Called and asked a question for more info. The gentleman that answered the phone was not friendly. Taking my business to friendly competition.

Awesome place located in the middle of Castle Hills. Employees are always helpful and offer to help me unload packages from my car. UPS and FedEx pick up pretty late here (around 5pm or so) which makes it easy for me to get shipments out the same day. Great business!

I wanted to relay an extremely disheartening experience that will result in the loss of my business.I run a business with daily outgoing shipments and dropped about 10 FedEx packages off last Monday at Liberty Postal for FedEx pickup. 6 of the packages (the lager ones) were scanned by FedEx showing picked up but never made it to their destination at the sorting facility. After realizing the packages had not been delivered last week we began the investigation process with FedEx. I called Liberty Postal yesterday and spoke with Todd (the owner) just to be sure the packages werent there for some weird reason. He ASSURED ME that NO PACKAGES had been left or were still there from a week ago.So yesterday we had to re-make and re-ship over 50 pairs of earrings for 6 different stores because the merchandise is for 4th of July and is time sensitive. We paid extra for expedited shipping and I had myself and my employees working on getting the lost merchandise replaced rather than working on new orders that also need to be filled. Hundreds of dollars in material costs, shipping costs, and payroll spent re-doing something we had already done.Fast forward to this morning: My husband goes to Liberty Postal to drop off about 8 more outgoing boxes-- and guess what is sitting on the ground right next to the desk? MY 6 BOXES THAT I ASKED TODD ABOUT YESTERDAY.It gets better.I called to ask how this could possibly happen and the nice older man basically said, I just work here you need to talk to Todd, Ill have him call you.So then I get a call from Todd, who says hes sorry but he didnt realize those packages were mine (they have my name on them?!) and then he proceeds to tell me that he doesnt appreciate being accused of theft! I had no idea where this was even coming from. There was never an accusation of anyone at Liberty Postal regarding theft! I explained to Todd that as a business owner, clearly you should ask for the customers story before getting mouthy 30-seconds into a phone call that is happing due to your own negligence.Todd proceeded to tell me he thinks the best solution is that I dont do business with him any longer since I dont use his services other than drop-off anyway. He also told me he doesnt feel like he owes me any compensation whatsoever for the time and money that I had to spend on remaking and re-shipping everything that he denied having BUT DID HAVE in his possession yesterday.OH and it gets even better-- Along with my 6 other boxes, we were given a 7th box that they said was ours and had been left there since last week. I opened it to find a pair of Wahl trimmers that someone on another street in our neighborhood was trying to return to the manufacturer. I will obviously be getting that package back to the appropriate neighbor so they can ship it through anyone but Liberty Postal to be assured that it will actually arrive at its destination.I am honestly dumbfounded at Todds lack of awareness for what is happening in his own business, his classlessness in resolving a customer service issue, and lack of business acumen to realize that offering any form of compensation as an expression of his apology for completely neglecting to realize that he had my packages sitting at his feet for a week would have salvaged the whole thing and would have been a menial cost to him in the grand scheme of things. If youre ever going to use Liberty Postal, proceed with caution! They may just keep your packages there and not even know it! Or worse-- give them to someone else!
