular working hours, until they found the real issues with my car... They did not give up until they could find the real issues with my car, which happened to be wiring issues from the factory. I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to make sure they fixed my car, explained everything in details and while maintaining great customer service at all times! Ceasar the Manager and Adam the Technician were both very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! I recommend this auto shop 200%!!!

These guys are experts when it comes to any kind of wheel, tire and suspension work. Extremely knowledgeable and always helpful when I have questions (which I always do).

Customer service was awful today. Had an appointment. Missed it by 30 minutes due to personal reasons. Called to ask if they could still work on the truck was told yes. Waited there for a couple hours, only to be told I could not be helped today. Real shame. If you are busy just tell the customer before they make the drive to you.
