My service advisor Greg at Caliber Collision on Ross Rd was AWESOME! He was super helpful and consistent with daily updates. From the moment we dropped the car off for repairs to when we picked it up, Greg was on top of everything! This young man went out of his way to get my daughters car repaired quickly before she returned to school out of town. Greg gets 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly am very grateful for this company taking such good care of my car. I was kept in the know about everything that was going on. Including the delays on parts which was to be expected. They got done in a good amount of time and the car looks like nothing ever happened. The best part was the customer service, everyone was so nice to me, which I dont see a lot nowadays. They were helpful all the way up to the end. So thank you very much, it is very much appreciated!!!

I was in a no fault MVA September 16, 2021, the insurance adjuster provided the list of collision companies. I chose Caliber Collision being close proximity to my home. The tech and I went out to review the damages. I own a Mercedes R350 it was a used vehicle with scratches and minor dents and dings. The tech was interested more in those imperfections than those from the MVA in question. I proceeded to identify the rear of the car issues 1. The camera now shows my license plate, 2. the lift is warped, 3. Impact cause the vehicle’s rear brake light system not to work, 4 the bumper coming away from the car 5. Scratches on the bumper and paint. I was advised the estimate would be completed the same day and sent to the adjuster. I am in a rental yet not accommodating to my needs of transporting a walker and wheelchair for my daughter. Injuries sustained only add insult to injury lifting and fighting to get at least one of the items in a Camry. I say that to say that estimate was three weeks ago. I reached out to the adjuster who stated they did follow up to obtain the estimate from Caliber Collision it is now up to me to follow up with the company to lock-in the estimate for the adjuster to review and approve. I have not received a call, a copy of the estimate or if they did a diagnostic to capture all issues related to the codes showing on my dashboard since the accident. Needless to say I am paying the difference of the rental as I sit hear and wait for Caliber Collision to do what needs to be done.

They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. It looks brand new again. The best part about the service was that they really detailed cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me. Both inside and outside. I didn’t expect that, so it was more than a pleasant surprise for me.

Caliber Collision was very professional throughout the whole entire process. They kept me updated every other day on how the car was coming along and even finishing earlier than expected. They did a phenomenal job of finding the exact parts that needed replacing on my vehicle and made it look nice and new like I didn’t get into a accident. Definitely a 100% satisfied and highly recommend them.

My car had damage from the storm. I had to get my windshield replaced and the roof had to be repaired. Linda was very helpful and professional. I was always aware of what was going on with my car. I received updates daily. I received my car sooner than expecred. I would recommend this shop to others.

They did an amazing job and took care of every detail. Two things that stood out to me the most is the fact that my tag was bent up from the accident and they actually took the time to try to flatten it out. The second thing was that my entire hatch door had to be replaced and I just recently went to the mountains and purchased a window sticker in memory of this special trip And they actually took the time to pull it off the other window to put it on the new window.

Back at Caliber with my Honda CRV. My son had his car here a month ago. Jean was AWESOME, he went step by step with me and texted me with updates. My car is my business partner! Caliber had me back on the road in a week. Yes a week, because a tree slapped my tree and then give her a black eye! Parts had to be ordered. Now my girl is looking great again, and back to business. I gave them a chance to make things right. I work in business management and know how a 1 star review can ruin your reputation but I am very disappointed in the lack of customer care with this company. Long story short: No call backs when leaving messages all the way from customer service to their regional manager. Less than 1 hour notice my car was ready on a Friday and they are closed on the weekends so I was told I had to arrange my rental agreement because they wouldn’t make the changes for me. When I got my car they didn’t complete the job and no one returned my message in regards to getting it done. Also once I got my car back it was infested with ants under my hood! Two weeks later and 2 messages with the regional manager and no one has contacted me back. Never once did I raise my voice or yell at anyone. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Expensive as you know what, but cannot argue with the excellent work and service they provided for me on 2 occasions. I do recommend them if youve been in an auto accident and need repairs. A1 work!

Amber was very informative assays keeping me up to date on the process. My truck is aluminum and the stone Mountain location hacked mmm handles aluminum. We sent it back once due to the wrong color. They fixed it and covered the extras days we had to keep the rental. Excellent work

Customer service was good and the work done was good. Unfortunately, they steal stuff out of your car....to include change. I had my claims adjuster call the shop and the manager refused to do anything about it. If you care about your car, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

These clowns got one star because the system wouldnt allow for zero. Theyve had my car for 10 weeks for a relatively minor repair. I suppose Allstate was footing the bill so these guys couldnt care less. They horribly mismanaged my expectations at every turn. I heard next Friday or this Friday no less than six times. Then a hurricane kept my car from being repaired... in Georgia. Once I pressured them to finish, and only then, did they actually start scheduling the dealer to program it. So another week. These guys are perhaps the worst Ive ever seen in the car business. Process what I just said. Think of all of your nightmare dealings with car companies. This was somehow worse. Take your car here if you want to never see it again. Its like Liam Neeson in Taken at this point. Except Im not sure what special set of skills these guys have except excuses. They have that down pat. Maybe ABRA is actually Latin for Black Hole because my car went in, but it aint ever coming out.

Arrived early Saturday morning to get an estimate. No one in the parking lot, no one in the lobby. First customer to arrive. I asked for an estimate. I was told that I needed an appointment to get an estimate on Saturday - a process that in my experience only takes a few minutes. Not very flexible nor accommodating. Left and never came back.

The one in Lilburn is a sham!😡😠Theyve had my van for three weeks to repair it and NOW theyre saying its a total loss.😡😠😈 scam scam scam!Its now a month and so many lies from them that I dont trust them to even change my tire! 🔧 THEY WILL NEVER TOUCH ANOTHER CAR, VAN OR ANYTHING I DRIVE AGAIN!!!👎👎🚫

My repairs came out alright, very minor damage to my hood. After picking the car up the spacing of the hood and the bumper was significantly off. Not a very keen eye for details. This place just wants to pump out volume. After taking my car back to get the hood set right they got it much closer. Be very cautious of this place especially for major repairs. Just saw a disturbing news story about scary repair jobs from this place, def not using them in the future.
