Joel was very responsive when I wanted to replace the glass in my large bathroom window. HOWEVER, now that I have a leaking issue, I have left several message an he is not responding. The sign of a good company is the response when there is an issue, and this is not one of them.

The description says auto glass shop, but they also do residential glass. Joel and his crew have helped me twice with vinyl window replacements and both times Ive been impressed with the quality and price. They provided free estimates and accepted payment by credit card. I was charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. Excellent service-I would definitely use this company again for future glass projects.

I have been in the process of getting a window replacement bid for over 2 months. The first 2 were lost and still waiting on the estimate. No follow-up after 3+ calls. They appear to be so disorganized, they cannot function as a business.
